Why would Parcells give a first rounder for Travis Henry? Makes no sense whatsoever when you can get an equal or better back with the same pick and lock him into a 6 year contract at a cheap price. Travis Henry will not yield a first rounder. 2nd? Maybe... but even that is pushing it. Corey Dillon was worth a second rounder to the Pats, but I would put his value ahead of Henry.

Playing with the lead vs. Playing from behind. Two separate things. Aside from the Jax game, Travis really hasn't had a chance to play with the lead. That's a big factor. Especially considering most of his yardage came on that last drive. I'm not taking credit away from him, but I am saying that I do believe Travis would have been able to do similar things on that last drive.

Absolutely ridiculous. You can't give McGahee credit for all that. Last week in NY, Jonas Jennings was a turnstyle at left tackle. That was the sole reason for at least 3 Bledsoe sacks. Secondly, McGahee had one benefit that Travis did not. He got to run the ball WHEN THE BILLS HAD THE LEAD. In fact, 70% of his yardage game on that last drive. Henry has not had that chance. Most teams stack the box wait for Bledsoe to beat them when the Bills are playing from behind. Running with the lead and running without the lead are vastly different. That said, Willis played a hell of a game and deserves 50% of the carries.

Not sure if that's the best way to do your business. Shaw is a vet and I'm sure he has a family and wants to catch on with another team. There is no need to publicly state that he didn't understand a playbook, or had inferior skills, etc... let other teams figure that out! They have the same access to the film that everyone else has... It's very rare that they'll call someone out after releasing them and say why they sucked unless they did something really serious. Bottom line, he sucked and we got rid of him. He's someone else's problem now.
