  1. It will come down to the way the board falls IMO. I think Allen at #1 to Cleveland is best case scenario. Hopefully the Giants take Barkley and at that point it's a virtual lock that Rosen or Darnold is there at #4. Could probably package #12, #53 and a 2019 2nd for #4 and maybe a midround pick or a 3rd next year. We could select Rosen and still have #22, #56, #65, #96, #121, # #166, #187.
  2. I think a deal is already in place for #3. You don't wait until the last minute to sign AJ McCarron in free agency if you do not have a plan for the draft. Moving up to #12 kind of cements my pov. I really like Mason Rudolph, but as much as I like him, I'd be shocked if we don't have our sights set on Darnold or Rosen. I may even see Cleveland taking Allen at #1 and Buffalo trades up for #4 with Cleveland for Rosen or Darnold.
  3. Jerry Hughes is 30 in 5 months, let that sink in. NFL stands for Not For Long. Mario Williams hit a brick wall at 30-31. I think by the end of the year it will be Murphy and Lawson starting opposite to each other, at least that's what I think McD wants and hopes will happen. I don't believe for a second we're moving on from Shaq.
  4. I think he'll be marginally better than Chris Kelsay was. He is 6'6, he was slow before the ACL and I wonder if he can get back to 100%. I think if he were coming out in this year's draft he'd be a 2nd round pick. Jerry Hughes is also not getting any younger, by the end of the year it could be Murphy and Lawson starting together.
  5. I'm thinking it's Rudolph at 21. Roquan Smith at 12. QB of offense, QB of defense.
  6. We only have so many picks, we need a couple CBs, LBs, RT, C, WR. If we trade everything for Rosen, he is going to get killed. I'm skeptical to say the least.
  7. You know, I am not so sure we trade up that far. Not just because of McCarron (who I love), but we haven't really been over aggressive in free agency, which is what I'd expect from a team that is going to give up half of their draft picks.
  8. I was just thinking that. Tyrod could mask OL deficiencies more than McCarron can. Good news is, McCarron will probably take the brunt of the abuse, not the rookie. I suspect McCarron was brought in to buy time and give us security going into the draft, may also be a great trade piece in the future, but for some reason, a small part of me is really excited about this signing, I almost feel like McCarron may be a diamond in the rough. I have hope he can be the guy, which is unusual for me, usually I am on the cautious side of things.
  9. Is he better than Tyrod though? That's the question.
  10. Even if he gets 10 million, who cares? Teddy Bridgewater can make up to 15 million. How can you not like this deal?
  11. I think Foles is very much in play or I'm waiting to see a blockbuster trade for #2 overall.
  12. I think the reputation requirement is a good idea. I'm a newbie here, but truth is some of these threads are made by children. I post on other forms, mainly music forums and there are nowhere near as many stupid people as there are here. It takes skill to play an instrument, the stupid people get weeded out, thus on music message boards you generally deal with smarter people because there's a litmus test. But here? Any retard with the age or IQ of a shoe size can start threads.
  13. Yes please. He is not a bad QB overall, just a bad starter. Quality backup who can start a few games and not lose them for you, I'd love to have him.
  14. I'd rather start 5 INTs Nathan Peterman over a rookie, that's just me. I'd prefer to give the kid time (whoever that may be).
  15. How I define it? Start Derek freaking Anderson for 6 games if you have to!
  16. Who cares what the definition is of a bridge QB? The end result is the same. Sit the rookie on the bench until the game slows down. How you want to describe that or define that, I don't care. As long as we don't feed our franchise QB to the wolves, I'm cool with whatever you want to call it.
  17. I really appreciate it guys! Hopefully one of you can get your hands on Star Lotulelei's contract numbers!
  18. I'd trade a 1st and 2nd for Luck, but nothing more than that, too risky, but you also have to take into consideration that trading up to 2-3 is also very risky so the risks are about even.
  19. He probably knew that literally no free agent QB wants to go to the Cleveland Browns. Taylor is one of the few high character guys that wouldn't throw a stink if he wound up in Cleveland. I think it's a fair trade.
  20. Dorsey is a real good GM, I highly respect him. I think the Browns may actually turn it around, I'm really pulling for them, their fans and city deserve it. The guy has made good move after good move. Taylor, Landry and now Hyde? I think they do much better this year.
  21. I think the Bills love Rosen. If we do trade up, I think he's the guy. Just speculating though of course.
  22. I want: 1.) Trevor Siemian 2.) AJ McCarron 3.) Tom Savage In that order.
  23. It likely means Josh Allen isn't in the mix as well. Most people think he is a project and needs time to sit, same goes for Sam Darnold. Most likely down between Rosen and Mayfield IMO.
  24. All signs point to a trade up, wouldn't surprise me if a deal was already in place. No way we don't go after a QB if we aren't sure we can draft one of the top 2-3. This also means that they think their guy can start right away. Just speculating of course.
