The average viewer doesn't care about narratives.

I disagree. As long as there is hope every season nothing changes.
-
People checking in still counts. I get it most are tired of the chiefs but to keep making excuses is ridiculous. People obviously tuned in.
-
IMO the reason many are reluctant to move on from McDermott is they are afraid the team takes a step back or ends back in the drought era.
-
I disagree. From a fans perspective that makes sense. From the owner perspective, hope sells tickets more than a championship does. As long as the Bills are competitive and make the playoffs, I don't seem much changing. They need a continuous good team to keep the new stadium full.
-
First thing that needs to be done if they want to build through the trenches is to end the rotation system they love to use.

This is now on Beane, no question he needs to step up.

Disagree with the bolded. Just look at the Eagles roster. They have high talent all over that were drafted in the last 3rd of the 1st Rd or later. -
Bills scored more points than any other team this season..

As great as the offense was this season, my concern it will come back to earth a little bit. I would be shocked if Hollins repeats his performance next season. -
He has been doing the same thing over and over again in regards to defense. It continues to be the reason they lose in the playoffs every season. His philosophy of complimentary football doesn't work nor does his stop the deep play defense work against the best teams.

So much for the boycott. They set a new record with 137 million tuning in to the Super Bowl. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/super-bowl-lix-tv-ratings-record-feb-9-2025-1236132107/

He seemed like a great person. A coach players played for. One thing he will always be remembered for is his quote " It's hard to win in this league".

Real roller coasters are so much better. Imagine going 120 mph and going up 420 feet.

Agreed. Add in that his defense has failed in the playoffs year after year, I don't see how all of a sudden it's going to change at this point. For a coach that's supposed to be a defensive coach, his scheme hasn't changed a whole lot. You never see the Bills defense run anything like what KC did on the last play.

Since 1977, just two coaches have won a first Super Bowl after having been in the job for more than five years, Cowher and Reid. In that time coaches like Reid (with the Eagles), Jeff Fisher, Lovie Smith, Mike Smith, Ron Rivera, Marv Levy, Marv Lewis, Dennis Green, Chuck Knox, John Fox, Dan Reeves, Marty Schottenheimer, Sam Wyche, Jason Garrett, Jack del Rio, Jim Mora and others have had 5+ year spells with teams that have yeilded nothing.

Pitchers and catchers head to spring training in a week March Madness Come late April and early May parks like Cedar Point and Kings Island open. Ride some roller coasters to take your mind off things

If and buts were candy and nuts. IMO the Bills defense is overrated and has been for awhile. It is built for the regular season when they mostly play average to below average offenses for the most part. It almost always gets shredded against the best teams. Baltimore's offense had no problem moving the ball on them.
-
Too bad history is against them.

Unless you think history is going to change, then it's McDermott that has to go if the Bills want to win a Super Bowl.

Defense is built to stop average and below offenses.

This season their offense hasn't been good. It's their defense that's carrying them. -
Move the Bills instead. The Sabres have some of the highest tv ratings for NHL. It's not my fault the game is too fast for you.
