Wow you are right. This was supposed to be in the updated Antonio Brown thread. Not sure how I did that. Thanks for the heads up. Watkins is just an annoyance and disappointment-and as such no scorched earth towards him.

Any team giving this POS a job will only further the narrative that the NFL is a win at any cost business. They try to promote so much positive blah blah blah but allow scum like this to continue. if he does gain employment the team gets everything they deserve when he implodes. And this same notion goes for The Browns and the Watson deal. I’ll be loving the day Watson causes them to become insolvent and the team moves to London or wherever. Too bad for the fans, but a message needs to be sent to owners. there is enough talent out there who just don’t come with this much baggage.

Have been a fan of the Bills since the late 70’s, when I was old enough to get what sports were about. I remember the local rags would have a Bills season Schedule showing which High School teams they would be playing and how much they would lose by! Then the Super Bowl teams and all the excitement. So much fun to “welcome people on the bandwagon” especially as we had just moved to central NY where it was mainly Giants fans. all through the drought years it became a badge of honor to be a Bills fan even as we moved to CT, Mass, Long Island, Westchester then back to Mass where we are now. it’s been a wild ride and wouldn’t have changed it for all of Brady’s Rings. We get our First of several this year, and every fan has earned it! Go Bills!

Yes but I just can’t see how anyone can play at a former level after sitting a year (not due to injury), being disdained by the majority of the country, and knowing your teammates know what a POS you are. Now maybe they don’t show it because that’s what teammates do but be darn sure there will be protests at every game and #22 will be discussed all year long. Then throw in settlement talks etc and mentally nobody is the same-just not possible. can’t wait until this explodes in their faces and maybe sends a cautionary tale the rest of the league( yeah I know I’m smoking something)

Just ran into a guy at the hotel bar who started chatting about Watson. Was a former Clemson grad and was adamant that Watson was being setup. Asked his proof and stated that “obviously “ the women ALL wanted a piece of his junk and got together and created this story. Hired a lawyer and to this day haven’t cracked. All of this with a straight face and totally serious. In any such conspiracy of this magnitude it would be impossible to keep it from crumbling. he would t even agree that a kernel of truth could be in the womens stories. just such a polarizing story

And knowing the Texans they use those three firsts on a punter, long snapper, and kick returner.

All I can say is The Browns will Browns. Can’t wait for this to blow up and set them back to the stone ages. It’s deserved for grabbing this POS.

I disagree. Yes he can play but there has to be a drop off in his abilities after this. A year of no hits, a full year of being called a creep (rightfully so in my book) a full year of watching his fortune dwindle to lawyers and settlement options. He’s not that bright to begin with and doubt he has the mental fortitude to get past all of it. I would bet he’s 75% of his former self at best. and there is a high probability he does something equally creepy within a fairly short period of time.

I was on duty for both Hurricanes Irene and Sandy as I’m in the healthcare field. Had to drive throughout each of these storms several times transporting staff and supplies. If I didn’t have my Jeep I never would have made it on a single trip. Deep water, trees, general debris everywhere and the winds were wicked.
