  1. It'll be Brown, Jones and Beasley. Foster will come in on design plays, the others are more consistent.
  2. The tweets seemed exuberantly positive. Maybe expectations are higher for him though which says a lot about how OBD feels about Josh. Thank God training camp is finally here and thank you very much YOLO for your posts, you do a wonderful job posting these tweets and articles, I've been glued to my phone all day. Godspeed, sir.
  3. I'm a traditionalist. I think the idea in the OP would kill the NFL. I like the divisional rivalries way too much to change that. I could see a few teams getting swapped into different divisions though, that could be a blast.
  4. I'm not surprised Josh is playing well. This is good. This is real good.
  5. I'm guessing top 10. We lack a pass rush. I don't believe Hughes and Murphy alone can get it done and Oliver is but a rookie. Top 10 though for sure unless we get hit with injuries.
  6. I'm excited that he is working on anticipation and touch specifically.
  7. Right, well we are 1-1 under McDermott. Meaning it can go either way, you're choosing the most negative outcome imaginable all across the board, which for some reason is realistic. Nevermind the great draft, free agent haul and some of our younger players over the last 2 years coming into their own. By the way, I would never tell you to root for another team, its clear the team you root for isn't the Bills.
  8. I don't believe you are a Bills fan. Why on God's green Earth are you posting here? You're here, there and everywhere posting doom and gloom. Just because you live a sorry life doesn't mean you should pull others down with you and negativity doesn't automatically equate to actuality. That's just your reality, not the world's.
  9. Once it stops being fun, you should do something else. Are you having fun doing this?
  10. Easier said than done. We couldn't even get Bill Cowher or Jon Gruden to come here despite the fact that we were offering them a stake in ownership. ?
  11. I don't think the Pegulas would have brought him back if he was truly racist. Welcome back I say. ✌
  12. You can't try and stretch the fabric of reality, they didn't have to do anything but they did. Also, Mahomes was considered a project QB coming out just like Allen.
  13. I liked Mahomes coming out, I likened him to Favre. I just don't feel like he would have had anywhere near the success he had with Reid under McDermott. Allen was put in a God awful position, whereas Mahomes was put in a golden situation.
  14. I don't think so. I think Andy Reid is a QB whisperer and consistently has a track record of producing QBs. No way Mahomes does what he did in Kansas City in Buffalo.
  15. I think we have at least 3 good starters. Dawkins is a guy who I feel will rebound, he had no help last year, I think he'll be just fine. Morse is our best center since Eric Wood, he is a mountain of a man. Ford is a guy whom id like to see at RG, he should be a good starter. That leaves two spots on that OL I'm unsure of, but I think mediocrity is our floor as far as the OL is concerned. Mahomes once again landed in a golden situation. He had a great year, no doubt. My point is, Mahomes would have been a middling QB in Buffalo.
  16. You could be right, I could be wrong, no doubt. I personally think Allen takes a step forward this year and becomes a middling QB, albeit a middling QB with the top rushing attack and a top 10 defense.
  17. That was largely due to Allen not having a guy like Beasley in the slot. I think McKenzie showed flashes of being that guy but he was wildly inconsistent. What Allen needs is a guy like Bell, Kamara or McCaffery, a RB that can take a 1yd pass for 10 yards, last year that was impossible because our line was so bad that our backs would be taken down like a sack of potatoes. I think our line will be much improved, albeit not on a Dallas Cowboy level, but more along the lines of a mediocre, middle of the league, middling unit in the NFL, but enough as to where Allen has more time and options. I think if you combine our line upgrades, with slot upgrades and RB upgrades, we may see a completion % well above 60%. Don't forget that Allen had all offseason to stew on the playbook.
  18. Mahomes would not have looked good here, I'm sorry. He literally landed in an offense with numerous weapons, a very good QB to mentor him along with Andy Reid who is one of the best in the business, all around just a golden situation to be in. Allen had none of this structure, his supporting cast was sketchy at best. For all we know Allen can be a TD machine in 2019. It's too early to kick ourselves over Mahomes. Kansas City may never win a Super Bowl in typical Andy Reid fashion while Allen goes on to bring us multiple Lombardi's.
  19. I'll bet you 10,000 gummy bears he does not make the team.
  20. It's sad that someone would kill a woman for sex. They turned that poor girl into an object instead of a living, breathing, beautiful soul and spirit with a mind, feelings and personality. Whether Shawne actually had a hand in this I do not know, but someone has blood on their hands and major demons occupying their vessel.
  21. That's not a cool thing to say. From my understanding Quinnen is a heck of a kid, if anything I'd be weary of Gase. Holy moly what is that guy doing in New York? Bizarre. I almost feel bad for the players almost.
  22. I think if Allen plays competently, like a slightly above average starter, we are golden. We should have the #1 rush offense in the NFL and I think we are going to have a top 10 defense. The question is, can Allen manage the game well and click on some of these play action passes to keep defenses honest? We don't need Allen to be a top 10 QB, hell if he is a top 12-15 QB then we should see the playoffs. We will have a good indication of our future once we start rolling through training camp. Can Allen take a baby step this year? That's the question.
