  1. Could be. Is Luck really ready to walk away though? Could Indianapolis really float Rivers’, Brissetts and Luck’s contracts? Did Luck simply retire to get out of Indianapolis? Did he simply need a year to take care of his body?
  2. I’d be more worried about Andrew Luck coming out of retirement to play for New England than I would Watson. Rivers signed with Indianapolis and it wouldn’t be too far fetched to see them draft a guy like Jake Fromm at #34 making Luck expendable. This is the only move New England could make that would strike fear in me. What better place for Andrew Luck than New England?
  3. Robinson is a buzz saw and would be great value RD3. Needs to be coached up more but could be a 8-10 sack per year kind of player. Should be there, if not give me Kenny Willekes.
  4. RB is absolutely a glaring need, but in my mind, there is no way that Taylor, Dobbins, CEH and Swift are all gone by the time we pick. Those four guys are freaks and one of them should absolutely be there for us when we pick. We should be golden. As much as I love Jonathan Taylor and wish for him to fall to us, there is no real need to trade up. There should be good value for us at 54, value that also fills a significant need. One of the top four will be there.
  5. Without Brady I don’t think New England beats the Rams. Garoppolo loses that game.
  6. I think it would certainly make things more interesting but I don’t view Cam as a humble pie kind of guy that Belichick likes. I hope they take Jordan Love, but my gut feeling is they take Jake Fromm. Regardless he’s three years behind Allen and his ceiling isn’t as high. Must be hard going to Foxborough and playing in the shadow of TB12. We all saw the QB carousel that followed Jim Kelly after his retirement, I’d love to see the same thing happen to the Patsys as they dwell in the cellar of the AFC East for the next 20 years. ? This isn’t the first time I’ve been called premature before unfortunately.
  7. This coronavirus is killing me. If we don’t play this year that would really suck because we have a top 5 roster in the NFL. The Chiefs will be tough, the Ravens will be tough, there’s a few other teams that are tough on paper but this Bills team is about as stacked a team you could find in the NFL.
  8. Do we even need the draft at this point? Honestly. We could use a RB but that’s one of the most easily filled positions in all of sports. Dobbins or Taylor should be there when we pick, if not Akers or CEH. This roster is stacked from top to bottom. Josh Allen finally has a legit top 5-7 receiver to throw to in Stefon Diggs who could easily haul in 100 catches if he’s used right. Tom Brady is in Tampa Bay, New England is in cap hell. Miami is rebuilding and brought back Chan ***** Gailey out of retirement to pair up with Ryan Fitzpatrick, I mean holy ***** you can’t make this stuff up, are you ***** kidding me? Adam Gase is a total scumbag that nobody wants to play for. I see 12 wins and we win the AFC East and maybe a Super Bowl run depending on how good Josh Allen is. Buffalo is the team to beat in the AFC East and a major contender in the conference. I see no way we don’t make a push, prove me wrong.
  9. I digress. JG is good enough to win you games but not good enough to win you the big game. He will never win a Super Bowl unlike Brady, they squeezed one more out of him. New England will likely draft one this year but by then it’ll be too late. The Buffalo Bills will be a well oiled war machine at that point with Josh Allen and company hitting stride.
  10. From my understanding he was moved around a lot. He’s a natural RT but Carolina forced him to play LT and LG because of injuries. He dislocated his knee cap and tore his meniscus in 2018 so that might explain why he had an off year in 2019. I think once we get the details we may have a better understanding of whether or not Beane views him as a starter or not. Either way it won’t hurt to have him compete against Cody Ford, solid depth regardless.
  11. Yes. I agree. Stefon Diggs is a hell of a weapon and it wouldn’t shock me if he gets 85-100 catches but outside of Singletary we’re completely screwed at RB. And like you said, every time Singletary needed some air our running attack was downright atrocious and abysmal. RB#2 is the difference between 8-9 wins or 10-12, it’s that important. God forbid Singletary gets hurt and our offense becomes one dimensional. I think Allen is good but I don’t think he can will us to a Championship on his arm alone, he needs a great defense and running attack to help get him there. He’s only 23 years old and needs a strong supporting cast around him to get him over the hump. Maybe in year 4 or 5 Allen turns into an elite QB ala Rodgers, Mahomes or Brady but for now I just don’t think he’s there yet. Pound the ball and take some pressure off of Allen.
  12. I’ve been saying it for over a month now. Singletary is legit, like top 5 RB in the NFL legit but I prefer a RBBC approach. It’ll keep Singletary fresh, lengthen his career and constantly keep defenses off guard. Every time Singletary stepped out for a breather our running game suffered massively. Gore and Yeldon were just not good enough to keep the chains moving. There’s at least half a dozen RBs RDS 2-4 that I think could come in right away and help us, Taylor, Dobbins, CEH, Moss, Dillon, Benjamin etc, and I’m sure I’m missing a couple but the point remains, adding another bell cow RB makes our offense dangerous. We’re deep everywhere but RB and it’s a position that is in obvious need of an upgrade. I’d prefer we go to the draft for RB and not FA. Find a young stud that can help spearhead a doubleheaded monster with Singletary. I’d prefer we address it RD2 especially if Dobbins or Taylor slip, maybe even trade up a little bit get one but WR is also still a need, we could go there as well, I guess it depends on how the board plays out. We need RB, WR, DE so I’m hoping we address these areas in RDS 2, 3 & 4. Other than that I think our roster is pretty jacked, like should compete for a Super Bowl Championship level jacked. Brandon Beane is a genius and quite frankly one of the best GMs in football, if not in all of sports. The man is a wizard.
  13. Dawkins-Spain-Morse-Ford-Williams Too much invested and too little time to bench Cody Ford. He is better suited at RG. By all means have Feliciano battle Ford, I could be wrong but I think Ford wins that fight. Now go get me Jonathan Taylor, trade up if you have to and watch Buffalo produce two 1,000yd running backs.
  14. As I said, i view Gibson more as a WR than a RB but could be productive as a third down back. I think Gibson has a lot of potential as a slot receiver and kick returner which would make Andre Roberts expendable. Gibson upgrades three positions, great value in the 3rd-4th. Gandy-Golden is a solid prospect but once again, he’s a developmental prospect and he can play only one position. Gibson can play three positions.
  15. Gibson is a better player and receiver than Andre Roberts. Roberts offers little to nothing in terms of being a pass catching receiver on offense. Gibson OTOH would have value as a 3rd string/4th string receiver and could not only return kicks but he could replace Yeldon as our 3rd string RB. So Gibson upgrades WR/RB/KR, Roberts simply returns kicks. Gibson is the better player and upgrades three positions not just one. Gibson is also a better prospect than Golden. Given the two I take Gibson. I am curious if Golden would beat our McKenzie and Foster, both are developmental prospects and would make our FO make some hard choices on who stays or goes.
  16. Why do I have to spell it out for you? Can you not read between the lines? Gibson will likely be a 4th string WR/developmental prospect/return man in the NFL. Gibson and Roberts do the same thing, you only keep one, Gibson is a good 7-8 years younger than Roberts, so if we draft Gibson, Roberts is gone. Gibson is not a RB, he is a WR in the NFL. Gandy is another developmental WR at the next level. We already have two of those guys in McKenzie and Roberts. Redundant.
  17. I’m hoping it’s WR, DE or RB. In an ideal world Jonathan Taylor or JK Dobbins slides to us with our first pick. Mims, Reagor, Claypool, Higgins or Jefferson would be a nice consolation prize if one of them slides to us. If all else fails I’d look to Curtis Weaver, Kenny Willekes or Alton Robinson and add a blue chip DE prospect to ease into the rotation, maybe trade down and take Willekes or Robinson RD2.
  18. That’s pretty good, although I see Antonio Gibson as a WR at the next level, not a RB. I think he could easily take over for Andre Roberts as a return man Day 1 and would likely beat out Foster and McKenzie as our 4th WR. Taking Golden may be a bit redundant at that point although the pick may have some merit. Both McKenzie and Foster would be traded or cap casualties? Good draft overall though.
  19. These are my top 4. I like Alton Robinson a lot. He’s a fast twitch DE and fairly productive. I wonder if a good coach like Sean McDermott or Eric Washington could squeeze out more production out of him and turn this guy into a star pass rusher at the next level. His God given physical skill set is tremendous and arguably one of the best in the draft. If I could pick one player I hope the Bills would draft it’d be him. Please Mr. Beane, take Alton Robinson in the third. Kenny Willekes plays with good leverage, high motor, strong, good bend. Once again, would be great in the third round. Josh Uche is a player that I feel could take over Lorenzo Alexander’s position. Great SLB, offers a lot of boom in the pass rush department, probably a 2nd round pick, likely gone before we pick. Explosive athlete. Curtis Weaver would be a great second round pick if we go EDGE with our first pick. I think he’d fit in perfectly on the left side where Shaq left off. Power, strength, leverage, brute force is his game. Solid in the run. Three down starter.
  20. If we don’t sweep New England and win the AFC East this year it’ll never happen for us. Allen is a 3rd year QB, time to start showing some signs of being a dominant franchise QB. I agree that Dalton or Newton would push New England into the playoffs as a wildcard but Buffalo should be making a deep playoff push slash Super Bowl run.
  21. I think of Antonio Gibson as a WR, I could be wrong though. Strikes me as a nice developmental talent at WR, maybe can take a snap or two at RB but if we drafted him I think he’d challenge Robert Foster and Isaiah McKenzie.
