  1. Trubisky. And there's not alot of better prospects for trubisky as a starter than the giants. Your head coach was your oc and you already know the playbook. You only have to beat out a struggling jones, a qb that the head coach didn't draft and doesn't know a system that has been said to be difficult to pick up. Unless for some unseen reason daboll didn't like trubisky this year I think trubisky would jump at the opportunity beat out a struggling jones. What other team has an easier path to starting? Maybe steelers and redskins but i bet both go for their next franchise guy in draft then mitch is taking a bridge qb spot and maybe he doesn't mind that but the giants aren't drafting a qb this year, so if he goes in and wins that job and plays well he's the guy in NJ.
  2. I would find it hard to believe that daboll doesnt take a qb that's had a year learning his system and playbook to compete with the likes of fromm and Jones. Personaly trubisky is better than both.
  3. So good bye trubisky as well
  4. I dont follow college close enough to know how good Clark is but sign me up. I've been on the fence about edmunds but after watching what Bolton did to us Sunday, let's draft some competition at the least.
  5. What's crazy is kelce is the same age as gronk and hasn't slowed down at all.
  6. A deep big bodied threat would be nice but if we are trading big I think it should be a defensive game changer. Elite LB or edge rusher. Kinda seemed like defenses figured out dk this year too.
  7. Has a DC with a #1 defense ever been fired? I'm sure that would go over well in the media lol. I don't know about firing the guy but I'm not sad at all if he gets a head coach job. I'm right there with you on trade edmunds, won't happen but I'm all for it. I really hope we draft his replacement this year.
  8. Agree with alot of your points, unfortunately I don't think we can rely on Feliciano even as a backup, hes proven to be so unreliable with health. I would be very surprised if we were able to keep trubisky, especially how cheap we got him. I would imagine trubisky probably isn't happy with the amount of playing time he got, I'd bet he was planning on a few more blowout games to go out and show his skill with an elite offense in some garbage time but it didn't happen this year. I'd bet he's ready to be a starter somewhere and he would quickly follow daboll. And I think it's imperative that we get josh some speed weapons, at rb or wr, preferably both.
  9. That's a good point, this front office has shown it likes to get proven veterans at reciever. If beane goes all in this year drafting an unproven rookie at reciever might not be an option. Gabe Davis becoming a star has really made things easier on the front office, imagine you lose to the Chiefs, then you start next year with you lose Sanders and possibly Mckenzie and beasley. If Gabe Davis didn't pan out the bills would be stressed this off season.
  10. Seriously though, people forget he beat a pregnant woman. He wins games, but he'd be tough to cheer for if i was a chiefs fan.
  11. Ya there's plenty of track stars out there, we need football speed. If Mckenzie leaves then I think we need speed at wr, but I think there's no question we could use speed out of our backfield. It blows my mind we don't have a great screen game with a qb like Allen. A change of pace guy with speed that can burn a defense if he gets a swing pass in space would add a huge element to Allen's arsenal.
  12. Watched the draft last year with my best friend (broncos fan), im yelling at my tv "draft bolton!" Over and over. Fast forward to last Sunday, same friend is watching the game with me. Bolton makes his second tackle for loss, my friend says " isn't that the guy you wanted the bills to draft" and starts laughing.
  13. My opinion 1. Offensive line, things looked good for us down the stretch but we are one injury away from a jaguars performance and that's unacceptable. I say we draft one, can't afford a solid fa. This also helps josh, and shows him your investing in his protection. 2. CB 2 in draft, depending how the draft plays out if we can get value at the pick round 1 do it. 3. SPEED, SPEED, more speed. Mckenzie sounds like he's not coming back. I feel like the bills dont take advantage of screens cuz they lacked the speed or trust at rb. Josh needs a speed demon either at wr or out of the backfield. I'd love to see both, but a rb is more doable in the draft, this draft doesn't have a rb predict to be drafted until mid round 2, there could be serious value at rb in the 4th round and later. And if we really could have our cake and eat it too, a speedy rb that can return kicks. 4. Find replacement for star. Phillips played well 2nd half of the year but I'd like to see cap savings by cutting star and finding a replacement. 5. This one won't be popular but draft edmunds possible replacement. I'm not saying cut edmunds this season, but draft competition and possible replacement. Wether your an edmunds fan or not he will probably command more money than the bills will want to spend. Do we wait until his deal is up and have no option behind him? Be forced to give him a bloated contract, or let him walk and try to pay for a FA or draft a rookie and throw him out there day one and hope it works? Draft a guy this year rotate him in, groom him let him learn the D for a year.
  14. Unless they ever do a deep ball contest where josh can destroy everyone on national TV I will continue to not watch the pro bowl
  15. True it does get harder to sign big money free agents and replace those that leave. But that's why drafting is so important. Chiefs are a great example, creed Humphries is in rookie of the year talk when excluding chase. Look what nick Bolton did to us as a rookie on the big stage. It looks like the chiefs hit 2 home runs and have them on rookie deals.
  16. True, I wouldn't mind drafting his replacement this year and rotate him in. I don't want to be forced to sign edmunds to a bloated contract cuz we don't have anyone else.
  17. I guess you could say filling in as Bills oc could be the best or worst job to take. On one hand you have Josh allen and diggs to call plays to. On the other hand anything less than afc championship game will be a let down, not much of a learning curve for a new oc.
  18. I just hope the front office doesn't Rodgers him. As in Josh is amazing let's give him 1 great weapon and spend every pick on defense his whole career, he's good enough to do it with no name recievers. I say you have to give josh even more weapons. Look what kc did, asked mahomes who he wanted, he wanted ceh and he got him. Beane needs to get josh some speed at rb or wr or both and make an investment in protection.
  19. I think a team is going to pay big for geseski. He's ceiling is too high for a team not to pay up for him.
  20. I dont necessarily say we need an rb1 cuz Singletary played great late into the year, but I think a speedy rb that could return kicks and increase our screen game would be excellent. And completely possible in a draft where there isn't an RB predicted to go until mid to late round 2. Could be great value late in the draft.
  21. I dont understand miscommunication on a kickoff... there's absolutely no rush on a kickoff. McD is literally on the side lines, you walk over to bass, " Hey squib kick" or " put it out the back of the endzone, don't want a return " and the flustered thing is garbage. Frazier wants a hc job and he calls prevent D when the chiefs haven't hit you deep the entire night but been gashing you with underneath yac? He did that cuz hes flustered? No he made a decision in crunch time that cost the team.
  22. Am I the only one that doesn't think that was a huge surprise? If the tables were turned and it was josh with 13 seconds and 3 timeouts only need a feild goal I would have felt great about it. Ya bills should have won but 94% is ridiculous, 3 timeouts is totally doable with either offense.
  23. He gets alot of hate, some of it not deserving, I definitely lash out at him probably too much, but there's no arguing we needed him to at least come up and stop the run when we really needed it and like so many times he took a terrible read and CEH absolutely gashed us for a massive gain. Buccaneers game needed a game changing stop, edmunds fills the hole and misses with an arm tackle bills lose. Hes always gonna be a good player but I think he's shown he will sometimes hurt us when we need him to make a simple play and never make a game changing play himself.
  24. I mean ya it hurts cuz we probably win the super bowl after a win tonight, but damn dude we got a qb that looked like the best qb in the nfl and he's 25. Have some hope for the future
  25. I mean the entire nfl learned tonight that the superbowl will be against mahomes or Allen.
