  1. Any thoughts on him? He’s projected as a 2nd-3rd round pick. This guy has a quick first step and lots of power for his size. He was a walk on at Michigan State, but has earned a starting spot. Could this guy be a possible addition with that 2nd round pick? He is 6’4 260lbs and frankly I think he could add an extra 10-15lbs to his frame. If we re-sign Shaq, Willekes could be a nice talent we could bring a long behind Jerry Hughes.
  2. Gross Matos is sick. I’d love it, he would be my first choice but he won’t be there. A guy I like a lot is Kenny Willekes from Michigan State. May or may not be there in RD2. For now I think we should be hoping for a blue chip WR there at the bottom of RD1. Jalen Reagor reminds me a lot of Lee Evans.
  3. Jordan Jenkins, LB, NYJ Bud Dupree, LB, Pittsburgh Logan Ryan, CB, Tennessee Chris Harris, CB, Denver Anthony Zettel, DE, Cincinnati (vet minimum) Shilique Calhoun, DE, New England (vet minimum) Kenyan Drake, RB, Arizona Carlos Hyde, RB, Houston Lamar Miller, RB, Houston Jay Ajayi, RB, Philly Jermaine Kearse, WR, Detroit Devin Funchess, WR, Indy Josh Doctson, WR, Minnesota (vet minimum) Breshad Permian, WR, Tampa Bay
  4. Ideally I’d like to see our money go towards CB and LB in free agency and our high draft picks go towards offense. Free Agency: Bud Dupree, LB, Pittsburgh: 4yrs, 38 million Logan Ryan, CB, Tennessee: 3yrs, 22 million Shaq Lawson, DE, Buffalo: 3yrs 24 million Jordan Phillips, DT, Buffalo: 3yrs 30 million Draft: 1. Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU 2. Kenny Wilekes, DE, Michigan State 3. Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State 4. Ke’Shaun Vaughn, RB, Vanderbilt 5. Drue Chrisman, P, OSU
  5. I think both Shaq Lawson and Jordan Phillips need to be re-signed to incentive laden deals. Very little guaranteed money that could increase if certain triggers are met. Shaq 3yrs 28 million 15 million guaranteed Phillips 4yrs 40 million 27 million guaranteed Keep an ear open, but allow them to test the market.
  6. Defense Bud Dupree would be a guy I’d like to take over for Lorenzo. He is a 8 sack per year kind of player. Re-sign Shaq Lawson, dump Murphy. Retain Jordan Phillips. Sign Aqib Talib to a 1 year contract, defense is set. Offense Draft Jedrick Wills offensive tackle from Alabama. He goes on the right side, Ford goes into LG. Spain walks, Feliciano is signed to a 3 year deal in the neighborhood of $5-6m annually. I’d target a WR in Rd 2. Justin Jefferson preferably, if not Tee Higgins. Retain/Sign/Extend Dion Dawkins Matt Milano TreDavious White Jordan Phillips Shaq Lawson Jon Feliciano Jordan Poyer Don’t overspend in free agency, take care of our own guys. Draft em and re-sign them. Pay TreDavious White more than any other corner in the NFL, you won’t find a better corner.
  7. He’s by far my favorite Bill, he’s amazing. Won us at least two games this year. I hope we make him the highest paid corner in the league, he deserves it.
  8. I’m surprised Allen didn’t fracture a testicle.
  9. Could use a couple WRs with size. Between Brown, Beasley, McKenzie and Foster we have enough small/fast twitchy WRs.
  10. Problem with New England is they have two elite corners followed by an impressive secondary to boot. They can easily remove Smoke and Beezer without any problems and who would be left to throw to? Perhaps Knox? Singletary? Who else? You beat New England by running the ball. Only way Allen has a big game is if he’s running the ball. I see a loss here followed by a win over the Jets. Sorry.
  11. I don’t think they were playing scared, they were playing smart. Our defense was destroying Pittsburgh’s offense so naturally we played mistake free football on offense. Not to mention that Pittsburgh also has a very very good defense. Give your opponent props, we beat a very good team.
  12. Problem is ya need a damn GPS on the football to find the WR.
  13. Yep, but he still has some left in the tank and it wouldn’t be far fetched to assume that Terrell could get hot if he were to play in the playoffs. He has more sacks than Hughes.
  14. He’s a process guy.
  15. Players may have to start kneeling before the games.
  16. Hopefully Duck lays a goose against Buffalo.
  17. Singletary is Frank Gore without the torn ACLs.
  18. It’s still really early in the process but here’s a few guys I like. Where they go? I do not know. Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU Jedrick Wills, RT, Alabama Najee Harris, RB, Alabama
  19. I’d also say that forcing Pittsburgh into 3rd & long situations is paramount. Hodges is more of a check down kind of QB, see what happens when you force him to air it out. I think our secondary matches up marvelously in those types of situations. Keep n extra man in the box, eliminate the run and check downs, build up a lead and then blitz them into oblivion.
  20. Antonio Brown Colin Kaepernick Stephon Gilmore
  21. I think it’ll be Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson. I suspect we’ll be adding a few linemen too on both sides of the ball.
