  1. Tre White is slightly behind Ramsey in terms of talent but he comes with zero of the baggage. Give me a guy like Tre White over Ramsey every day. Shutdown corner with a good head on his shoulders, blue chip grinder.
  2. Of course he has the size and strength to play guard, the guy is 6'5 300lbs. That's not small. Bigger than Andy Levitre and he does a good job. Also, give me an All Pro OG over an All Pro RT every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Jonah can play any position on the line but center.
  3. Sounds good to me. Marquise Brown and Zay Jones is a good one two punch. Would definitely go CB in the 3rd though. Overall I think we need to go offense early, not a lot of depth there.
  4. He's definitely not my first choice either. I want Hollywood, he's probably the only WR in the draft I covet. There's other guys like AJ Brown that I wouldn't mind but I'm not blown away by either. He's definitely not a burner, kind of reminds me of a Demaryius Thomas or Dez Bryant type.
  5. If this big board is true, trade down. If we're at #4 or #5 drop down to #10 and take Jonah Williams. Take those extra picks and go back into the 1st for Marquise Brown. Would still have an extra 2nd to put on a CB.
  6. I would not. I'd be shocked if he has a big game, but it's possible I guess.
  7. I think their defense shuts down our offense. Our defense contains their offense but they're still able to put up some points on us. Jaguars win by a few touchdowns.
  8. Dawkins has been great at LT and Mills is a starter in the NFL. That leaves LG and RG that could use a big time upgrade. I think Jonah could be an All Pro LG/RG. I think guard matters more than RT anyways.
  9. I'm still getting a feel for the prospects. I do think AJ Brown has talent. Definitely a legitimate prospect. Probably go in the 20s somewhere. I'd prefer Marquise Brown though.
  10. I'm hoping our first three picks look like this: 1.) Jonah Williams, G 2.) Marquise Brown, WR 3.) LJ Scott, RB
  11. That creates a hole though. Why not leave Mills there? He's a starting caliber RT. There's more to be desired for sure but I don't agree with creating another hole and I wouldn't draft a RT that high neither. Guard is a different story. I would take a Pro Bowl guard in the top 10 for sure.
  12. Pretty sure he is their top prospect this year. As far as other prospects from the past, the only tackle I remember from Bama is Andre Smith and Jonah is a way better player. Jonah could be a starting LT on most teams.
  13. I'd take a flyer on Ryan Kalil. Good to have some age in there too. Especially since he is calling the blocking audibles. He has that Carolina connection as well. LT- Dion Dawkins LG- Jonah Williams C- Ryan Kalil RG- Wyatt Teller RT- Jordan Mills Pretty solid group of linemen. Keep Miller and Bodine as our backup. Good group of guys.
  14. I like Marquise Brown but I have no idea where he'll go, probably nowhere near where we're picking. Jonah will be a Pro Bowl lineman.
  15. Don't want him anyways. I'm just starting to get familiar with the prospects this year and so far I like Jonah Williams and Marquise Brown.
  16. I'd bump Teller to RG. If Dawkins went down we'd just bump Jonah outside. I'd love to have him either way though. I think he is a fantastic prospect.
  17. I think he would be a Quenton Nelson caliber of G. He would also provide plenty of insurance in case Dion Dawkins went down. That entire left side would be solid. May not be there when we pick and it's still early on in the process but I would not be upset if he was the pick. I'd leave Dawkins at LT and Mills at RT. Center and RG would be our only weak spots on the OL.
  18. Well we seemed to do just that for Kelvin Benjamin. I'm not saying you're wrong, I can definitely pickup what you're laying down but who's to say he wouldn't have done better here? And who's to say Sammy doesn't rebound? There is a chance that happens. And we will probably overpay an average WR in free agency, you'll see.
  19. Last time you quoted me you were a total dick unprovoked. Don't quote me. I hold grudges. Well, he grew up a Bills fan and he produced while here. His production after Buffalo matters not.
  20. Fair enough. I have done zero research on this QB crop so I cannot comment, I'm just open to another, doesn't have to be a high pick. The numbers I suggested are the floor of what I find acceptable.
  21. I think he will be ok and as far as drafting another goes, that needs to be done now. I'd take one as high as RD2. You don't mess around with QB and if you're McDermott, you're a fool if you go into next year with just Allen and Barkley. So long as Allen throws a 2:1 TD:INT ratio I'd leave him alone. Doesn't need to be jaw dropping numbers. 3,200 yards 21 TDs and 10 picks or something in that vicinity and I'd leave him alone. That to me is plausible improvement.
  22. He just needs to show the juice is worth the squeeze. Eli Manning was notorious for his struggles as was Drew Brees and it went on for quite some time. QBs continue to get better and better over time. To me it's all about an upward trajectory.
  23. Not quite. We need to see an upward trajectory that's all. QBs take a painfully long time to develop but it'll payoff if you're patient. Could realistically see growth over a 10 year period with Allen.
