  1. As far as paying non-QBs, what better position than WR? A great WR makes your QBs job much easier. I'd much rather pay an elite WR than a LB, CB or DE. I know I'll get flogged for saying so.
  2. Chiefs over Saints
  3. Codeword for let's tank for a QB.
  4. They don't make matzah the way they used to.
  5. I meant by career trajectory, not personality or playstyle. Good enough to where he gets picked up and starts yet bad enough as to where nobody is willing to commit to him long term.
  6. I'd hate to pay all that money to an oft injured player, let alone offering a pick.
  7. Bodine and McCoy are the most obvious candidates. Foster is a guy I'd deal for a 2nd but I doubt any team would give that much up. Maybe we get a 5th for McCoy or Bodine, if we are lucky.
  8. I was actually thinking more along the lines of Josh McCown, if not nominally better than that. Rosen will not be a complete bust nor will he pose much of a problem to Buffalo. Allen will always be surrounded by superior talent than Rosen.
  9. Rosen will be a journeyman much like Fitz. I don't think he'll be a complete bust, but will constantly float around as a marginal starter.
  10. It'll be Brown, Jones and Beasley. Foster will come in on design plays, the others are more consistent.
  11. The tweets seemed exuberantly positive. Maybe expectations are higher for him though which says a lot about how OBD feels about Josh. Thank God training camp is finally here and thank you very much YOLO for your posts, you do a wonderful job posting these tweets and articles, I've been glued to my phone all day. Godspeed, sir.
  12. I'm a traditionalist. I think the idea in the OP would kill the NFL. I like the divisional rivalries way too much to change that. I could see a few teams getting swapped into different divisions though, that could be a blast.
  13. I'm not surprised Josh is playing well. This is good. This is real good.
  14. I'm guessing top 10. We lack a pass rush. I don't believe Hughes and Murphy alone can get it done and Oliver is but a rookie. Top 10 though for sure unless we get hit with injuries.
  15. I'm excited that he is working on anticipation and touch specifically.
  16. Right, well we are 1-1 under McDermott. Meaning it can go either way, you're choosing the most negative outcome imaginable all across the board, which for some reason is realistic. Nevermind the great draft, free agent haul and some of our younger players over the last 2 years coming into their own. By the way, I would never tell you to root for another team, its clear the team you root for isn't the Bills.
  17. I don't believe you are a Bills fan. Why on God's green Earth are you posting here? You're here, there and everywhere posting doom and gloom. Just because you live a sorry life doesn't mean you should pull others down with you and negativity doesn't automatically equate to actuality. That's just your reality, not the world's.
  18. Once it stops being fun, you should do something else. Are you having fun doing this?
  19. Easier said than done. We couldn't even get Bill Cowher or Jon Gruden to come here despite the fact that we were offering them a stake in ownership. ?
  20. I don't think the Pegulas would have brought him back if he was truly racist. Welcome back I say. ✌
  21. You can't try and stretch the fabric of reality, they didn't have to do anything but they did. Also, Mahomes was considered a project QB coming out just like Allen.
  22. I liked Mahomes coming out, I likened him to Favre. I just don't feel like he would have had anywhere near the success he had with Reid under McDermott. Allen was put in a God awful position, whereas Mahomes was put in a golden situation.
  23. I don't think so. I think Andy Reid is a QB whisperer and consistently has a track record of producing QBs. No way Mahomes does what he did in Kansas City in Buffalo.
