  1. I prefer the old ESPN lineup but TNT was good also Yeah, we got revenge on Dallas and Washington that season. Primarily because Dallas didn't have Emmitt Smith because of his hold out but the Cowboys just killed us again in the Super Bowl a few months later. That game sucked just like the previous super bowls
  2. I remember those days. I was only 7 and my parents only allowed me to watch the first half because I had school the next day but I listened to it on the radio until I went to sleep and found out the next morning that they won. There were many gamed back then I wanted my parents to let me stay up for but they wouldn't lol. I like knowing I can stay up to watch them as late as I want now
  3. The Chiefs in the west right now is nearly identical to the Patriots in the East 15-20 Yeats ago. Every team in the division sucks, though the Chargers aren't horrible like us, the Jets and Dolphins were and they basically get 6 free wins every year. Literally like the exact same thing
  4. Yeah, I thought the same. He could take a game between 2 teams you didn't care about and made it really exciting
  5. The ESPN guys could make any game exciting. If only they did this game
  6. So, the Jags loss sucked but On to the next week of "the old games against upcoming opponents where we are playing them the coming week". I am going with the Giants at Bills from 1993. I chose this game because it was a Sunday Night Football game just like this week is and ironically was the last time the Bills have beat the Giants at home as we are 0-3 to them here since this game. This was also our most recent Super Bowl season and the last seasons of Phil Simms and Lawrence Taylor for the Giants. This game was on the old TNT broadcast right before switching to the classic ESPN lineup of Mike Patrick, Joe Theismann and Paul McGuire which I highly prefer over the 2 boring guys that did this one lol. We won this game 17-14. I was 7 years old when this game was played and do remember watching it. If anyone else remembers this game or was at it, feel free to post any memories and as always.....Go Bills
  7. Dorsey with the 3rd down play call
  8. As the one guy said about Josh in another thread. Mahomes is a "flawed" QB
  9. Correct. I wasn't really referring to Clark. I meant more in general. Like when it was reported that the Chiefs were also in on dhop. I was all for paying him more just get him away from the Chiefs. WR2 is a need and that was one I was for snagging from the Chiefs if possible. Luckily, he went to the Titans lol
  10. Well yes, the scheme fit is obvious. That's not what I meant. I was talking as if they did fit the scheme and it came down to two teams that are trying for a Super Bowl. If that guy fits my scheme and he's a great player and I can keep him out of the hands of the other team, I'm doing it
  11. I don't agree with this completely. It depends on the player
  12. Bill Belichick has always been overrated. He hasn't "forgotten" how to coach. He road on the back of the best QB of all time for 20 years. I'm not sure why this has to keep getting explained to people. He did nothing before him in 6 seasons as head coach and has done nothing after him in nearly 3 and half seasons after. He's coached 11 full seasons without Brady and had 2 playoff appearances in those 11. The Pats aren't tanking. They just suck. And their overrated coach is showing how overrated he always has been.
  13. Was he the one that planned leaving on Thursday for the London game?
  14. Or just keep both. I'm not worried about Von being Von again. As long as he is willing to put in the work. I think he will be fine. He strikes me at times to just kinda be going through the motions and that was before his ACL injury
  15. It wasn't inexplicable. He seemed lazy and barely did anything when he was on the field. I have no issue with us parting ways with him
  16. I read the headline thinking Milano and DaQuon would only miss 8 weeks. Damn you
  17. Ok. I did read that but again, how many plays do Chiefs RBs get stuffed behind the line because of missed blocked assignments or wrong lineups? And is that Mahomes's fault? Is Mahomes flawed? and what do you mean most of what I said is incorrect? You literally said if the offense struggles, it's because of Josh. But there are tons of things that make an offense struggle. Not just Josh because he is the QB. That's where you're ignorant and that IS what you said so don't give me bs
  18. Yes SOME. But you know some of what happens wrong in the Chiefs offense is Mahomes's fault. Is he "flawed" to? Josh is not perfect. But to say offensive struggles are 100% on him which is what you said, then you are ignorant. Dropped passes are not on Josh. Bad oline protection is not on Josh. You realize, that the pads protection calls may be right and that our oline just doesn't block the way they should, right? Or when a lineman misses his man, is that on Josh too? A RB fumbling a ball is not on Josh. Yes, you are very ignorant if you think that's the case. Get a life
  19. The sad part is, no matter how many valid points we make. You won't change your mind. It is NOT Josh's fault if WRs drop passes unless they are insanely off target which is not the case most times. It is not Josh's fault if he drops back to pass and had the entire defense in his face as soon as he drops back. But you think it is, you realize how that makes no sense and why you are ignorant, right?
  20. Shhhh. It's all Josh's fault
  21. He has plenty of times, yes What do you mean his recognition and anticipation? If by recognition you mean he should know when to audible out of certain calls, I agree. Otherwise, I don't think he has problems with recognition in plays on the field So, if we struggle because of dropped passes, that's on Josh? Are you really that ignorant?
  22. His only flaw is he tries to be Superman a few times here and there when he shouldn't. Other than that, he has no flaws at all. He is not a flaw QB
  23. I remember when we drafted Youboty. I read it as Youngbooty for a second. That was fun
  24. All I think about is him getting ran over by Derrick Henry with a mean stiff arm. I can't unsee it
