I was interested to know if anyone has a position preferance year to year (Need for Franchise QB not included)? Mine was never draft or WR or DB in the first round because those positions in the 90' and probably up to the early 2000's where positions that took time to develope. We spent high picks to develope player who became amazing by thier 4th year and we couldn't afford that luxery. Just wondering if any of you felt the same way, these positions are way more pro ready TODAY and you spend a day 1 pick to get results during most of the rookie contract? Remember all those soon to be probowl WR and Corners that left the year of thier prime? To me I saw the meat head O-line & D-line guys were the "stick around type" some were really hard to get rid of lol. The Diva WR and Corners were off getting paid. (Not that is anything wrong with that). All that being said, is a 1st round corner a good idea? Starting to think so, interested in other ideas

Bills interviewing Raiders WR coach Edgar Bennett for OC
Billsfanatixs replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I am not trying to be racist, but isn't league rule that you have to interview non-white people for all coaching jobs? Hard to say such things without sounding racist, I assure you all that it's not my intent. -
Fix the OT Rule for Playoff Games--That was Stupid

Totally agree, said that to my girl, I would feel the same if the Bills won. It was an amazing game, and Josh Allen is a STUD! -
Wouldn’t it be awesome if Belichick retired?

Haven't looked to see if others already posted. He can retired after another 15 to 20 years of Josh pushing his collective face into the white dog ***** -
That's what I was wondering last night, rewatched the Pats game and got really encouraged, then tonight, rewatched the Conference Championship game vs KC last year. Made notations about what went wrong. 3 pivotal plays last year were because Josh has Swiss cheese for protection. To me, we have 3 upgrades on the O-Line from last year. I think we went from below average O-Line to above average with Spencer Brown, Williams moving inside to Right Guard, and Ryan Bates taking over at Left Guard. Josh has had a defined pocket since all these positions fell in line. Buffalo fan PTSD makes it scary to say, but after all the rewatching and amazing film breakdown from Cover 1. I have very little doubt we are going to roll to a Superbowl victory, and pretty sure it's going to be against tom Brady. Going all in on Buffalo @ 500 to win Superbowl!!!! Don't be afraid, walk loud and proud, you all deserve it! 🏈 🏆

We are good, we getting pressure on them, and Josh has a clean pocket. Go Bills!!! -
Back in the Superbowl years, or just prior if I recall correctly, the call outs of players not digging deep enough lead to 4 Superbowl appearances.

I knew next to nothing about the Bills or football 1990. What I did know was some Giants fans were talking mad S**t next to me and my buddy. We were having none of it, till wide right. I have been losing my mind for this team ever since. Tonight, I lost count of all the "Hell Yeahs" I said through the whole game. Told my woman and my child to just deal and be ready for it, pretty sure it was said around 300 times. Friends in the circle were still worried that the Bills would still find a way to screw it up. Never a concern in this wheelhouse! Hell yeah, go Bills and Collinsworth still blows. Who cares though, his antics were just cute and a lil sad, Hell yea! 🔥🔥🔥

So what is the Defensive Gameplan?
Billsfanatixs replied to Straight Hucklebuck's topic in The Stadium Wall
Watching what went wrong in both games last year, too aggressive on offense and not aggressive enough on defense. So many big play KC got us on when they had they ball, looked like prevent lineup on our defense. On the other side, shooting for the home run, when easy first downs were waiting with small plays. This Sunday everything gets fixed. We are better on both sides, we just have to play that way. JD helped me to realize all of this 🙈 -
So what is the Defensive Gameplan?
Billsfanatixs replied to Straight Hucklebuck's topic in The Stadium Wall
Even if our defense isnt as good as all the hype and the stats prove out to be, there is something to be said about confidence. This team believes they are that good, and from what I have seen, KC's Oline isnt as good as last years. Maybe their line needs time to gel, maybe it will never be the sum of its parts. I wouldnt trade Josh for Mahomes and thinking that KC defense is even close is crazy. No doubt, you need to beat the best to be the best is real. But these guys we have are a step above anything I have ever seen when it comes to having each others backs. This defense seems to be one that will expose your weakness, week 1 shrivels my put-back, but I think these guys will lay it out and make KC, wonder if they got lucky last year. Its rainbow and rose colored glasses for this guy, but does any of it really matter if we all say F**k KC, they about to get stomped???? Go Bill's! Table turning and smashing is the Bill's way!! Hell yeah!
