Like someone else mentioned "Peterman does throw a very catchable ball".

I think they know the Dareus trade has effectively ended their season. They are shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic. Without any defense they're just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks. Peterman was never going to score enough to win with this defense. Worse yet that might be why I think he could actually start again next week. They know this defense is incapable of winning most games. If they don't know that Taylor gives them the best chance at winning when the defense is playing well then they shouldn't be coaching. If the defense can't stop anyone then why not start evaluating players. If they think the defense can get better then we'll see Taylor next week.

Can we bring back Gailey and Schwartz as coordinators? Actually I've always had a decent amount of respect for Frazier. I think they got a little too cocky when they traded away Dareus and are paying dearly for it.

Thompson should be starting. Crazy comparison but in Carolina Ted Ginn stepped up. Doing well in N0 now. He's not a "great" receiver but every team needs a deep threat. Thompson has produced whenever we get him on the field.

Great we'll tell the stat guys to adjust accordingly.

People keep saying things like "both QB's were bad today" and "Tyrod was so bad in the Jets game". Let's get one thing straight. He was bad in the N0 game. Not throw 5 picks in the first half bad. He checked it down when Dennison wanted him to throw into double and triple coverage.

I"ve heard that and duly noted ...... but the guy sucks. He was awful in Denver and he's awful here. It's one of those cases where you can't even really evaluate the "talent" because he's so bad at creating anything with the plays.

Given that Dennison ruined Peyton Manning the answer might be yes when it comes to his offense. Dennison hasn't done anything worth writing home about since 2012.

I've said it in other threads ......... Thompson should be starting if Taylor is the QB. He gets production and he gets separation. Makes everything work.

Tell me again how bad he was against the Jets? I saw that game. He was bad against N0 but I'm interested to hear about the Jets game.

Since they will not just flat out say Peterman was a flaming bag of poo I'll have to just settle for the two or three times I laughed out loud as they explained that 0NLY 4 ints were on him .......... the fifth was a drop. 0h well in that case he was fantastic .........................

Sadly the more I read this stuff the more I'm beginning to think McDemott is an idiot also. Defense is his specialty and that is the biggest problem we have right now. Then add in that he can't even figure out after that dumpster fire who should be playing QB. Sorry there's no way to spin that crap. To easy to see.

If we can't stop the run I'm not sure it matters. Maybe try to build some continuity on offense but even there Dennison sucks and they need to get rid of him.

If 285 yard and 2 TD's with another 35 rushing and a TD is terrible then yes 2 .............. otherwise just 1.

Seriously .............. draft a QB and go ahead if it's there draft him early if there's a good one there. If the defense can find a way to stop anyone the rest of the year keep Taylor in there. If they keep playing like this I don't know what. Fire everyone and start over like an expansion team.
