Bear with me, I’ve only had one cup of coffee this morning and I’m waiting for the caffeine to kick in... anyways... Gunner, I’m not going to deny that our LBs had a bad game....but I think our DTs were being pushed all over.. Not sure if this is a coaching issue or not... I suspect that it is... As far as Edmunds and Milano are concerned, I think they’re both playing hurt and it doesn’t help that they were going against a brilliant offensive mind in Sean McVay.. I highly respect him as a coach and I think before his career is over he’ll have a few rings.. I’m not willing to blow up our LBs after one bad game.. Edmunds already has a Pro Bowl under his belt and I think him and Milano will rebound... There is no doubt in my mind that Buffalo desperately needs another LB to add to the mix - but I do think our defense recovers.. I think here on and so forth that Buffalo’s identity will remain as an offensive minded team but I do think our defense will become a top 10 unit again.. I’ll admit that Milano and Edmunds leave more to be desired as run stuffers, but as pass defenders they’re very good.. there is a big issue going on in our interior DL... not sure if this is a coaching issue or if it’s the players.. I do notice that since we’ve added Eric Washington I’ve been completely unimpressed.. if our DL keeps letting RBs into the second level, injuries will start piling up in our LBs and secondary.. completely underwhelmed with Oliver and our other DTs... our DEs I thought have looked very good, so I guess if there is a silver lining in the whole thing it’d be that... Addison, Hughes and even Epenesa I thought had a good game.. think we just needa be patient and let McD work out the kinks... think we’ll be fine and I do think Eric Washington is a good coach but big, not small adjustments need to be made.. I think we’ll be fine.. No reason to panic just yet..

Is Hyde playing at an All Pro or even a Pro Bowl level? No. Is he being paid like an All Pro or Pro Bowler? No. His play has fallen off, I agree... but his salary isn’t cumbersome.. i think you let him ride out his contract and let him walk.. Another safety in this mix next year wouldn’t surprise me.. nor would another DT or two nor would another LB or two.. think much of our problem, in my opinion, at least on defense is at DT.. they’re not doing their jobs well.. is it the new coach? is it the players??? I don’t know.. but Oliver, Butler, Phillips and Jefferson are doing our linebackers and safeties no favors...

Their running game is a problem.. but Allen is the better QB between the two.. should be a good matchup.. think the Bills should win but we’ll see.

Perhaps he could throw it to himself, catch it, run over a LB and leapfrog a safety.. wouldn’t surprise me at this point!

Yeah... I mean that INT call on Allen should have never happened.. it was the right thing for them to do by calling that.. they let the Rams back in the game, it’s only fair they make it right... they knew... they knew..

Surprises 1. Stefon Diggs... Wasn’t aware of how good he is.. didn’t know much about him until we traded for him.. thought he would be an okay #1 but now it’s clear to me that Diggs can make even the best CBs in the NFL look stupid.. 2. Mario Addison.. Thought he was some high priced older aged DE who wouldn’t do much here... but Addison has proved that he knows how to bring it.. very good DE, him and Hughes cause havoc regularly.. 3. Gabe Davis.. Heard good things about him all camp.. but now it looks like the rookie is coming along nicely.. should develop into a nice target for Allen.. quietly having a good year.. Disappointments 1. Ed Oliver... He was billed as the next Aaron Donald.... so far I don’t see it.. Gets handled regularly and to be frank he has been a major disappointment.. plenty of time still, I’m not saying he’ll be quiet all year but so far three games in I’m completely disappointed. 2. Quinton Jefferson... Landed a pretty decent contract when he came here... He’s terrible... Absolutely terrible... Our interior DL is extremely bad and porous.... Cannot stop a nosebleed.. 3. Vernon Butler.... Vernon who? Another terrible free agent acquisition.. Our interior DL is one of the worst in the league... Oliver, Butler, Jefferson....who? 4. TreDavious White....Just signed a huge contract.... is he still driven? Does he play hard for a Super Bowl title or does he relax now that he’s been paid? Ultimately, these are my feelings... I think Milano and Edmunds would look better had our interior DL been more stout... they’ve done our LBs and even Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer no favors.. Get rid of Butler and Jefferson, give that money to Milano and Edmunds... drafting some interior DL should be a huge priority.. as is a third LB to the mix and some OL help.

I hope Mr. Daboll realizes that the grass is always greener on the other side..I hope for his sake he doesn’t jump at the first HC opportunity that presents itself.. Hopefully he doesn’t go to the Jets or the Browns or the Lions... He’s better off staying here and winning a ring with his hometown team.. because the Bills are contenders and that window is just opening up now.. We’re looking at a 10 year window to win a Championship under Josh Allen and this nitty gritty Sean McDermott team.. Now I understand if the Texans come calling... or maybe even the Falcons or whomever has the 1st overall pick and is in contention for Trevor Lawrence.. but my point is, don’t break up the gang in order for him to go to a crappy franchise that he’ll be out the door in 2 years time.. Better off staying here, improving his resumé for some of the better teams round the league.. may take a year, may take two years.. but I’d wait for the right opportunity if I were him.. Build your resumé now, he should have a top 5 offense year and year out if he stays here.. Wait until a good franchise comes calling..

I think this one is a blowout.. Our defense shows up and our offense stays red hot... Bills win 28-7... Buffalo moves onto 4-0..

I think our defense makes a resurgence here.. Josh throws a couple TDS... Singletary has a great game..

I know man... i’m really worried about Oliver too... needs to put on 20lbs of muscle.. too small... not saying he can’t ball but he needs to show up with a better physique than he’s brought.. must of had a really lazy offseason..

Allen would not of had posted the numbers he had if this had been a low scoring game.. me? I’m just grateful that Buffalo finally has a QB who can duel with the best of them..

Yes, yes, yes! Rams are a VERY good team with an insanely good coach! McVay is a very very very good coach. I think before McVay’s career is over he’ll have a few rings. This is not some BS team we went up against, the Rams are a very good team!

Well, just cus ya haven’t heard of em don’t mean they’re no good.. Goff, Ramsey, Donald, Kupp, Woods, Whitworth, Robinson, Brockers, Higbee etc.. when I played sports, my coach always told me to talk up the other team.. if ya beat em then ya beat a good opponent.. if you don’t do that and you lose, you kinda got egg on your face and you’re embarrassed.. once again, you’re overlooking the experience gap here... that’s what scares me the most.. the Rams have guys that have been to the Super Bowl with them.. compare that to Josh Allen who although looks promising has only had his coming out party the last two games of the season.. the experience gap frightens me.. and if Milano and Edmunds don’t play, Higbee vs our LBs could get nasty..

Super Bowl hangover can do that to the best of them.. Personally, I highly respect Sean McVay and the coaching staff he’s assembled in LA.. the Rams have a lot more experience than us.. they’ve actually been to a Super Bowl, we’ve yet to win a playoff game under McD.. unbelievably well coached team and a highly talented roster.. yeah this could go bad.. I like to think we’ll win but it could get really ugly... huge test for this Bills team, hope they’re up for it!

It’s true though my friend.. it’s true... Rams are a legit Super Bowl contender.. this is a hell of a test for this young Bills team...
