  1. Yeah, that makes sense. I moreso thought of it as, if they are after C rated players, those players will still be there in a few days anyway. It makes sense if it's like you describe. A top tier guy doesn't get the deal they thought and they wait it out to get a cheaper contract. But otherwise, if you're gonna wait a week to sign guys no one has heard of, just sign them now. It's not like it would matter that much with those types of players
  2. What is the point to letting the dust settle if that is their plan though? I never understood that. Why do you have to wait for the dust to settle if you are just going to sign mid tier to lower tier players? Lol
  3. How do you cut a cut?
  4. He has a $30 million dollar cap hit
  5. The same Dalvin that went for 80 yards and outran our defense to the house? Or another Dalvin? Who?
  6. We should be around $40 million under now. Signing Milano opened up $6 million. Restructuring Hines opened another $1.5 million. Now Allen and Milller at $32 million. If I have that all right
  7. Yep. We have to be under the cap by the league year
  8. I know Wagner still is. I haven't really kept up with David in a while
  9. I want Wagner. The dude is basically the same age as David but still played at an all pro level last season
  10. These are super bowl winning moves right here
  11. If he can still give us 2 good years, why not?
  12. Yeah, but 12 of his 17 TDs were within 1 to 3 yards
  13. That's what happens when you get a ton of goal line carries
  14. "Ion"? Idiot
  15. I do like the Mattison idea. He's a guy that can be a lead 3 down back for a cheap cost for a few years.
  16. Yeah, a franchise QB with who to throw to? Dj Moore? Nope. Christian McCaffrey? Nope. They have no 1st or 2nd this year now, no 1st round pick next year, no 2nd round pick the year after, they better have a GM that knows what he's doing because with 2 sides of the team to build, it's gonna be hard without all that draft capital to do things. I personally don't believe giving up 4 draft picks and a premier player for one player. I don't care about what a chart says
  17. The Bears reared the Panthers without Vaseline on this trade. Not sure how it's a good trade on both sides
  18. Someone needs to contact Brandon Beane and say "Hey, wanna play Hopkinsscotch?" "Hippity Hopkins, Brandon" "Wanna go bar Hopkins?" "It's only a Hopkins, skip and a jump away, Brandon" "Let's Hopkins to it"
  19. Lamar is a greedy idiot. I understand him wanting to be paid, but he shouldn't be wanting a fully guaranteed contract simply because the Browns are idiots for giving Watson one. All these other QBs are ok with not having fully guaranteed contracts and I'd be willing to bet that Burrow and Herbert will be more than happy with a contract that isn't fully guaranteed. Lamar is going to eventually cave to someone. Not sure who, but he will soon realize, he's not getting that type of deal
  20. I doubt that. I'm 37, I believe there are probably some 20 something Gen Z'ers on here somewhere. There are people that are idiots and douchebags of all ages but I hate being blamed as a Millennial for certain things by a Gen X'er that's only 5-10 years older than me. I saw someone post on Twitter last week about how Gen X is the last "non woke" generation and when I mentioned I would put early to mid Millennials into that category as well, I got told by a woman born in 1979 "sorry, you didn't make the cut". If she was born 2 years later, she would have been a Millennial herself lol. That's the stuff I find annoying but me personally. But I definitely think there are 20 something posters here
  21. It just annoys me that some people just don't realize how old Millennials are. The mid to late Gen x'ers aren't much older and didn't experience much more than the early to mid Millennials. The oldest Millennials were born in 1981 and are in their 40's now. The younger Gen X'ers are still in their early to mid 40's. It annoys me that they think they are that much different lol
  22. More like Gen Z. Millennials are almost 40 years old now. Trust me, we aren't taking this seriously lol
