  1. Ok. I can't disagree, its a fact. That said, what is the point? I figured out where I fall in your senerio. What is the overarching theme that unites and connects the catagories?. What is my takeaway here? I guess that's what I'm trying to figure out. Like those quizzes that used to be in the teeny bopper mags. At least at the end of a quiz you figured out what type of kisser you were - for example. Was the answer key listed on the old Bills message board or something and that's why I'm lost? I just want to know what kind of kisser I am lol
  2. I guess #2... Upon reading this the 1st thing I thought was EVERYONE thinks that Pats team got lucky bc of the Tuck Rule. Hell, even the Bledose hit. That said, I'm not sure how backing in w a crazy play at the last conceivable play makes the 17 Bills a contender. Them getting in as they did would have been the narrative all post season long.. Bringing us full circle to #2 I guess? Now that I've figured it out... Now what? And what does it mean?
  3. I think if you switched Allen and Mayfield you might be on to something. Granted I don't know, but the workout is the only time we have heard Baker linked to the Bills. Allen on the otherhand.. What do I know... but I can't imagine him negating the jump he traded Glenn for even if it's for other lower picks. Almost seems counter productive
  4. This is serious? I figured OP was making a joke... and then I saw everyone actually explaining it to OP. Now, I'm not sure if i shld be worried for OP
  5. Maybe not one that can realistically be met, but to the extreme EVERYTHING has a price;)
  6. I don't disagree.. but that burns me. They MIGHT have an opportunity to get a guy the LOVE and are willing to settle for like. As I've said, an investment in 'like' might be just as likely to get you fired as going for LOVE and busting. To me, it's why I think they should go for broke on someone they believe in and LOVE
  7. I'm,not a scout, so this is simply an observation and it may have to do with his mechanics during his delivery but I found the angles where he was throwing at the camera interesting. The ball looked very weird coming out when throwing straight on. Maybe because it's totally straight up and down overland, but then watching from the side it looked the same way and once I noticed it I couldn't unnotice it. Also, the ball looked like a balloon in his hands. Prob means nothing, just found it different.
  8. Well, if he ended up in Buffalo he could actually have something to do with the patriots losing:) It's hard not to like this kid... sadly, going to the jets did do it!
  9. I dont even necessarily disagree...but not even close to what I was arguing.
  10. With all due respect, where are you where wings are $2 a pop AND Josh Allen isn't a rd1 qb??
  11. What scouts have been telling you he won't go in the 1st?? Yikes.. But thehardtruth is at the end of the day, he was still colt McCoy. Bbbiiiggggg difference between the 2!!
  12. In fairness, a lot of molding is yet to come. It's only march and the 2nd week of FA.
  13. Title is a bit misleading. YOU have a theory about what YOU think the Bills might do. Nothing wrong w that, but it doesn't mean they might do it as your title suggests
  14. The ONLY thing that has changed is no counter move has been made. Everything else remains the same. No other bigger dollar commitment has been made to a qb etc. Time does seem to do funny things to the mind though... some folks now want more added to a package, some folks now would rather they stay pat...just bc of time
  15. But that is the disconnect. You say go 5-11 and get a qb next year... but that's just kicking the can again! IF they love a guy this year, get him bc if he busts at least they go down knowing they got their guy. If they defer to next year and are in an EJ situation with both the class AND HAVING to draft a qb that isn't their guy.. that is a good way to fail and get fired as well. They seem to want to get their guy. They can pick leftovers this year a la jp, or pick a not as talented prospect next year a la EJ. OOORRRRR if they like a guy they can grab the bull by the horns and get their guy via a trade up. No idea which route will be taken but when reading tea leaves they all seem to point to a jump.
  16. Man.. I forgot how young Brady used to look!
  17. I think they can tell the difference between a qb and a rb....although we have had some seemingly dumb regimes in the past...
  18. Hahaha and No obligatory wife comment? Lol
  19. To an extent, and maybe I misunderstood - but if the idea is to take a qb to appease the team, or fans, or whomever - unless you really like a guy it's more picking from the scraps if he isn't your top guy per se but just someone who fits the need. Tough to do if ur job could depend on it
  20. This kind of bastardises the whole 'get the guy you love' thing. That, to me, is how you end up w a jp losman
