  1. Yeah struggling wasn't a great choice of words. He has made some errant throws, but I do like the kids arm, its pro level for sure.
  2. Yeah it was ok, but TCU plays decent defense, first real test this year for Rudolph. Still an accomplishment to have over 300 yards passing. I don't really like his clapping pre-snap, maybe NFL coaches can work on that. Although he made some bad decisions, he was still able to keep his team in the game, which is saying something because his defense is terrible.
  3. Rosen struggling, has a rocket arm though.
  4. I still like Rudolph alot, he had an average game, not great, but he made some really nice throws. Too bad the gimic play and the defense screwed Rudolph out of a chance to win.
  5. Yup, he is the real deal. Hope we can draft him.
  6. Boom, just like that Mason Rudolph delivers. Steps up in the pocket, accurate downfield throw. He is the one.
  7. It bothers me a little too, he also isn't as accurate as I'd like. I really like Mason Rudolph, hoping he has a showing against TCU.
  8. Yes trust the process, it will be all worth it after we use the ammo we have accumulated to draft our Franchise QB and a weapon for him.
  9. I've never had an account on these boards before. I long time ago in another board but not this one. I can never get behind TT, he is barely a NFL QB, same as EJ and Fitz. I can't wait until 2018 draft and we can attempt to draft a real QB.
  10. It's bad, TT will finish this year bottom 10 in passing yards and TD passes.
  11. No, his QB play is so rancid, he won't be asked to return. McBean and Sean will get their guy in the 2018 draft.
  12. 31st in time to throw and TT can only manage to put up stats like less than 50 yards for first half?? What is he going to do when his time to throw is 2.4 seconds? Can we please move on from this guy already, sad.
  13. Two big Ok St games I really want to watch to get a better look at Rudolph. Saturday TCU comes to town and later on OU
  14. Rudolph is very good, he goes through progressions quite well, and he steps up and throws in the pocket, but isn't afraid to throw on the run. He has improved his accuracy and completition percentage is great.
  15. Sutton is going to be really really good.
  16. Give me Mason Rudolph all day everyday. He has the size, the accuracy, the quick progressions, and step up into the pocket thrower that isn't afraid of throwing it in tight coverage. Baker Mayfield reminds me of a combination of Fitzpatrick and Flutie, just NO. Rosen plays and acts like Cutler, I question his love of the game, especially in a place like Buffalo (NO). Darnold I think is a good QB, but think he is going top 5, and unless we trade up we aren't getting him. Luke Falk is a very underrated QB because he is always associate with a gimic offense. Let me tell you, it don't matter what offense he is running, he is very very good. Accurate as hell and lighting fast decision making, rarely holds onto the ball long and he steps up in the pocket, he is cool man Luke! Realistically I would love either Rudolph or Falk.
  17. Ultimately that's McDermott's choice, I don't think that style of management works in the NFL, time will tell. The NFL is very similar to the military. You have a room full of alpha males, you need tough as nails discipline and viewing failure as unacceptable. I don't think excessive positive attitude on 3 and outs is going to earn the respect towards the general.
  18. The guy is obviously delusional, kinda hard to root for somebody who believes contrary to reality.
  19. This method of management doesn't work on everyone, I get to hire my own crew so I know what personalities to look for. As long as there is a possibility of an incentive, you can mold your group's behavior to how you see fit.
  20. 10 years, 4 of my key guys have been here 8 yrs, 1 has been here 5, and the other 3 around 2, the last 3 are relatively new because other members weren't cooperating. Manufacturing, that's all I'm saying.
  21. Hope so, but yet to be determined. Depends if we get our franchise 2018 QB.
  22. Supervisor of a fortune 500 company. Nah, Mattis types. Need someone to put the screws to this team and make it a wrecking ball.
  23. Yes, I prefer my coaches like the hoodie, with a dash of emotion when the times are appropriate. We do, we reward high achieving individuals, our discipline/reward system is top notch. If the same high achieving individuals all of a sudden get to comfortable and start underachieving, I take away some of their rewards, if they don't like it I give the 2s their spot.
  24. 8 people report to me in our department, and we are at will. Success is defined as maximized production and hitting weekly production rate quotas. Methods I use are a stacked employee rating system, I keep 1-3s and 4 and 5s not so much. People who reach our team goals get stock options and RSUs and possible merit raises. If 4s and 5s don't listen to my constructive criticism, I look for replacements.
