Accuracy issues are overblown. That's the biggest thing I've noticed. More can be done to improve Allen's completion % through game planning. Think about all the big throws he's made, he just needs more 1yd dump offs to our RBs and he's a 60% passer. I think once he understands the dink and dunk game he'll be a 65% passer. Most QBs struggle in the areas Allen is good at. In the areas Allen is weak at, most QBs have no problem with. Simple, just check down more, let your skill players get some YAC. I find it no coincidence that Cam Newton has completed 69% of his throws this year. Cam is a career 59% passer. But when you have a RB that can catch 75 1yd balls and get 7-10YAC your numbers go through the roof. Look at how Drew Brees' is completing 75% of his passes, once again he has Alvin Kamara catching 75 1yd passes for 1st downs.

High praise for Josh from Dolphins: “Mini Big Ben”
ghostwriter replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What a breath of fresh air Allen and the Allen family has been. This guy was vilified during the draft process, nice to see him earning some praise. Could not of happened to a better guy. The fire he brought last week reminded me of Brady or Rivers. Guy plays with serious balls, does whatever it takes to win. -
What would you give for a OBJ or AJ Green?
ghostwriter replied to mozillameister's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There isn't an elite guy in this draft but a lot of good talent. I think there'll be a good WR with our 2nd. I'm not against trading up to #33 to make sure we get Marquise Brown. -
How cool would it be to see two winning seasons right in a row and playoffs twice in a row. There'll be lots of fine OL where we be pickin' boys. Hell there'd even be good OL in the 3rd-4th. I'd rather win. I care about the bottom line. Would be happy to see Coach McD prove he is a HC. Full confidence going into the offseason!

Anthony Barr next year as our SLB?
ghostwriter replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want Lorax + Anthony Barr. In addition to, not one or the other. Having more than one bruiser is a good idea against teams like Jacksonville, teams who rely heavily on the run. -

Milano and Edmunds got abused. Obviously Edmunds will grow into his body, but he got owned. I do think a bruiser like Barr could cause concern for Fournette. -

Hell yeah!! Look at how Fournette pounded us. I'm glad he got ejected because if he didn't we would have lost!! With Anthony Barr we would not get violated like that again. Milano and Edmunds can be the cover guys, Anthony Barr takes care of the bigger backs. -
LeVeon Bell: What better fit for him than Buffalo?
ghostwriter replied to ghostwriter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bodine, Biadasz, Jenkins, Teller, Deiter, Dawkins, Miller, Mills. Would have one of the better lines in the league. Hope we finish 8-8 or 9-7, pick 18th. Perfect place for us to pick OL. There will be a run starting at 20 I think. -

I would not cut Murphy, just Shady and Ivory. Probably draft Rodney Anderson RDS 3-5. He's everything you want in a RB. He's big and can run between the tackles, can catch, pass block. We wouldn't have much money tied into RB behind LeVeon Bell. -

Bell should be paid as a WR, why not? He produces like one. If we cut Shady and Ivory that would pay for most of the contract. Bell has 4 more elite years in him. Start a youth movement behind him! Marcus Murphy and perhaps a 4th/5th round blue chip prospect. -

If Rodney Anderson is there in the 4th, why not? Perfect guy to dump a 1yd pass off to for a 1st down. Lot to like about him as a receiver and he's a big dude unlike Bryce Love and some of these other top prospects this year. Rodney Anderson is 6'1 222, can catch a pass out the backfield, can also run between the tackles. RBs these days must also be threats as receivers too. Rodney Anderson is a complete back. May sneak into RD3. -
I think both Jonah Williams and Greg Little will be gone when we pick. I could easily see us drafting 15-18. Have a feeling we'll win all of our remaining games except New England. I called the losing streak, now I'm calling a winning streak. Allen gets red hot and puts us in a great spot to win some games. Bills finish 8-8.
-
Using the RB as a receiver more often would solve this problem almost entirely. Quick 1 yard pass for a 1st down, let your RB make a play. Probably get him to 60% and 200-250yds passing.
-
Well, the only offensive position worth taking high in the draft this year is Jonah Williams and Greg Little. As we start to go further down the board you'll see Tyler Biadasz and Beau Benzschawel. Personally I'd rather pick later in the 1st for a nice OG/C prospect. I think that matters more than RT. I'd trade down to 24-25 and take one of the Wisconsin kids. No high end OL prospects but plenty of good ones RDs 2-3.

Parris Campbell: the next NFL X-Factor
ghostwriter replied to YoloinOhio's topic in College Football
Much rather have Marquise Brown if we're spending a 2nd on a WR. Could see him no higher than a 3rd. -
We we're #4 then #6 now we're #9. Something tells me we finish with 7 or 8 wins around #15-#18 overall. Most of the prospects we're talking about now will be long gone. I think Allen gets red hot to finish the season, easy schedule should win over half of the games left. Where do you guys think we end up at?

2019 Mock Drafts and top prospects
ghostwriter replied to thunderingsquid's topic in College Football
After doing multiple mocks on Fanspeak and after reading through multiple mocks on here, I think there are two names we're going to hear over and over again. If we go offense I think it'll be Jonah Williams. If we go defense I think it'll be Greedy Williams. I think I'd go for defense with that first pick and spend the rest of the draft on offense. Greedy Williams paired up with Tredavious White would give us two shutdown corners, I think our defense could go up another notch. -

This is what I got on difficult: #9.) Greedy Williams, CB, LSU #41.) Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma 3.) Elgton Jenkins, OL, Mississippi State 4.) Caleb Wilson, TE, UCLA 4.) Michael Deiter, OL, Wisconsin 5.) Michael Jordan, OL, OSU This thing is too easy lol.
