Ridiculous game-changing call ... garbage
-
Yep, my bad ... same difference ultimately ... A 1st and 10 run that failed and set team up for failure on the drive
-
Halftime: 10 rushes, 23 yds 1st play of second half: a rush for -1 yard ... STOP!!!
-
The 1st down run is such a waste of a play ... And they keep doing it

It's a game Josh has to air it out literally every play ... 2-minute offense the whole game ... Dorsey-McDermott super-conservative so far ... Zero points in a half for this Bills team is inexcusable -

So the two negative reactions are from people pleased with the Bills performance so far? IDK, I think being down 11-0 in the second quarter and not being able to sustain drives is pretty god-awful myself. -

No replay on the dropped pass ... did he just drop it or did the defender make a play? We'll never know ... just like the Oliver hands to the face -

Josh has lost confidence… reasons why.
BernieBill replied to Toledo Bill's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's just a nervous, jittery guy ... you listen to his interviews and he's hesitant, inarticulate, and without confidence (unlike, say, Mahomes, Burrow, Hurts.etc.). Now the INTs and turnovers are in his head. Not good. -
Coaching is definitely a factor in the team's repeated ugly offensive performances. Sean McDermott brings ZERO to the table offensively and Ken Dorsey simply doesn't know how to coordinate this offense. The McDermott regime should have ended with 13 Seconds ... it didn't end and we're all here watching an entire organization waste Josh Allen's talent. The Bills were worse last year than the year before and are worse this year than last year ... the team's a mess, period.
-
Who knew the apex of Josh Allen's career would be almost beating the Chiefs in an AFC Divisional Game ... all downhill from that moment ... and the McDermott regime is just bad energy ... Buffalo making playoffs this year is an iffy proposition ... and the Bills chances of beating elite teams and making/winning Super Bowl? Negligible. It is what it is. Fire McDermott, fire Ken Dorsey, get an offensive guru to run the team, otherwise Josh Allen's career will be one of the biggest wastes of talent in NFL history.

Reassessing the Over-Reactions to the Divisional Round
BernieBill replied to Never NEVER Give-up's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills are in major trouble. Sean McDermott is not the right head coach for Josh Allen and each year McDermott remains coach, that's another wasted year in Josh Allen's career. The Chiefs and Bengals are way better than the Bills. You cannot have a home playoff game in the snow in Buffalo and put up the garbage performance the McDermott-led Bills just put up. McDermott is not in the same class as Andy Reid, Zac Taylor, Nick Sirianni, Kyle Shanahan, etc. When the Bills were bottom-dwellers, a hire like McDermott seemed reasonable ... but then you hit the lottery and draft Josh Allen and suddenly a defensive-minded little engine that could head coach is completely overmatched. The Bills defense could not stop elite teams 3 straight years in the playoffs ... and the Bills offense this year ended the season with a disgusting 10-point output. The Bills need an offensive-minded head coach to maximize the Josh Allen years and the Bills need root and branch change on the defensive side of the ball (new DC, etc.). -
Fire Beane and McDermott ... give Sean Payton total organizational control.

Is McDermott Really Marty Shottenheimer in Disguise?
BernieBill replied to Barnaby Wilde's topic in The Stadium Wall
Josh Allen is the QB. Nobody's "going back." What we'd like is a head coach who can maximize the talent and defeat the likes of Kansas City and Cincinnati. McDermott is a horrible game manager and a proven loser in the playoffs. His team was dominated on its home field in embarrassing fashion ... a year after choking a divisional round game away in Kansas City (yes, it was McDermott who choked). Bills fans should want that until the guy chooses to retire? No. You go get a brilliant offensive mind, you maximize Josh Allen, and you win Super Bowls. -
Sean Payton is available right now ... you want a Super Bowl, you get him ... you don't, then keep McDermott and watch him mismanage games and lose in the playoffs again.
-
He should be fired right now along with both coordinators. When you're the consensus Super bowl favorite and you get dominated on your home field in the 2nd round, you get fired. What is the reason to keep the guy around? He blew the 13 seconds game last year (I would have fired him then) and he comes back this year and doesn't get the #1 seed and doesn't make the Super Bowl. Good bye.
