  1. Another thing is, this draft is really rich at positions of need. We could probably add 3-4 key pieces to our front seven if we play our cards correctly. I think a good QB will be there when we pick or within striking distance without having to give up too much. It's possible we get our QB and rebuild our front seven entirely.
  2. I do not want us to sign a WR to big money with no quarterback on the roster, talk about cart before the horse.
  3. Marrone, without question. I'd rather have a disciplinarian than a coach who is trying to be buddy buddy with his players.
  4. If he is an exceptional QB, height won't matter, but it will take more effort to overcome.
  5. Is this a draft class like we had with Eli, Rivers and Roethlisberger? Or is this a draft where there is no elite QB so fans insert names interchangeably?
  6. You're right, Lamar Jackson is a super accurate QB! His 57% career completion percentage is not a reflection of him as a passer or his accuracy at all! Of course it was drops. Better? You're essentially a pathological liar.
  7. Keyword *adjusted* completion percentage. It's like the affirmative action of QB stats. You think Jackson is equal or more accurate than Darnold, I don't. I don't care if you got a problem with it, it's the truth. Darnold is more accurate than Jackson. 64% vs 57%, stop white knighting and 'adjusting' stats. I could be a millionaire right now if I 'adjusted' certain circumstances in my life too.
  8. You are saying Jackson is more accurate than Darnold, I disagree and I'm not even going to debate it because how !@#$ing stupid that is, there is no debate. It's like arguing with Geno Smith and trying to convince him that the earth isn't flat. Not worth my time.
  9. If anybody is hurting their credibility it's you. You're the one saying Lamar Jackson is more accurate than Sam Darnold. That's your stance buddy, those are your words. Keep speaking the 'truth' though and the 'facts' (lol). Bottom line is Darnold anticipates his throws better than Jackson, has a way better throwing motion than he does too.
  10. You try so hard to disagree with me yet you say pretty much the exact same thing as me!
  11. No, no, no. Enough of your dishonesty, I'm not going off of 'what ifs', fact is Darnold completed 64.9%, Jackson completed 57%. No bull **** what if garbage.
  12. Why were the balls dropped? Miscommunication? Ball placement? The receiver wasn't in the right place? Jackson's timing? Jackson's accuracy? Did you watch every drop and study each play or are you going off of a statistical nerd's psychobabble? Bottom line is, when Jackson throws the ball it just looks weird, Darnold looks way more natural.
  13. They're all busts waiting to happen, that's the problem. There is no undisputed alpha QB of the class, there are holes in every single one of their games. The game plan to beat Jackson is the same as it is to beat Tyrod, nothing changes.
  14. Are you saying Jackson is a better QB than Darnold, where are you going with this?
  15. Lamar Jackson will never be a natural pocket passer. He may have success for a few years as a gimmicky QB.
  16. Darnold isn't a Matt Ryan or Matt Stafford prospect, that's for sure, but I think he is tough. Allen and Jackson couldn't complete 60% of their passes, so they're risky to me. Mayfield doesn't have ideal size, I like him, just not completely sold. Rosen is Jay Cutler v2.0 except I think he is injury prone.
  17. My first option is Sam Darnold, he's the only QB I'd give up draft picks for, I don't like Rosen. Mayfield and Allen are risky, Lamar Jackson I'm not interested in.
  18. If he really wanted to throw people for a loop, why didn't he say he was open to a trade down? That would screw with the heads of FO personnel around the league.
  19. No on Daniels, but yes on Wynn. Yes on Wynn even if Price never got hurt.
  20. He's not making big money. How much of the problem was Jacksonville? Leonard Fournette rushed for 3.9 ypc and he barely managed that. Through the first 8 games Fournette was averaging 3.4 ypc, I know this cause I followed him. So a top 5 RB that should probably be getting 5.0 ypc couldn't even break 4.0.
  21. It's an ok signing, don't understand the hate, we can still draft a guy or sign an undrafted guy to develop.
  22. Not even close to Gronk. Maybe in the 4th.
  23. What I take from this is, he isn't going to trade the farm to Indy or the Giants, but I think if a top 3 QB falls to 10, I have a hard time believing he doesn't move up. If Darnold is there at 10 I'm going to break my TV if we don't go up.
  24. Worst case scenario is we give up a first for Nick Foles IMO and remember, just cause there is 5-6 highly rated QBs, it doesn't mean that the folks at OBD have them all rated highly, so keep that in mind as well. I think it's very possible only 2 QBs go in the top 10, that's the best case scenario. Darnold, Rosen, Allen or Mayfield are there at 10. Could happen.
