  1. There has to be a good WR available at 27, jus’ sayin’.
  2. Yikes. The word alpha is used by men who are suffering from toxic masculinity and in return are not much of an “alpha” themselves. I prefer the term leader. Leaders are found everywhere and they know when to follow too. Some people just have that type of presence that just pulls you in and you gravitate towards them. Is McD a leader? I would say so yes, but I think if I had one word to describe him with it would be authentic.
  3. Show some gratitude. If it weren’t for Kim and Terry we would be the LA Bills.
  4. I’m not sure if there will be a next year for McDermott nor Beane unless this team seriously performs.
  5. I am very sincere. The fact that we have an owner who is building us a brand new stadium to the tune of $1.4B should make all of us happy. Why is this thread full of admonishments and lament? I’m almost embarrassed to be a Bills after reading through some of this drivel, we should all be posting gratitude statements.
  6. Would Mike Pettine come back to Buffalo as our DC? I would love to see a fusion between the two schemes.
  7. This brings tears of joy to my heart. I’m so glad that we have an owner who is not only committed to winning, but is committed to Buffalo. God bless the entire Pegula family.
  8. As he should be. This is a make or break year for McD. He oughta leave nothing on the table. He’s viewed as a defensive guru slash aficionado, well let’s see it. Whomever we hire as DC should be our DC just in title. Let’s see what you got Coach McD.
  9. He should be on edge. Outside of Allen his drafts have sucked. He better have the best draft of his career.
  10. You do realize that these guys take 33 degree ice baths every day, right? Cryotherapy is apart of every pro athletes regimen, which is why I think Buffalo’s “cold weather advantage” is complete horse doo doo.
  11. I get the most satisfaction out of watching a QB whom is like a surgeon marching down the field. Ten throws to ten different receivers. Death by a thousand cuts. Pseudo intellectual QB meets rhythmic passer.
  12. I’d gladly take Jordan Phillips back, he was playing injured all year, could probably be had at the veterans minimum. Why not? Shaq Lawson, excellent run defender, could probably be had at the vet minimum. Why not? Boettger, good depth, vet minimum. Why not? Greg Van Roten. Vet minimum. Why not? Quessenberry. Vet minimum. Why not? Let Singletary test the market, if it’s a hot market for him he walks, if it’s cold maybe we can bring him back.
  13. So it looks like The Board is right, at least when it comes to Daniel Jeremiah’s pov when it comes to whom the Bills should draft at 27. DJ’s team fits for draft prospects: star WR for Bills A home playoff loss where the Bills mustered just 10 points in the Divisional Round was a bitter end to a season that began with Super Bowl expectations. The disappointing result could nudge Buffalo into getting another weapon for Josh Allen in the first round. Jeremiah sees Ohio State's Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Boston College's Zay Flowers as two wide receiver fits for the Bills at No. 27 overall. "Smith-Njigba would probably be one that I would think would be a nice complement there," Jeremiah said. "If you're looking for somebody who can do some of that in the middle of the field, he gives you that. Gabe (Davis) can play more over the top and (Stefon) Diggs kind of does everything. That would be one I would think that would be a really good fit there as a really good player. I love Zay Flowers. I know he's not the biggest guy in the world at a little over 5-9, 182 pounds, but he's a clone to T.Y. Hilton." Jeremiah also sees an opportunity for Buffalo to add to its interior offensive line, with Florida's O'Cyrus Torrence being a potential candidate late in Round 1. https://www.nfl.com/news/2023-nfl-draft-daniel-jeremiah-identifies-intriguing-team-fits-for-top-prospects
  14. Bills need an above average WR in FA and they need an A+ WR in the draft.
  15. I like this post because you’re quite the contrarian. The world isn’t all butterflies and rainbows. Consider the eye rolls a badge of honor.
  16. I feel like @LABILLBACKER said it best. There should be a high quality WR available at 27. If not, I think the Bills should look at Bijan Robinson, or go after a lineman like O’Cyrus Torrence or Broderick Jones if Robinson is not there.
  17. Can he catch the ball though? That’s my main question. In order to be a three down back, you have to be able to hack it in the passing game.
  18. I took about 5-6 months off from this place once.. I came back and nobody even noticed I was gone.. nothin’..
  19. I notice that Bijan Robinson got quite a few votes. His supporters are silent but they seem to have a strong presence here. I must say, we could do a lot worse than drafting Bijan Robinson at 27. A lot worse.
  20. I kind of feel like Addison and JSN will be gone although I admit that there is a reasonable chance that they’re there. I went with Jalin Hyatt. I love Flowers too but he is undersized and that worries me. Could be the next Tyreke Hill or he could be a total bust. Hyatt has nice size and elite speed and wonderful production last year. Ultimately though I’d roll the dice on either.
  21. My friend, I called all connoisseurs, provocateurs and saboteurs, you are all three!
  22. Those are all good choices, but as far as JSN is concerned, I don’t think it’s too far fetched to think that he could be there. Weirder things have happened. It’s not like your mocking a top 5 talent to be there, although the talent differential between a top 5 player and a top 25-30 player isn’t as linear as some may think. It’s a lot more abstract given time I think.
