  1. Clearly, TJ Graham was more important
  2. I like this but only if the donuts are all chocolate glazed
  3. I would like to think if this was the Bills playing this way against the Giants. The doom and gloomers would crying about how bad we are and McDermott is a fraud and being out coached, the team is a joke and will only win 8 games. The whole 9
  4. Can all these doom and gloomers stop posting permanently if we win? People freaking out about every little thing. RELAX. my God
  5. I became a Bills fan because my Uncle is a huge Bills fan. I was 6 years old the year we went to the first Super Bowl which was the 92 season. The first game I ever remember watching was the no punt game. Seeing both offenses going back and forth, I just remember being entertained and just sitting on the floor and watching the game with my family. And being able to watch Kelly, Reed and Thomas on that explosive offense. I got hooked. Never looked back
  6. I'm not saying different things. You just can't comprehend. I'm saying Belichick is a GOOD coach and COULD HAVE WON A SB OR 2 WITHOUT BRADY. However, BRADY took BELICHICK to the next level and made BELICHICK who he is and his 54-66 RECORD without BRADY is a good argument to prove this
  7. I did give credit to belichick earlier in the thread. You said I can't read. You're the one who obviously needs to Never said he wasn't good. I'm just saying I think he gets too much credit for what he did in NE. Could he gave won a SB or two without Brady? Maybe. but he wouldn't have gotten to 11 championship games or whatever it was and 6 SBs without Brady. Give him a number of years without the greatest QB of all time and see what happens. If he gets to another SB without him, I will gladly eat crow
  8. What is the bolded for?
  9. Even if it's a mix of both, it's more Brady than Belichick. Period. Brady is still proving it in Tampa. I did acknowledge that Belichick is a good coach and may have won a SB or 2 without Brady but he wasn't getting 6. Belichick's career record without Brady is 54-66. The two of them together were great but Brady took it to the next level
  10. You're making it sound like all of NEs success is on Belichick. You make it sound like 11 championship games and 6 SBs would have happened regardless of who the QB was. I'm telling you Belichick is who he is and had that success because of Brady. His record prior and after Brady proves that you have to at least consider that.
  11. I'm not a hater. You just can't say that it's all Belichick when you look at what he did in Cleveland in 5 years there which was nothing. A 5-11 season his first year in NE without Brady 0-2 the next season before Bledsoe gets hurt without Brady. Look what Brady is doing now in TB. If the Bucs win the next 3 Superbowls and Brady is there for all 3, are you gonna talk about how amazing Bruce Arians is? How you can say it's more Belichick and not Brady is beyond me
  12. Cassell also played on a team that was 16-0 the year before and was one game way from a perfect season. That 08 team still had pretty much all those same players. It doesn't matter who Belichick had that season, the Pats were not gonna go from a near 19-0 record the year before to 3-13 the next year and even if you make that argument for one fluke year for Cassell, he still did nothing with any other QB he had
  13. Never said he wasn't good.
  14. I don't think Belichick had any part in Brady's development. Brady was just naturally good. He didn't do anything else with any other QB he had, Kosar, Testaverde, Bledsoe, Cassel, Newton, Stidham. But he figured it out with Brady? Belichick gets too much credit for that. As I stated before, Adam Gase could have went to Super Bowls and had great success with Brady as his QB. Peyton Manning gave Gase the only success he has ever had in this league and he has gotten two head coaching jobs because of it. It was 20 years of Brady, not Belichick of why they had so much success. If you think the Pats even make the playoffs the year Bledsoe got drilled by Moe Lewis to make way for Brady and get to the SB, you're insane
  15. It doesn't matter if parcells didn't win Super Bowls without Belichick. Parcells was an amazing head coach and turned around every franchise he took over. Even the Cowboys with no Belichick. He took over for Dave Campo and took Quincy freaking Carter to the playoffs his first year in Dallas. Who knows what would have happened in his last year there if Romo doesn't mess up holding the snap on a field goal to win the game in the playoffs. And as far as Belichick being on that Giants team that beat us in the SB, if the Bills weren't so stubborn and actually took what Belichick was giving them, that "amazing" game plan wouldn't even exist. Belichick said himself that they were "inviting" us to run the football and he was hoping we didn't because they knew they were gonna be in trouble. Thurman Thomas only ran the ball like 15 times and had over 130 yards. Imagine if we would have stuck with that more in the game, it could have been a lot different. The Bills from back then said, it didn't matter what the Giants did, they were living and dying with what got them there. If we weren't so stubborn, could have been a big difference
  16. He needs to get to a SB without Brady to prove he didn't ride on Brady. Brady is the best QB ever. Any coach could have ridden Brady to even a couple SBs. Adam Gase would look great with Brady. He did nothing in Cleveland and didn't do anything his first year and two games in NE before Bledsoe got hurt and Brady came in and started history for them. People bring up the 2008 season where Brady was gone the whole year but that was also the year coming off a 16-0 season with pretty much the same team as the year before. No matter what QB he had, he was not gonna win 5 games after a 16-0 season. If he coaches for 5 more years and never sees another SB or doesn't get to the playoffs a couple times.or is one and done a few times, I think it proves he rode on the greatest QBs back his whole career
  17. That Seattle game actually scares the hell out of me. I feel like that's gonna be reminiscent of that Bears game in 2018 that Peterman started where we got manhandled
  18. I was only 6 years old at the time so I don't have much memory of it but it was said on WGR a few months ago that in 1992 toward the end of the season, the Bills were trying to get to their 3rd straight Super Bowl and from what I believe Bulldog or maybe it was Sal Capaccio said was the Bills lost to a really bad Jets team at home toward the end of that season and the Jets were even like 15 point underdogs or something like that. Luckily, we turned it around in the playoffs and did get to the 3rd straight Super Bowl but I found it interesting that even our greatest teams had big bumps in the road a time or two
  19. Yeah, don't get me wrong, the defense has been awful this year but it's been bad all around the league. Like last year I remember Harrison Phillips was playing at a high level before his injury and got beyter from year one to year 2 and now he is getting benched. They're just off right now
  20. I think there is still a clear overreaction here. Sure, we have some issues defensively but we have built a solid defense the first 3 years under his watch and the offense even got better. We have to fix things but in his defense, most teams have had a down year defensively. I'm not sure if it was the change in offseason activities and no pre season but I feel like we are a talented team, we're just off right now. I have seen enough over Beane's 4 years here to tell me what him and McDermott has built is good. A whole bunch of players don't go from 3 solid seasons to all of a sudden being really bad at football in one year. Something is off but it's not lack of talent
  21. Ok. Can we leave Zimmer in the game, please?
  22. I hope we can beat the Chiefs but I feel like this could be a repeat of the Titans game. Mainly because of the Chiefs coming off a loss to. They are gonna be hungry for that win after a let down. If we had a packed stadium with fans being loud, that would make me feel better about this game. I know we're gonna be coming off a loss to but the Chiefs are gonna be coming out swinging
  23. When does the "Edit: Signs With Chiefs" happen?
  24. Is this just another one of those things where the Bills are being used as leverage?
