I think we can officially win the division next week
Buffalo03 replied to bills6969's topic in The Stadium Wall
Actually, his math isn't completely off. If we win next week, we would be 9-2. If the Jets and Dolphins both lose this week and next week, the best either one can do is 9-8. We already know the Dolphins can't catch us because we swept them. The Jets, I'm nor sure -

No, they wouldn't. If the Jets lose this week, and Dolphins lose tomorrow night, they both will have 7 losses. If they both lose again next week, and we win. We could be 9-2 and they would already have 8 losses. The best they can do it 9-8 -

No one is denying he isn't playing well but my God. Someone is questioning whether or not he is elite at this point. What are you all on? -

The Bills fans cheering almost sounded like a home game. I never want to hear any other fans are better again. No one travels like Bills fans -

Cooper's booboo still hurts -
I have no recollection of that Lindell kick lol. I've blocked out a lot of those drought years lol

Thanks. Yeah, I said something viewed as political but I'm glad to be back

So, I have been suspended for most of this season and then had to wait a whole month longer to be able to post. I was cleared the day before the Dolphins game but decided to just wait until this week to bring back this series I have had going the last few seasons. It's the series of posting old Bills games against our next opponent where we are playing them the current week. This week to start it off for the year, I am going with Bills at Colts from 1998. The reason why I chose this is because it was the last time the Bills beat the Colts in Indianapolis. Doug Flutie came in for Rob Johnson who got hurt very early in the game and lead the Bills to a victory. This game was also against a very young Peyton Manning in his rookie year. I was 12 when this game was played and Manning played until I was 30 lol. Crazy to think about it like that. But this was also the start of Flutie mania in Buffalo. And the 2nd of 5 straight wins after an 0-3 start thay year to work our way into the playoffs. There are 2 videos here. One goes from the start of the game until part of the 3rd quarter. The 2nd video is of the rest of the 3rd and all of the 4th. It annoys me that the NFL blocks 26 year old games from being posted but Sit back and enjoy. It's good to be posting these again. As always. Go Bills!!!

You sound like someone I wanna have a beer with

It also doesn't help that they can't fine refs. But they can fine coaches and players for criticizing officiating. If referees have major blunders that sway games or costs teams games and it's one of those "we screwed up" things days later, the refs need to be fined. That's how I view it

This week is a big game against the Colts. With a win, we can get to 8-2. The Texans have the Lions on SNF. With a loss the Texans fall to 6-4. Considering they have the head to head on us, getting a 2 game lead on them is big.

Kansas City/Tampa Bay on Monday Night Football
Buffalo03 replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, but as a head coach, I could live with the fact if I went to the playoffs or Super Bowl, came within 1 point of tying the game up in the final seconds and either missed the extra point or took my shot and lost in overtime. I couldn't live with the fact that I basically gave the game away with a possible 1 point loss because of a missed 2 point conversion that I didn't need to even attempt in the first place. If the 2 pt conversion was attempted from the 1 yard line, I would agree because I would just QB sneak and tush push it in. The 2 yard line is a whole different situation. It's too long for a QB sneak, to risky to do a run play and even passing it is risky. I just wouldn't do it -
Is this the best team in the Allen era?
Buffalo03 replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
The 2020 and 2021 teams have been the 2 best of the Allen Era so far to this point. I do think this team is better than the 2022 and 2023 teams so far. But the 2020 team especially reminds me of the current Lions team minus the run game. Just the total team domination every week was different that any if the other Allen Era teams -

I agree with going for 2 in the regular season. To me it's stupid to do it in the playoffs when you don't have to -
There's more than Josh Allen on this team and unfortunately, he doesn't play defense
-
I think we match up well with KC. But I don't think we do with Baltimore or Detroit at all
-
No, I think what he meant was not 100% close to knowing the offense. Not about being healthy I actually think we get destroyed by Detroit. The thought of Montgomery and Gibbs running the ball down our throats is almost a certainty
-
He came in on a Tuesday. So, nit a terribly short week and yes, he missed this past week's game. Doesn't mean his head isn't in the playbook
-
Who says Cooper isn't anywhere close? He is already going into his 4th week.

I wanna see us be physical as f*ck with them. They aren't going to call a penalty on every play and even if they do. I don't care. Knick them around
