  1. Good call! lol I was gonna reply and say I'm fine with it, never look into him too much. Thought he was supposed to be 4th or later.
  2. a lot of WR needy teams just ahead of them too
  3. "140 is A LOT of yards" ~ Josh Allen after throwing for 400 against the Jets, probably
  4. depends who you ask. Joe Marino has him high 2nd and RB1 on his board.
  5. Need a run on edge to push one of the WR down to us. Booth still there too, medical must be a real concern.
  6. Yeah, every time he scored a TD it would have been proof it was the right choice.
  7. Imagine caring this much about ANY running back. Odds are a late round pick will end up being better than him. Happens every year. But, even if he's Jonathan Taylor, which is unlikely, IDGAF he's not winning you anything.
  8. Jets were having a good draft then they trade up and use an early pick on a running back. Love to see it.
  9. I wanted to say running backs don't matter, then I remembered LA won the SB and they drafted a RB round 2 so it must be the right choice.
  10. Oh sure, I didn't mean to imply I was disagreeing with you.
  11. I'm fine with that. Just don't want to use a day 2 pick to replace him.
  12. I think he's better in pass pro, could be wrong. I guess I'm thinking of Singletary's notable drops, and I remember Moss having a couple good receiving games mid-season. I just went back and looked at his receiving stats and between weeks 5-8 he had most of his production including a 6 for 39 and 3 for 55. I formed a positive opinion of him as a receiving back at that point even though it didn't continue, I remember being pleasantly surprised.
  13. They RB you described sounds like Zach Moss. He's better in the pass game than singletary. Maybe he has a bounce-back year with the new oLine coach.
  14. That’s a tough one. I don’t want them to draft a running back or punter high because it will make them think they should run or punt more. Neither thing is a great idea. 😏
  15. I wouldn’t trade Josh either, but your hypothetical is something I’ve thought about. Mahomes would have either beaten out Tyrod in camp or took over mid season against the Chargers instead of….can’t remember who was that again…then probably scores more than 3 points against the Jags in the wild card who were damn close to making the SB themselves. What I’m saying is it’s not a stretch to think he may have won the AFC as a rookie in Buffalo.
  16. They had a great first round and have six picks between 41-140ish. Theyll probably get a better WR than brown in rd 2
  17. Wow. You say the o line is avoided in the draft then mention a 2nd and 3rd used. Mid round picks are perfectly fine to build an o line aside from LT usually. Not to mention the free agents they’ve added. A 5th round guard this year could easily back up saffold then start next year for example and just for the record I’m anti-rb in the second. I think we can get a fast back to compliment what we have with one of our day 3 picks. Too much potential at positions that actually matter in the 2-3 range this year.
  18. Elam has a high ceiling. I believe McDermott is one of the best equipped to help him reach it. Because of our CB coaching I believe he also has a high floor. If another team had taken him he would be considered a bust risk, but I can’t see that happening here. And as for who I don’t want to see in round 2-3; Any running back. I think we can get a fast back to compliment who we already have with one of our four day 3 picks. Maybe if one of Hall, Walker falls to our 3rd Rd pick, but I don’t see that happening.
  19. If you posted a position group only, you still just don’t get it Im hoping for one of Pickens, Metchie, Woolen, Pierce, Rhyan
  20. The best part about this pick is it is not a running back
  21. They're talking on the draft network about how Elam could have been a Dallas target
  22. Then maybe teams will run more against us. That'd be pretty cool.
