    Big game for Sean. 3 loses in division round in a row at home being the higher seed having the best QB in the NFL who plays his best football in the playoffs is inexcusable, period. This needs to be a statement game by him or its time to look for a new gig!

    I know it's against all that Bills 2nd and 3rd strings but Milton in his first ever game action is doing anything he wants, Bills can't contain him let alone stop him. That's a bit discouraging.

    Why wouldn't McDermott be on the hot seat if they lose. His teams and especially his defenses have way under performed and been down right terrible in the playoffs. I'm sick of excuse making for this guy, either get the job done with the #1 player at the #1 position in his prime in the NFL or get the eff out!
