  1. Murray kicking the Cardinals hopes right in the sack.
  2. It's almost like this is just a game or something.
  3. None. Coleman missed several games and if he does anything this weekend at all he'll still be par with Worthy stat wise.
  4. Not the best choice but even worse was the throw. It was 3 yards behind the guy.
  5. Houston offense is never on schedule. Always 3rd and forever. If they actually worked some shorter stuff early on then on 3rd and short if they didn't make it they could go for it.
  6. Haven't looked at every post but the best comparison I can think of would be Andrew Luck. Allen is a better runner but Luck was no slouch and they both are amazing passers.
  7. Kincaid is still getting roughly the same targets per game he's just catching a lot less of them. Current pace he's going to need 90 targets just to squeeze in 50 catches when last year he had 73 catches on 91 targets.
  8. It's insane to think Allen has as many rushing TD's as Barkley.
  9. Shady was pretty damn fast while he was here and certainly Spiller. Although Spiller (for whatever reason) was great under Gailey and no so much with other OC's.
  10. I'm not sure I sit Hamlin and Douglas because of anything I saw on the field Sunday. That said if someone said Elam and Bishop are the future of our secondary I'm not upset about that.
  11. I couldn't do it for a 400. Again I'm no spring chicken, I'm almost 50. I ran a 1:09 400m and I've run a 5:50 mile. Doing some workouts trying to run a faster 400 I've done strides where I hit low to mid 3 minute pace but I couldn't sustain that for a full lap. So I can hit 16 (maybe 17 or 18 mph) but certainly couldn't sustain it for more than the backstretch of a track. Strava doesn't have any step data that I can find. Fun thing about Strava is the segments and the 400m at the local track. For a while I was 4th fastest but every year a few more kids pick me off. Now I'm probably 13th or 14th.
  12. or maybe a little Jamal Charles.
  13. 3:45 pace is exactly 16 mph and I'm 49 years old. Some turnover workouts from back when I used to run all the time.
  14. How we feeling about this now?
  15. I think there's something to be said for fit. Cook fits the offense we run because we tend to spread teams out and his speed and pass catching fits what we are doing most of the time. There's also something to be said for value. It would be hard to get a better back for the price at this time. We'll see how that shakes out when his contract is up.
  16. Absolutely love the offense. Love the win. I don't care about the injuries I'm never going to be happy about getting boat raced two weeks in a row.
  17. They're going to come out and tell us that X-rays have confirmed he is in fact Superman.
  18. Elam is the fourth biggest CB listed on our roster and he's not bigger than Benford or Douglas. He also was benched early and often in his career because he was bad at tackling and in run support. His coverage has pretty good and since the benching he's certainly looked like a willing tackler but Benford and Douglas are still better than him. It might actually work out that by the time we have to resign him he'll have played his way into being a decent starter.
  19. All those guys saying just win with offense ................ here it is. I'm not sure I like the way it feels but I like the win any way we get it.
  20. Great win. Offense is right where it needs to be. Defense has never scared me more. I get it we had some injuries but it feels more like our scheme isn't cutting it than our players. I hope everything gets fixed. Plenty of tape to look at.
  21. Our timeouts on defense NEVER work.
