Yep. Although I expect huge production from Edmunds this year. Milano is an ace as well and Devin Bush may be an option. Who knows? I definitely believe we draft another LB somewhere in the draft, only Beane and McD know when, although I think it's pretty obvious at this point that that'll be a reality on draft day.

Your Best Case Scenario for 2019 Draft
Victory Formation replied to BillsfaninSB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
1. Hock 2. M. Brown Line should be OK at this point, as should defense. -
I would be ok with that. Would prefer Hock but Oliver is going to be great. Who would you follow up with in RDs 2-3?

Is Quinnen Williams the next Dareus?
Victory Formation replied to TC in St. Louis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well, I adore Hockenson. I think he is a superb TE. One of the best I've seen since following the draft. There's a chance he goes before 9. He is likely a 1,000 yard guy. -
2 picks in the first seems like a given to me...
Victory Formation replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trading back for Hock is risky. I'd take him at 9, that's fine. If he's gone give me Taylor. If Taylor is gone give me Jonah. If Jonah is gone, trade down for Marquise Brown or Noah Fant. -

I like them both. Wouldn't hesitate for either but deep down I want Hock, Taylor, Jonah or Marquise. Play with the position in which we take them as you wish, but those are the top guys I like.... My .01$. -

Don't think so. His mom died and he still dominated. Wouldn't hesitate to take him. I think he's arguably the best player in the draft, certainly top 3. Bosa and Allen are incredible but so is QW. -
Reading tea leaves: Bills trade down with NYG or OAK

Well, he's still his own man. Do you agree with everything your cousin has said? -

A trade down to 15 or so would be snazzy and take Marquise Brown. -

The Trayveon Williams pick was nice. Didn't care for the rest. -
New England o-line drafting
Victory Formation replied to maryland-bills-fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would rather focus on the positive overlap, the agreeable territory, not the negatives. The last 5 months there was a whole lotta nothing here so I ghosted through everything, not a word was said. Even today, 90% of the front page I was not interested in. You crapped on one of the few threads I wanted to discuss and sift through. I'm not mad at you or anything, but if I did what you did I'd be dropping never ending dookies and cropdustings in every section and every corner of TBD. -
You say you're all for BPA, but do you mean it?
Victory Formation replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
BPA within reason. Depends on how big the talent gap is... If there was a player at a position of need and there was only a marginal dip in talent from a guy that was truly the BPA at a position that we don't need... What can ya do? You go need. Its complicated but if something isn't there, it's not there. That's how you end up with EJ Manuel or Kyler Murray in the 1st round. -
New England o-line drafting
Victory Formation replied to maryland-bills-fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Right. Key detail being "the greatest HC". Would it not be interesting to dissect the way Belichick drafts linemen? Sometimes it's better not to say anything at all. Let the views and responses dictate the validity and value of a thread, not you. Seems to me you feel you have more authority than you actually do. Some people practically live here. Your 2,700 reputations mean nothing. I've seen amazing contributions from newbies. Maybe you should come down off your high horse. -

Guess I'd take Hock there. -

Could you explain to me why that is? I'm not doubting you, this just isn't my area of expertise. Seems to be peanuts to me. What do I know? -
What NFL executive is this?!!!
Victory Formation replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the plan was to throw as much fecal matter and excrement at the wall and see what sticks. Morse was the only sure thing. Could work out but I'm expecting an adequate OL at best unless we draft a guy. -
Very bad. Near bottom of the league if not rock bottom.
-
I think Dawkins will be fine with a lil bit of stability on that OL. The rest of what you said is spot on.

His contract certainly doesn't reflect that. 1.9m on a 1yr deal isn't something to gloat over. -
Well, I'm pretty sure Mitch Morse is a huge upgrade to Russell Bodine and dare I say it he is also an upgrade over Eric Wood which says a lot and this says a lot about how good Morse is because I view #70 as an all time great. Dion Dawkins is also a better player than given credit for, I think he'll have a rebound year. He stuttered largely because of the marginal talent he was surrounded by. LG, RG and RTis still an enigma to me. Just keeping it real.
