  1. So if he was a star QB your opinion is different? Isn’t that so Clevelandesque? Under the assumption the Bills have done all their legal homework, which we have no reason to believe they didn’t he should be suspended barring the outcome of some legal determination. If this was our star QB I’d feel the same way. Where this differs from me is that there are not 24 accusers who were all stone cold sober making the same complaint over a period of time, plus all the hearsay along with it. NOT to diminish this young lady’s claims at all as they are truly horrific. But the two cases are drastically different
  2. Absolutely need to pull him from the team until resolved no matter how bad it hurts. The look and the accusations are too bad. and if this is true justice needs to be done to the fullest extent. and if it’s proved he’s Innocent that’s terrific for all.
  3. I think I want to see them 2-2 by then beating Ravens and Pats. It could help to keep them in Mediocre QB hell for another several seasons. Same with Pats if they split with Fins. and beating the Ravens because I hate them.
  4. I’m assuming this amazing race is between Golden Corrals all you can eat buffets in the Deep South. Nothin better than watching ole Rex and his mountainous brother stuffing chicken fried steak down their gullets trying to run to the next buffet with the camera filming their swamp a$$ as they head to a heart attack. Makes for good TV
  5. Wouldn’t be surprised as he and JA are friendly and uses the same trainer in the off-season so believe.
  6. Agreed logic has no place here. Shame on the OP for the attempt😂 With that said I liked what saw with Blackshear and would like him on the PS. Could see him moving to the 53 if we get the injury bug at RB, and maybe breaking out. And yeah it’s a good story too
  7. Maybe I’m misnunderstanding your post. The average Joe would probably be in jail or out on bond waiting for trial, have lost their job because of it and have little prospects. Would also end up with a felony record and Sexual Offender Registration for life. DW ends up not being able to play a GAME for 11 weeks of which he loses virtually no money, then proceeds to go on and earn hundreds of millions. So he pays a fine, which is less than 2% of his earnings. The fact that the whole world knows he’s scum and a predator is due to his fame-so here’s a simple solution-don’t be a scum bag and predator and the world won’t think you are one!
  8. I like your style OMG this made my weekend.
  9. But where’s the fun in that😁. Maybe they were watching for educational purposes
  10. One thought I had related to this is teams late season, who now have a fairly good idea of our offense now would need to game plan differently for OBJ. It may give us an advantage late in season when playoff implications are at hand.
  11. We have to a large degree a fairly set idea of who and what we are. Adding a piece that will come in mid to late season-with as big a name as OBJ-will require changes to the current plan we have right now. Maybe "blow up" is strong and "Requires more changes than originally thought" is more appropriate. I want all the options we can get for JA, and if the others understand we each get a few less touches to reach the championship then its a no brainer(and that's coaching to get that through and part of the culture). All of these are concerns and require significant thought on part of the team coaches and leadership. Im on board for AB, he's a process guy Im told.
  12. I agree, and if he could help us win a SB why not? I don't think he'd break the bank, and at this point in his career he's less "controversial personality wise" and to your point experience always helps. Someone else pointed out that as he makes more strides in therapy his price goes up, and he was dominating in the SB before the injury. Get him close to that form and he adds value.
  13. Thank you for the well thought out reply. I agree with your points as we have talent and talent wants touches. If we can do what @that’snomoon states the only real downside outside of the locker room is handling OBJ if and when he’s healthy and the $.
  14. Thank you exactly what I was looking for with this scenario. And if we have the cash I agree to grab him now.
  15. Agreed that’s the dilemma. He could be a good addition down the line but do you need to lock him in now to prevent others from grabbing him or is it general practice to wait for more rehab progress After the Watson contract things seem to have gone a bit off the rails
  16. Not so much the $ but who would we need to jettison to bring him on particularly with his rehab and timing of availability
  17. Thanks. I was thinking a bit along those lines but did t get the mechanics.
  18. Thank you mr sarcasm I’m relating to the roster-and I appreciate the smart ass reply I should have been more specific
  19. Sorry no clue what your referring to
  20. I’m not saying I want this or anything but if we were to grab OBJ, how in the heck would we need to change the projected roster to fit him in? we are pretty loaded and seeing promise among our group of rookies. Even with Crowder having a bit of a slump in game 1 I project him on the 53. I don’t see room for OBJ without blowing up something. What am I missing? Looking to better minds than mine on this, because I do believe it’s very interesting for the SB push later in the season.
  21. Maybe I’m the minority but I just don’t get the Kay’s looks thing. For me a solid 6. I liked her on the show and she probably knows more about football than I do, but wouldn’t watch it to watch her so to speak.
  22. Should we start a Zack Ertz thread?
  23. Hack is the “Punt Dog”.
  24. I’m anticipating we don’t need to punt twice on Sundays😁
  25. Please elaborate on what makes his “other skills” -those other than his athleticism-so exceptional. I don’t see anything placing him in the top 10 if you take away his athletics. I don’t believe he can be an exceptional passer I don’t believe he has the smarts to grow his game as he ages i dont believe he has the heart to win those brutal games where it’s all going bad and he has to dig deep i don’t believe if he partially loses his athleticism due to injury or affects of an injury he can compensate. I DO believe he’s a good guy and a good teammate I Do believe he’s a phenomenal athlete and uses every ounce of that to its fullest I DO believe he will win you games-more than you lose year to year However at the contract he wants and how he is going about his business do you want to just make the playoffs? Or do you want to win it all? I cannot see him winning it all for you-so you move on. just my opinion
