  1. He caught 55 balls last year, nearly 1k all purpose yards. Not bad.
  2. Would make sense to sign Yeldon, keep Gore and release Shady. Draft another guy somewheres in the draft and we're cooking. Decent backfield with a minimal amount invested. I know I'll catch flak for saying that about Shady but look man it frees up a lot of cap and he's as old as dirt. Leonard Fournette, Yeldon and Gore would be beyond spectacular.
  3. I'd gladly offer up a 2nd for Clowney. Think they'd want Bodine? ?
  4. Oh, by all means, knock yourself out. I have a right to my opinion. If he wishes to post, let him. I think it's a gigantic waste of his time though. No problems with him posting, i know he means well and i wish him the best in return which is why i even give my opinion because I think it could help him.
  5. Mmmm. I think it's bizarre. No offense to anybody. If i reached that point id probably go for a walk and get some sunshine or play guitar etc. Baseball is starting up also.
  6. I'm not offended, just perplexed. I don't hang around message boards of teams that aren't correlated to my team's. Maybe i just misunderstand you?
  7. Even though I disagree with it slightly, their thought process is not a bad one to have, but based off of their manoeuvring I think it's going to be a tackle at 9, either Dillard, Taylor or Williams although I'd prefer Hockenson. Our OL may be decent but we need a premium pass catcher, that of which we have none at the moment.
  8. I've always thought DT was dangerous to draft high. Just strikes me as a pretty underwhelming position to draft high. On the flipside I feel like centers should be taken much higher. TE is another position i feel that deserves more respect and drafted more urgently.
  9. I want Hock @ 9 and a trade up for Marquise Brown around ~23 or so if he's there.
  10. I'd wish to see Isaiah McKenzie make the roster. Horrible Harry could be a rising star. Too early to say for him.
  11. Id prefer a trade up, not down. Hock at 9 and a trade up into the 1st for Marquise Brown.
  12. It's a long shot but weirder things have happened.
  13. What's logic? Im shaking my head in disarray and i hear something rattling around up there.
  14. I've seen you here a lot. At this point you're better off just hopping on the bandwagon and becoming one of us. We've got room for one more. I also root for the Eagles as well but if they ever went against the Bills I'd hope they'd lose in the worst way. No love lost after the game though. The Packers were a favorite of mine when i was a lad in the 90s mainly because of Favre. All this talk about Rodgers being the better QB idgaf, Favre is where it's at. He played QB the way it was meant to be played, he was just a fun QB. See a little bit of that in Allen too. Favre is my favorite QB of all time. Even over Kelly.
  15. Ok fair enough. Not the first time people questioned my sanity, doubt it'll be the last.
  16. That's fine you disagree, doesn't give my opinion any less value than what you attributed to it. I don't take myself that seriously anyhow. Hock is one of the best prospects at TE I've seen since I started following the draft. Disagree untill you're blue in the face, I don't mind.
  17. Right and that's fine you feel that way. We agree on Hollywood. As far as team building is concerned, we will just have to go our own way. I think we're in a position to go BPA. There is a chance Taylor, Oliver, Quinnen, Allen and Bosa are gone. I don't give a rats ass about the other guys. I feel you take whats there. I don't care how other teams build their roster, once again I'd rather we go our own way. We haven't had a good TE in a damn near eternity.
  18. WR is far more important than TE, no doubt, but who is there for us? Metcalf? I think Hock is a far superior athlete. That's what it boils down to for me. I see a potential gold jacket player and i think we should draft those types w/o prejudice.
  19. Ummm... Well... Hmm.. I'm cautious about Allen. He was my #2 QB behind Mayfield but i leave the door open that i could be wrong. What can I say? I'm not a mind reader or psychic. I've totally fallen on my face and eaten my words before in the worst way. He's a nice guy, but so was EJM and Losman. His arm is historic though as is his freakish athleticism. Can he grow between the ears? I don't know the answer to this. People that can play QB at a high level are rare. It takes an extraordinarily unique skillset to do that. They're flippin' unicorns. Could go either way.
  20. I repudiate the concept that TEs aren't worth top 10 picks. Hock has HOF ability. If Witten, Gates, Gonzo, Gronk and so on were redrafted today knowing what we know now and what they'd do they'd all be top 10 picks. We aren't arguing about busts, we're arguing over the importance of the position. Hock gives Allen a big target that can dominate on a Rob Gronkowski level. That's priceless. Hock is who i want. Ed Oliver is my runner up and if both are gone id like to trade down for Marquise Brown.
  21. I don't want Jeffery Simmons until RD3. I'd rather run with Star, Harry and Jordan. Don't like Simmons and I don't think he's an upgrade and I like our guys. How bout a LB?
  22. Hock is an option. Devin White is an option. WR is an option. I think we're going BPA... Hard to say who it will be, there's 8 teams in front of us with a mind of their own.
