  1. I’d get him to drop 10lbs. Can plug him in at LE on passing downs. On running downs all of a sudden we have an enforcer at LB. I think he upgrades two positions on defense for us. Good for 8-10 sacks a year, probably cost half as much as Clowney.
  2. Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, NYJ Perfect replacement for LoZo. Has a quick first step, can play linebacker, can line up at DE. Will command $10M/yr but not as much as say Clowney, Dupree or Yannick.
  3. I felt like we weren’t getting a whole lotta pressure with our front 4. My biggest problem with our defense is our DEs. Hughes was injured so he gets a pass, Shaq looked good at times but needs to be more consistent, outside of those two guys we had nothing.
  4. Don’t want him. I’d much rather we cut Murphy, re-sign Shaq and go after Jordan Jenkins in free agency.
  5. I’m hoping that we keep McKenzie. He’s good for a few big plays a game. Obviously Brown and Beasley are solid performers as well. Andre Roberts is also a solid return man, I think I’d keep him around for his contributions to STs alone. Some folks may say he’s average but he has sure hands and he constantly pushes the ball out to the 20-25. I actually like Roberts for that reason alone. I’d like us to draft two guys RDS 1-3. Double up on a need area in a deep draft. I see our WR group as: Brown, Beasley, McKenzie, Roberts, draft, draft. Wouldn’t mind Henry Ruggs RD1 and to follow through with Stephen Guidry in RD3. 1. Henry Ruggs, WR, Alabama 2. Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson 3. Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State Free Agency Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, 4yrs $40M Shaq Lawson, LE, 3yrs $27M Brian Bulaga, RT, 3yrs $30M Work out extensions for some of our young guys.
  6. I’d rather bump Ford into LG, sign a solid starting RT and let Nsekhe be our swing tackle. Think you do that and our line is all set.
  7. That’s fair enough, probably more quick than fast. I liked him coming out of Georgia. Smart football player, quick to diagnose. Either way I think he’d thrive if we used him the same way we did Lorenzo Alexander. I covet him.
  8. I think he’ll get vastly overpaid, not my type of player but it’s fair enough that you bring him up.
  9. After looking at the free agent crop I think it’s safe to say that we should address RB and WR in the draft. There does seem to be some pass rush help however in free agency. Here’s my short list of players I like Bud Dupree, DE/OLB, Pittsburgh: Perfect guy to replace Trent Murphy and Shaq Lawson. He racked up 11.5 sacks last year in Pittsburgh and was a terror off the edge. Can play some LB as well but ideally I think you just let him attack the QB. Projected at 5yrs $80m Jordan Jenkins, OLB, NYJ: This is my ideal choice to replace Lorenzo Alexander. Jenkins is good for 8 sacks a year. He is a speedy LB and would round out our LB room. Bud Dupree, Jordan Jenkins and Jerry Hughes rushing the QB is a scary reality for any QB. Projected $8-10m/yr Robby Anderson, WR, NYJ: If healthy I think Robby Anderson could contribute on a significant level for our offense. Rookie WRs historically take a year or two to come into their own so Anderson could buy some time for our draftees. Could come cheap on a short term deal. Brian Bulaga, RT, Packers: Obviously a stalwart in Green Bay for so long. He’s a grizzled vet but I think he still has some juice left. At 32 years old he may have a solid 2 or 3 years left. Green Bay will likely move to re-sign him. Projected at $10m/yr Matt Judon, DE/OLB, Baltimore Very similar player to Bud Dupree, just not as productive. Regardless, Judon is no slouch. He would invigorate that EDGE position and would provide a solid replacement and upgrade left by Lorenzo Alexander. Jack Conklin, RT, Tennessee Drafted #8 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft, Conklin has lived up to his billing as a dominant RT. Having helped pave the way for the NFL’s leading rusher Derrick Henry, Conklin is in line for a huge payday. Ford struggled at RT and could benefit from going into one of those guard spots. Conklin would give us a dominant RT and help keep Josh Allen upright. Projected $15m/yr. Daryl Williams, RT, Carolina Daryl Williams has had some injury issues in the past, but when healthy has proven to decent starter. I don’t think he’d be an upgrade over Ford but it would still allow us to bump Ford into guard. Kind of a risky gamble, wouldn’t overpay but if the price was right I’d go for it. Solid, albeit not great player.
  10. Free Agency: Bud Dupree, LB/DE, Pittsburgh 5yrs $80m Robby Anderson, WR, NYJ 3yrs $27m RD1: AJ Epenesa, DE, Iowa RD2: Justin Jefferson, WR, LSU RD3: Yasir Durant, RT, Missouri RD4: Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State
  11. I’d rather we cut Trent Murphy and re-sign Shaq Lawson to a 3yr deal for about $24m. Make a big splash on DE/OLB Bud Dupree out of Pittsburgh, 5yrs $50m $30m GTD. Between Dupree, Hughes, Johnson and Lawson we’re golden.
  12. I’m not too worried about backup QB, if Allen goes down the season’s over.
  13. He’ll likely sign with New England and they’ll spend their #1 on QB. Maybe they trade up and take Tua if he drops because of injury concerns.
  14. Bud Dupree is a guy I like if Pittsburgh doesn’t re-sign him. Can play DE and LB, good for 8-10 sacks and 80 tackles.
  15. I think Dawson Knox will be a stud. I could easily see 650-800 yards a season when he gets rolling. They’ll likely cut Kroft. Sweeney is a guy I want to see us develop. He can be a quality backup given some time. Lee Smith is someone I’d keep, he’s a veteran presence and a good blocker. Could use another 7th RD draft pick or an UDFA pick up, I guess. I like our TEs for the most part.
  16. 1. Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado - Bills add a true #1 to groom behind John Brown. At 6’2 Buffalo adds a big bodied physical WR to the mix. Perfect fit for Allen, Shenault injects our WR stable with much needed talent. 2. Tristan Wirfs, RT, Iowa - Bills add a true RT, Ford goes into LG his natural position. 3. Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson - Bills add another potentially elite RB to pair with Devin Singletary. Etienne runs with a bit more power than Singletary but is still fast and elusive. 3. TRADE! Buffalo packages up both their 5ths to move up into the bottom of the 3rd round and select: Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State. Guidry is 6’4 and would give Allen a big target to throw to. He has very good speed for his size, I think he could add another big bodied WR to the group. Shenalt, Brown, Beasley, Guidry, McKenzie and Roberts is a pretty impressive group of wideouts. Re-sign DE Shaq Lawson to 3yrs $24m Sign DE Bud Dupree to 5yr $50m Look for a starting LB and CB in free agency.
  17. I couldn’t disagree more. I think if an owner thinks an African American coach gives you a better chance than a white guy, they’ll get hired. Could be wrong but teams are way too competitive to not hire the best coach. Could be wrong though but I’ll try n keep an open mind.
  18. Regardless, I’d rather end up in a trade back scenario where we walk away with Kenny Willekes and Najee Harris along with two 3s we can can spend on WR, DE, CB or LB. We have more holes than you think.
  19. RT, CB2, RB, WR, WR, LE, RE, K, P, LB, LB Not as deep as you think young padawan.
  20. I think Allen will win at least one, so no I would not make that trade.
  21. That dude who kicked the table is a douchelaroo.
