Tomlin seems to have lost his fire-about three years ago. He wants to win but doesn’t have the drive to do it in PA any longer. He’s a good coach albeit overrated IMO. A change of venue would be good for him-and I bet he does well for three or four years.

Happy to answer any questions with people off line regarding this. It’s my business and 30 year career-running and managing/owning nursing homes and hospice programs. the simple answer is if doing something with “good intention” that would meet your loved one’s wishes/needs you are good, no matter the outcome. Just keeping mind your circumstances. If your loved one is 90 it’s one thing. If they are 30 it’s another so use some basic common sense. Optics will always be a concern if they are young. lots of resources for people but you just need to know where to find them.

Ive got to say that if I’m a player, with a very limited horizon I take every dollar I get on a contract. who really gives a sh$& about a legacy if your giving up millions of dollars. I mean in 10 years are we pining for the Tre days of ore?? Heck no. The goalie academy was funny and great in it time. if I’m a player I make every cent I can and then say FU to the league and move on with life. He’s not an Allen or a Mahomes who will be part of things 20 Years from now. (And probably only 10 from now)
