Titans have a pretty decent chance of going 1-2 with Rams and Jags to end the season. Bills getting to 9-7 is the more difficult thing.

Expected

If Steelers and Bengals (or Indy) beat them we'll have the same record (9-7), same conference record (7-5), and same common opponent record (4-1). Then it goes to strength of victory which changes weekly and is a toss up right now (I think we have a slight advantage at the moment). I think if the Colts and Bengals beat them we get in on common opponents. Assuming we beat Indy and Miami twice to get to 9-7.

Seems to me like we always come out flat in the 3rd offensively. I feel like good teams should be able to put together a first drive after the half as well as the first drive to begin the game. You should be getting the defense on its heels as it tries to adjust to whatever changes you made during the half. But we don't seem to do that. Our first 3rd quarter drives tend to stall out quickly. A lot of the time we defer to get the ball after the half and that is an opportunity where the opponent's defense doesn't necessarily know what you're going to come out with. But we don't do anything with that opportunity. Offensively I think that is something you should be able to do with any roster.

Nothing makes players want to come to a team and play hard like knowing we're intentionally losing.

We can probably still beat Indy as long as we contain Gore. I feel like Cutler will be better able to take advantage of the weakened secondary. But hopefully White will be back by then (Tyrod as well). I think Peterman can do just enough to make them respect the pass to allow Shady some room.

He had us on the right track in 2014. He knows how to pick a DC. It would be interesting to see where we would've went without Tyrod coming in.
