Damn. That’s some pretty wild schedule shenanigans if all the “in the hunt” teams — including Miami — play each other enough to make it mathematically impossible for any combo of teams to box the Bills out of the wild card… with 7 games left to play!

Can’t be, the Bills can’t mathematically clinch a wild card with ten wins right now. Too many other teams could easily eclipse that if they win out — including Miami.

Tre White as well. It’s unfortunate to see all pro players’ have their career derailed by injuries, but it happens. We’re all pulling for Milano to return to form but nothing is guaranteed at this point.

This feels like a good biweek topic for discussion. Dorian Williams isn’t at Milano’s ceiling yet by any means, but he’s shown well and has been a starter all year. McDermott is usually hesitant to shake up a starting lineup after it’s been set and can we really say it’s Milano’s spot if he hasn’t started a game since October of last year? I think they’ll bring him along slowly and possibly platoon him into the game on obvious passing downs where he’d be a clear upgrade over Williams.

My girlfriend is a chiefs fan (don’t get me started) and she has a little chiefs shirt she puts on her dog for game day. Yesterday she put it on him early, and I let him outside with the shirt on so that he peed all over it. She tried to wash it before the game, but the karmic damage was already done. 😚

National media is pretty garbage, and that probably goes double for sports media. Broadcasting during games in particular is as weak as it’s ever been, these days. At this point, I expect to get more accurate analysis in the game day thread on this forum than I do watching a broadcast. Legitimately.

The crew on the field did let them play for the most part — the several missed facemasks were frustrating tho. I don’t blame the field crew for missing the replay, the failure to review and overturn that comes down to the league office. And there’s no way the league office didn’t see that replay. They made a calculated decision not to review that play — and that’s not ok at all.

Super happy with the result but that complete refusal to overturn the non catch at the end was some historically absurd BS I mean give me a damn break. We spent the whole timeout observing the ball hit the ground.

Unbelievable how was that not overturned as we spent the entire timeout looking at it incomplete???

Several of the expected flaws have been on display this game: - bad challenge / decision making by coach - unreliable kicker - Josh trying to do too much too soon This game is begging to be dominated, honestly. What a shame we haven’t been able to follow through.
