  1. Not saying it wasn't but I also think it was Daboll's only real head coaching shot of the ones left. If the Chargers went with Saleh, I don't think any of the other teams left would have hired him
  2. The real test will be if your wife tells you to make the choice....it's her or you can never watch a Bills game or show your Bills fandom again, which way are you picking? I've told my parents and friends numerous times, if I had a gf or wife that made me choose between her or the Bills, not gonna lie, I would tell her to pack her sh*t lol
  3. I think the only thing that could have kept Daboll here is if the Jets didn't beat the Chargers to the punch on getting Saleh. Saleh was lined up to have a 2nd interview with the Chargers as well. I don't think the Jets would have hired Daboll.
  4. That was awesome
  5. The blitzing is why I want us to go with 6 and 7 man protections. Activate Lee Smith and make him an extra blocker and try to have a RB with Allen in the backfield at all times so, he can pick up any extra blitzers
  6. Daboll is gonna call more Allen runs and try to lose so he can interview and get hired somewhere. He doesn't want to lose out. Prepare to see some head scratching playcalling like we did last week against the Colts This is a sarcastic comment. Just relax lol
  7. How polite of you to start it off with "Hi" lol
  8. I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that Modell had a ton of debts he owed to the city of Cleveland and part of him leaving was to dodge all of that. And that was on top of the whole stadium thing. Plus the city of Cleveland wanted him to stay in the old stadium until at the lease expired. I think the lease went until the 1998 season or something like that. The whole thing was crazy and what Modell did was messed up. I know the City of Cleveland hates him
  9. It was 1999, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2018, 2019 Since 1996, Only 3 of those games have been in Buffalo. That's wild
  10. I don't really care about Sherman or Trey Hendrickson but Chris Carson is interesting considering our need for a RB. I don't think he would be very expensive either
  11. The Panthers came into the league a year earlier in 1995 and the Bills have played them 7 times and they are an NFC team. The fact that the we have only played the Ravens 2 extra times is weird considering we are in the same conference. In fact up until 2017 we actually played the Panthers more than the Ravens. Kinda crazy
  12. Since the Ravens became a team in 1996, we have only played them 9 times with a 3-6 record against them and have only played them 3 times total in Buffalo (2007, 2013,2019). I didn't realize how rare the Bills vs Ravens rivalry is
  13. I haven't had a job that I have worked weekends in 10 years and even then when I did it was only some Saturdays here and there. I haven't had a job that I have worked a Sunday in 15 years primarily for football reasons. I refuse to work weekends. It hasn't been in my routine in so long and I have grown accustomed to weekends off and enjoy them. I'm glad I don't have to deal with having to put in for time off for anything football related and can just enjoy football days with some beers in front of the TV relaxing
  14. Going Rosen all the way on that one
  15. Word is right now that the Jets are bringing in Robert Saleh for a second interview. Seems like that could happen
  16. No worries. That's why I said "the Colts showed they can touch that". It was meant to be humorous
  17. I sure hope McDermott shuts off the music this week and keeps them focused. Because the Colts showed they could touch that. Don't want the Ravens doing the same
  18. How do you go to a game with only 6700 fans and still find some way to fight someone? Lol wow
  19. Why do women always seem to make men get married and go on a honeymoon a week or a few days before a season opening game? I have a couple friends who did the same thing. The wedding was the night before the season opener and they left the very next morning for a honeymoon and couldn't watch any of the game. Another one got married a few days before the 2017 opener and went on a two week honeymoon to Hawaii to miss the first two weeks of the season. It's just weird to me that somehow these guys get talked into a wedding and honeymoon during season opening games lol
  20. On a side note, if I hear the "I'm a little tea pot" commercial on WGR again, I'm going to lose my f***ing mind
  21. I think he was still knocking off a little rust. He should be fine
  22. Try to contain Lamar and for the love of God, triple cover Mark Andrews. It's all he throws to
  23. Well, we know that Al Michaels will be taking the night off lol
