  1. I do remember that as well. I forgot to mention that in my post
  2. Yes exactly. That has always been the one play from this game that sticks out
  3. Continuing ahead with upcoming opponents where we are playing them the coming week, I am going with Patriots at Bills from the season opener of 1993. I remember watching this game as a 7 year old. I just started really getting into football the year before and was ready to put my stake into the Bills as my favorite team. We have a big season opening party at our apartment that my mom and dad had then to watch this game. This was Drew Bledsoe's first game in the NFL and Bill Parcells's first as Patriots head coach. The Bills welcomed Bledsoe to the NFL in this game en route to a 38-14 win. The Bills dominated in all phases of this game. Andre Reed caught a long TD and Cornelius Bennett started to return a fumble and nearly got it all the way to the end zone but then he fumbled and I remember my uncle going nuts. If any of you were at this game and would like to share your experience, feel free. Let's hope we get a big much needed win this week and the other help we need to clinch and hopefully have a shot that the division next week. Happy New Year and as always....Go Bills
  4. The Bills winning 37-13 would be a snoozefest? That should be an adrenaline rush
  5. There's 5 teams named after birds
  6. Burrow....it's Burrow. This drives me insane. Just like when Bills fans say Epenza. It's Epenesa. Sorry pet peeve
  7. Does this mean he is playing? I thought he would be out a couple of weeks
  8. Lol. They rarely get blown out but have lost 4 one score games only scoring 10 points or less. Let's not give them a ton of credit here. Part of the problem is the competition in a lot of games us just as bad as they are
  9. 10 have been one score games. But how many of them did the Patriots score more than 10 points or 15 points? Let's not give them a ton of credit like they are a good team on the wrong side of high scoring one score games. They lost one game 10-6, another 6-0 and another 10-7. I wouldn't give credit for that. Losing games 33-30 is one thing. Losing games 10-6 and saying "well, they were one score games, they aren't that bad" is another. They are a bad team.
  10. I don't know. Jared Allen, Julius Peppers and Antonio Gates are Hall of Famers and more than just "very good". I would say Andre Johnson as well
  11. Who is Bille & Mimi?
  12. They have like a 1% chance
  13. For what? They hate success?
  14. The 3 hours makes that much of a difference? It's a short week no matter how much you cut it
  15. Sal Capaccio said that he thinks it will be a game where the winner is in and loser is out. If the Bills clinch this week, I don't think it happens. I think you will see something like Texans vs Colts or something like that. I think Bills vs Dolphins gets Saturday night
  16. I'm so glad we graduated from Spero Dedes games. I swear that guy did a Bills game every week at some point and he is awful
  17. Yeah, that's weird. If we get in, we can only get the 2, the 6th or the 7th seeds. We can't even get the 5 at this point
  18. McCaffrey is the one RB I would have given up multiple draft picks for. The only one
  19. No, they didn't
  20. I think they mean Dolphins vs Ravens
  21. She's that good, huh?
  22. I'm aware. But my point is, there is a chance both the Bengals and Steelers win next week. The Steelers play the Ravens week 18 with the Ravens possibly having the 1 seed locked up. Which means they would rest their starters against the Steelers and allows the Steelers a better shot of getting in over us if we lose to Miami. Same with the Bengals. If they beat the Chiefs, they play the Browns who may also be resting starters against them week 18. Both scenarios are bad for the Bills because if that happens, either one can knock us out of the Playoffs if we lose a game
  23. He didn't word it right. He meant if the Ravens clinch the 1 seed in week 17, they would have nothing to play for in week 18 and rest their starters. Which could allow the Steelers to win and get to 10-7 of they beat the Seahawks next week which would eliminate us if we lose to Miami
