Further Offensive Improvement
Victory Formation replied to elijah's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’d love to see Isaiah McKenzie signed to a 1 year deal at vet minimum. Could also see a guy like Quez Watkins tearing ***** up in the fourth round. 6’0 185 4.35 40, played for a small school, could be a diamond in the rough. That’d be a great way to round out that WR room. I also think a bell cow RB like Jonathan Taylor or JK Dobbins could take some serious pressure off of Josh Allen. I’m not convinced that Allen can carry an offense on his arm alone yet, he needs a strong running attack behind him and a good defense. Wouldn’t mind a true RT to the mix to groom behind Nsekhe, Ford goes in to RG. Plenty of room for improvement. -
Its good but I think we can improve a great deal. Curtis Weaver, Kenny Willekes or Alton Robinson would be sick to bring along behind this rotation. I think we need a young oxen to bring along behind Addison and Hughes. Ideally you’d want someone to replace Murphy. Also Hughes has only 1 year left on his deal but he could get re-signed. I’d love Weaver in the second, Willekes in the third and Robinson in the fourth. In an ideal world we double up on EDGE. A great pass rush is everything.

Burrow and Tua are more polished for sure, but neither of them boast the arm strength or athleticism of Allen. Herbert may be this year’s Josh Allen, big, strong, nice arm but still not as powerful as Allen’s. Burrow I think compares to Sam Darnold. Smart QB, polished comes from an illustrious program but I think he ultimately will not be good enough to lift that Bengals team up on his shoulders. I think Burrow will have a disappointing career in Cincinnati. The Bengals are a team that’s not committed to winning. They won’t surround Burrow with the pieces he needs to be successful. He’ll probably end up with a career similar to Carson Palmer’s. Tua is a mystery at this point. Brutal hip injury but apparently it’s 100% healed up and ready to go. He has great touch on his passes and I think it’d be wise for the Redskins to draft him at 2. He’s been compared to Russell Wilson but his injury issues have bumped him down a few spots. So all in all, where would Allen go in this draft? I think I’d put him above Tua and Herbert but I’d probably have him below Burrow. Burrow’s problem is not his talent or skill set but rather the franchise he’s playing for.

Pats are gonna tank and bottom out
Victory Formation replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ya know, I clicked on that link thinking, yeah this is a credible source, Hapless Bills Fan is a mod and a upstanding Bills fan in the Two Bills Drive community, he’ll do me no wrong... but when I clicked on the link I discovered a gif of a man dressed as Peter Pan with green leggings on flying through the air. Oh, the agony. -

I think if Buffalo adds another game breaker at RB, we can overtake the Patriots defense. Their secondary is very good but Singletary and say Taylor or Dobbins could wear down that Patriots defense and I think Beasley and Brown could make a few big splash plays. I think Buffalo destroys New England twice this year. I think we sweep the entire division two times a piece. -
What would an “All In” move be to you?
Victory Formation replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Top 3? You think so? Perhaps. As far as RB goes, you give Singletary his carries, but the problem we had last year was our offense was stagnant when Gore and Yeldon were in there. There’s plenty of carries for a second back. -
Interested in Carlos Hyde?

I’d rather go all in on Jonathan Taylor or JK Dobbins at 54. -

I think if the Bills somehow managed to land Jonathan Taylor or JK Dobbins that would be an all in move to me. At that point we’d be loaded at every position and would simply have to draft for depth. But to be honest, I think trading for Stefon Diggs is about the closest thing you can get to an all in move. Bills now boast a top 10 WR unit. Diggs is a true #1, Brown and Beasley will now face 1 on 1 coverages and defenses will not be able to stack the box against Singletary. If you include a potentially elite RB like Taylor or Dobbins, Buffalo should have a top 10 offense so long as Allen continues to grow. But Stefon Diggs was our “all in” move. -

I think he’ll be on so many meds that he’s not the same player anymore. -

Free Agency News and Updates - around the league
Victory Formation replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t think so. There was a run on tackles last year and Ford was one of the last ones off the board. Prince Tega Wanogho would be incredible if available. Ford goes to RG, JF backs up all three interior positions. I’m not against starting Ford at RT neither, so long as he earns it in camp. He’s a mauler and has value as a road grader. -

Well, if a quality RT falls to us at 54, say Prince Tega Wanogho I could see us drafting him and sliding Ford inside. I want Taylor or Dobbins but they’ll likely be gone. Probably be DE or RT there. -
Anyone think we still go WR in Round 2

Bills sign LB AJ Klein 3yrs $18M
Victory Formation replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No disrespect to Lorenzo Alexander but I believe AJ Klein is an upgrade at this point. Should help us against the New England Patriots and Tennessee Titans of the league. He should be a good starter for us. Could probably play inside if Edmunds got injured. Good run stuffer, decent athleticism to the point where I don’t think he’d be a huge liability in coverage. Solid signing.
