  1. I think WR is a sneaky need, it’s more pressing than some may like to admit. I think an elite RB would also add some mustard to this offense as well. Another CB, maybe even two CBs at that. LB depth, a few quality NTs. Another TE to go with Knox.. And I’m kind of torn on the OL because although we may not have any elite talents there outside of Dion Dawkins, we still have great depth overall and we’re deep there.
  2. I think the FDIC is guaranteed up to $250k. May I recommend you put all your money in your savings and not your checking?
  3. What has he done to boost his stock? The man is a glorified garbage time handoff technician specialist at this point. If Daboll goes on to greener pastures? Maybe. Otherwise I hope Buffalo re-signs him.
  4. Time has proven to be very kind to McBeane. I pretty much see 3 or 4 hits in every draft since 2017. The one gripe I have is that they let Wyatt Teller walk after drafting him in the 5th round. 🤦‍♂️ Oh, and trading down with Kansas City so they could take Mahomes? Thy sins have since been forgiven! 😎
  5. 🙄 My couch will be just fine thank you.
  6. We will call you the Buffalo Shakespeare of the message board.
  7. The decrease in stadium capacity will automatically increase the ticket prices due to supply and demand. Inflation and stadium prices will factor in as well. All in all, the Bills should have no problem filling a 60,000 seat stadium, increased prices or not.
  8. The AFC East would of been a different story with Herbert as Miami’s starting QB.
  9. I have little information so I don’t know, but after doing some light research, I would say no. If he wins a playoff game though I would have to say yes. Ultimately as far as HC is concerned you typically want a mastermind at OC or DC, but preferably a OC, not a ST coach.
  10. He’s a punter and you’re applauding him for being an elite holder? smh. He’s gone in the offseason.
  11. He looked great his rookie year too IIRC, he showed great promise and then he tore his ACL in 2019. In 2020, he didn’t look the same and in 2021, it seems like he’s gotten a lot better as the season has went along. I’ll admit that he’s looked great at times and I’ll admit that I want him on the team but I’ll also admit that I would set a limit on how much I would be willing to pay him. He’s a good player, but he’s a streaky player. I could be wrong though and you could be right. PFF has an astronomically high grade on him this year so you don’t seem to be alone in your opinion. I said he’s okay though because of the inconsistencies in his play. I figured great play followed by terrible play makes him “okay”, but I will also admit that there is enormous potential in his upside because he flashes great play at times to begin with, so that must conclude that he has a high ceiling.
  12. #dome Enough of the stupid open air stadium talk. Build a dome.
  13. Allen is a QB like none other, but it was Brian Daboll who molded him into what he is today and I also have to shout out Jordan Palmer as well. Daboll is excellent in terms of his passing offense, very smart and interesting in terms of play calling. His running attack has gotten better as well, but there’s more to be desired here. All in all, he is an up and coming mind in the NFL, the emergence of Josh Allen was his major comeuppance as far as getting noticed and recognized by the NFL and the MSM, but Allen was about as raw as he could possibly be coming out of Wyoming. He deserves props for that.
  14. Same! Now music OTOH? I can listen to same song every dog gone day! 🤣
  15. Some folks can rewatch a game over and over again, I can not. The thrill of the game is gone for me at that point.
  16. Because it’s ***** cold.
  17. I like PFF. They’re not the end all be all, but it’s a nice metric for random positions, mainly OL and the lunch pal positions. Most folks can see for themselves for the most part in terms of judging other positions though, mainly QB, WR, TE, DL, LB and S etc. Judging center and guard can be less obvious though for the most part unless you’re a fan of that team.
  18. I swear, our secondary attacks like a mongoose or swarming piranhas, which certainly seems to be the strength of this defense. Our run D? Not so much.
  19. I don’t think he could turn down the Bears job though.
  20. Phillips is okay. How much are we talking though?
  21. I can’t see Frazier going there.
  22. I would keep Mario as a rotational guy, but I’ve seen enough of Rousseau to know that he’s a good player and my boy Boogie did well given the limited snap count. I think you’ll see Rousseau at LDE and Boogie at RDE next year with Epenesa, Obada and Addison as rotational pieces. I think Buffalo has a very bright future at EDGE for the most part. NT? Not so much.
  23. This is a very interesting topic. I’m drawing blanks really, mainly because I think that there is no way they can stop Josh. I suspect that they will try and stop the pass, so if I’m Buffalo I think we really need to establish the run and to set up the play action. Also, I think the real question is what McDaniels will do on offense, as he is an extremely good coordinator and a very solid coach. I suspect that they will #1 Run the ball, big formations, Twin TE sets and extra linemen and #2 Establish a quick, short passing game with Mac Jones and #3 Try to create mismatches for our D, ie pull plays, toss plays, getting their linemen into space and onto our LBs and secondary. #4 Trick plays, gadget plays, reverses and flea flickers to fool our defense. #5 Confusing Tremaine Edmunds. Getting him to shoot the wrong gaps. At this point NE will look to create as many mismatches as possible.
  24. I think dressing up for Bills games is kind of stupid, but I will admit that the Bills Elvis gives me a small chuckle. Elvis is the GOAT in my mind as far as Gospel music is concerned, forget the rocknroll stuff. RIP.
