I’m not entirely sure that Tua had a concussion last night. On the play, there wasn’t a severe impact, no helmet to helmet or helmet to ground, but instead it was helmet to Hankins midsection. what was apparent initially was that Tua neck got torqued at a pretty extreme angle. So I’m wondering whether his injury was really a carotid compression, with a transient obstruction to blood flow. That can give symptoms similar to a concussion. Persistent Dizziness, LOC, and nausea.

I put $100 on Josh for MVP at +850. Bills defense seems likely to take a step back this year. And give up more points. So Bills will need to score more points to win games. More offensive scoring means more passing yards for Bills. And Josh. Better stats means MVP. Now, of course this line of reasoning could also mean more Josh hero ball, more turnovers, fewer wins, and no MVP. im gambling that Josh has matured a bit, which hopefully decreases the low probability hero ball adventures. Depending on what the injury deal is, Hardy may not be that attractive to other teams. If Hardy heals up and is sitting on another teams practice squad, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Bills sign him to the 53 after the inevitable run of CB injuries.
