  1. How has being bad for so long helped the Browns? Oh yeah, that's right, they are still horrible. They have been trying to build that thing for years and still haven't done anything
  2. We would have scored more than the Dolphins
  3. No, this is actually right. We hold a 3 way tie breaker with the Chargers but we don't hold a 3 way tie breaker with KC. If LA wins the division we need the Titans to lose all 3 of their remaining games. If KC wins, the Titans need to lose 2 of their next 3 but one of those 2 has to be the Jags game week 17. If the Bills, Titans and Chargers all end 9-7 with a Chargers loss to KC, the Bills would get in and the Chargers would be the odd team out. If the Bills, Titans and Chiefs all end 9-7 and the Chargers beat the Chiefs and win the division, the Bills are the odd team out even with the head to head against the Chiefs. Head to head only counts when it's just between the Bills and Chiefs
  4. If the Chiefs beat the Chargers We beat the Dolphins this week And the Titans lose one of their next two Week 17 will then come down to us beating the Dolphins and the Titans losing to the Jags. If this happens, the drought ends
  5. You're putting way too much emphasis on this stuff. You act like he is the whole team. You have to have more than just a QB to be successful. A better QB than Tyrod which he is will make your team better. How many playoff games has Drew Brees won in the last 3 years? How many Super Bowls did Dan Marino win? Those are Hall of Fame QBs that didn't have the extra pieces they needed to make a run but you better believe the Dolphins wouldn't have even had a chance without Marino. He made that team better than it was. What other assets does Kirk have around him in washington? The defense isn't that great. He lost his two main receivers and his tight end is always hurt and he is still much better than anything we have had the last 15 years. The first step toward a successful franchise is a 4000 yard passer. Once you do that and put the necessary pieces around him then you have a contender
  6. I fail to see how he won't make this team any better than Tyrod has. Cousins is a better QB all around than Tyrod is and actually takes chances. He will make the team better even if it's slightly better. If they draft the right players and make a couple other moves in free agency then we can be a lot better
  7. If we can find out where this list of properties being bought in a particular area or whatever that you claim is where the stadium will be built, why not just tell us where it is? Is it really that big a deal? I mean if the stadium will actually be built there then we will find out at some point anyway
  8. The Jags also have the head to head against the Steelers as well. A Steelers loss next week possibly makes the Jags playing for the #2 seed week 17
  9. We actually don't need that much. If us and the Titans both finish 9-7, we have the tie breaker. I can see the Titans losing to the Rams and Jags I don't see the Ravens losing 3 of their next 4. But if they lose tonight that goes a long way The Chargers and Chiefs play each other next week. One of them has to lose and I hope it's the Chiefs that lose because we are gonna want the Chargers to win that division I actually think the Titans are the most important team in this whole thing. We have the head to head with them at 9-7. Baltimore has the head to head with us at 9-7 but even if the Ravens were to go 11-5 we can still get in at 9-7 if the Titans also finish 9-7 and the Chargers in the division
  10. If Hue Jackson gets fired, I say fire Dennison and bring him in to be OC
  11. I've thought this as well. I noticed this as well years ago. It took me 15 minutes to get to work one time and I wanted to listen to WGR on the way there. I ended up getting what seemed like nearly the entire 15 minutes of commercials and didn't actually get to listen to anytbing until I pulled into my parking lot at work.
  12. So I was playing around with the ESPN Playoff Machine and I found one particular scenario interesting. I'll get to that in a moment but first We are going to obviously need to take at least 3 of the last 4. We might need to take all 4 but 3 of the last 4 still puts us in a pretty good position We can make the playoffs at 9-7 even if the Ravens go 10-6 as long as the Titans go 9-7 as well. I think it's possible the Titans go 9-7 they have the Cardinals this week in AZ. I think the Cardinals have a shot at this game. If the Cardinals are able to take it, the Titans then have the 49ers, Rams and Jags. I could see them losing 3 of the next 4 more than I can see the Ravens losing 3 of their next 4 If us and the Titans go 9-7 we have the tie breaker The scenario I find interesting is, lets say us, the Ravens and the Chiefs all finish 9-7 and the Chargers win the division. Somehow the Chiefs would get the 5th seed and the Ravens the 6th seed. I don't know how this is possible considering we have the head to head with KC. So if we both finish with the same record we should be in front of them. Does anyone know how this is possible? Or could it be possible the playoff machine is wrong?
  13. After seeing some of the matchups on Monday Night Football this year, I think they definitely could have given us one. This may have been one of the worst MNF years in a long time. Our MNF matchups the past couple years have actually been pretty competitive games even though we lost.
  14. This was my thought as well. I think we should come out the first play of the game and throw it deep downfield to let them know that we are ready to play. I know we need to run the ball but I think we need to come out swinging with some pass plays first
  15. How does that draft chart work if we were to throw in a 2019 first rounder? Just curious
  16. See, you're twisting words. I'm not saying he was the KEY but he was certainly a big part of them making the playoffs. Johnson would not have taken us there because he was freaking horrible. Also, do you think Jim Kelly and Thurman Thomas and Andre Reed and all them weren't egotistical jerks? Jim Kelly was a huge jerk but he was a team player just like Flutie was
  17. If you think Flutie didn't take us to the playoffs you're an idiot. We did have the number 1 defense but there is no way we go to the playoffs if Johnson plays the entire season in 98 or 99. We gave Johnson 2000 and 2001 and what happened? He failed
  18. Flutie was a team guy. I'm not quite sure why anyone would think the guy was selfish. I didn't get that vibe at all. Is it because he was mad that that our stupid front office and coaching staff decided to go with Johnson over him? Because Flutie had every reason to be pissed off about that. He was clearly the better player and took us to the playoffs
  19. Are you seriously saying Flutie didn't care about winning as much as playing? He played with heart every single week. Tyrod doesn't even compare to Flutie in any aspect of the game. I cannot believe someone actually wrote this. Wow
  20. Does it really matter? Lmao. You're talking about 11 years worth of him beating blitzes with at least 6 players. He has 70 TDs and 0 INTs. He's also only been sacked 17 times. I really don't think number of chances matter
  21. The Ravens should have easily lost their last two games. How do they manage to get the Packers without Aaron Rodgers and Texans without DeShaun Watson in back to back games? If both of those QBs play, the Ravens lose both games
  22. The Bengals aren't beating the Steelers
  23. Assuming us, the chiefs, the chargers and Ravens are all 6-6 next week, which team would have the upper hand in the playoff race?
  24. Overrated Pretty sure Brees was released not traded for
  25. Does anyone know if it goes active this week? I believe it is around week 12 every year
