    You just made his point. The front office and coaching staff were totally incompetent in those years. There was no clear cut plan. It was scattershot, patchwork roster building and poor talent evaluation.

    Especially since the Bills rebuilt the team while making the playoffs in year 1, and playing competitive football in year 2. Having a cohesive plan and competent people in place to execute it, is so much better than the patchwork, scattershot approaches of the past.

    I'm just taking it one week at a time. I always hope the Bills win, but now I have an expectation that they will play well and be in every game.
