  1. Really like Matt Milano. I have since his rookie year. Hope we can keep him in the fold.
  2. That's the culture we have chosen, unfortunately.
  3. Oh I agree. I find Trump to be wildly inappropriate and immoral and I am confused too that so many Christians are willing to overlook that. I think if most were honest they would prefer some different figurehead, but it comes down to a fear of what domocratic leaders would do instead of really believing in the republican representative.
  4. Haha. The golden rule is from the Bible.
  5. In his view loving God leads to loving all people. You don't have to accept that philosophy, but that's what he's trying to say. Nothing he said was going to be accepted by all. When you talk about politics AND religion you are estranging half the population automatically. And apparently if you say you don't want to talk about those things you are also offending people. So really it's a lose lose situation for the kid.
  6. I believe teams have to use a certain percentage of their cap within a 5 year timeframe, but they can roll over unused cap from year to year.
  7. He is an odd one. Listening to his interview yesterday was like listening to some strange stream of consciousness. He didn't really answer the questions either.
  8. Just roll it all over to next year.
  9. They were cap strapped.
  10. Fans attacking him are making the situation worse. Bunch of bone heads. There's nothing to gain by making our star CB angry...
  11. I don't think I'd like to see a Superbowl played if the season is less than 12 games.
  12. Mahomes threw 55. https://www.ourlads.com/story/default/Quarterback-Ball-Velocity-at-NFL-Combine-2008-2017/10243/dh/
  13. Let's call the hotline for all the Patriots players (if any of them haven't opted out by the start of the season).
  14. Good guy. Let's design this offense to get him the ball early and often, then pound the rock with Singletary and Moss.
  15. The transmission rate is below 1.34 in every single state in the US right now. 21 states are at or below 1.0 (including Florida, Texas, and California). Was it really close to 4 at some point? https://www.statista.com/statistics/1119412/covid-19-transmission-rate-us-by-state/
  16. And that's partly why I didn't think he would fit with the Patriots. Cam is a huge cry baby and constantly gets butt hurt when things aren't going his way. Doesn't seem like BB would want to deal with that. But we'll see. I am not totally convinced Cam will win the starting job, actually.
  17. Why hasn't Ryan been signed yet? What's the deal?
  18. I agree. It's turning a little bit into a witch hunt. New cases or deaths does not always mean that people are being irresponsible. This pandemic will be studied for years and we won't know truly what happened until then. People should look at themselves and their own actions and not be assuming the worst of everyone else.
  19. Because they signed an olineman and Long was next on the list to get cut, I suppose. I don't think this was purely a money move. I think this was a "we want to keep the other guys more than Long" kind of move.
  20. Well I don't expect McDermott to ever bring in a high priced CB2. He likes bringing in young guys and overlooked guys and coaching them up. The secondary seems to be his specialty.
  21. To me this means they are confident in Bates.
