Bills Release P Colton Schmidt
Norcalbillsfan replied to BigBuff423's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Changing a punter the last game of the year wouldn't have a negative effect on the team, it's not like he has to learn a new playbook or anything. Or a huge cap hit. If a team thinks they can bring in a guy that can consistently punt better they will sign him. -
Shady can only Shake/Bake with his Head & Shoulders
Norcalbillsfan replied to PUNT750's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The penetration from the D line hurts shady, hes obviously not a power back. I think we should give ivory the ball more. Not sure why we don't use shady more in the passing game. Use shady/ivory like kamara/ingram. Play to shadys strengths. -

I think ivory should get first touch, put his head down and fall for 3 yards. Get shady more involved in passing game -

It's no secret the NFL wants every game to be the chiefs Rams game, all offense no defense, let receivers run freely all over the feild. Penalize the littlest touch from a defender. -

In practice did the defense all agree to attempt nothing but arm tackles today? -

If they miss that blatant of a hold in the end zone...it's going to be a frustrating day -
I was very wrong about Tyrod & have to own it.
Norcalbillsfan replied to twoandfourteen's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree with almost everything. I totally agree with trial by fire, but so far it's been an inferno for Allen. Put a rookie behind one of the worst Olines in football, with hands down the worst reciever core in football. Hes already almost had a season ending injury and the toll on his confidence can be doing more harm than good. -
Looking at our schedule and other bad teams, I think we still secure a top 5 pick next year

If we had tyrod, would our offense be better? Probably. But would he alone taken this offense and won the games we lost? Texans maybe, other than that no. With this offense tyrod isn't taking us to the playoffs, I think few QBs could. -
Allen not showing progress
Norcalbillsfan replied to PayDaBill$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Gabbert had better O line, waaaaay better receivers, better TE imo. And from the begging you could see gabbert didnt have it. I'm not saying allen is the future, but everyone is judging allen when he's probably has the worst supporting cast (except shady) for a rookie in recent memory. -
Allen not showing progress

Alot of guys that are injured go to the locker room and stay there, you rarely see a starter that gets hurt and is jumping up and down excited on the sidelines. He sees it at his team that he wants to lead, hes a competitor, hes pissed if hes not on the feild. I'm ok with that. -
Take a deep breath and reevaluate after today
Norcalbillsfan replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let's sure up the o line in the draft and FA. There will be good veteran receivers In FA, and take chances on guys in the later rounds. There's alot of holes on offense -
Allen not showing progress
Norcalbillsfan replied to PayDaBill$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Is it really fair to judge a rookie QB, that has hands down the worst WR core in the league, and arguably the 2nd worst line in the league, not much talent at TE. And a new OC. Peyton, luck, Watson, and many other QBs came into bad teams but I dont think any rookie QB has been asked to perform with such little talent surrounding him. -
Bills vs. Packers Post Game Thread
Norcalbillsfan replied to SlimShady'sSpaceForce's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Totally agree, I knew the packers LBs are decent run stoppers and Matthew's is pretty much just a pass rusher now days but, shady is faster and better than all of them, dump offs, screens, jet sweeps weren't even attempted today. Allen was forced as a rookie to make progression throws against very good DBs with the worst WR core in the league and with a blitzing LB under his chin every play. We have a good power bruiser with ivory and a playmaker with shady doing nothing on the offense. -

Lol seriously, not a single screen or dump off to shady? Nope -
We will see how Baker does, but people are kinda sleeping on Barkley cuz hes not scoring TDs, but if you really watch him play hes a game changer, he breaks the first tackle attempt amost every single time and falls forward for 2 yards every time. And he catches as good or better than any rb in the nfl. Hes a special talent

Bills vs. Packers 1st Half Game Day Thread
Norcalbillsfan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think our offense is asking waaaaay too much of our defense. Our defense has been on the field the ENTIRE game against Aaron Rodgers. And we haven't attempted a running game this year. We have hands down the worst WR core in the nfl with one of the worst O lines with a rookie QB. I think our defense will be tired and over worked all season. -

The Bill's are playing terrible but I agree, there's been some blatant extended arms holding jerseys all game
