Not gonna lie, I thought this ***** classes for a second

This week is a big game against the Colts. With a win, we can get to 8-2. The Texans have the Lions on SNF. With a loss the Texans fall to 6-4. Considering they have the head to head on us, getting a 2 game lead on them is big.

Yeah, but as a head coach, I could live with the fact if I went to the playoffs or Super Bowl, came within 1 point of tying the game up in the final seconds and either missed the extra point or took my shot and lost in overtime. I couldn't live with the fact that I basically gave the game away with a possible 1 point loss because of a missed 2 point conversion that I didn't need to even attempt in the first place. If the 2 pt conversion was attempted from the 1 yard line, I would agree because I would just QB sneak and tush push it in. The 2 yard line is a whole different situation. It's too long for a QB sneak, to risky to do a run play and even passing it is risky. I just wouldn't do it

The 2020 and 2021 teams have been the 2 best of the Allen Era so far to this point. I do think this team is better than the 2022 and 2023 teams so far. But the 2020 team especially reminds me of the current Lions team minus the run game. Just the total team domination every week was different that any if the other Allen Era teams

It wasn't even midfield. The Dolphins would have got the ball from their own 44 yard line since that's where the actual line of scrimmage was. They would have had 5 seconds to get at least 12 to 15 yards. I don't know if they do it

I also almost got emotional after he hit that kick. That usually never happens to me much after wins. But that one hit differently and like you said, it's because of everything he has been through leading up to it
