Exactly. Even the most blind homers can't possibly still be sipping koolaid when it comes to this team. Like I said, even some of the worst teams in NFL history have had better showings at home against SB caliber teams even if their final record only reflected 2 or 3 wins. If 'The Process' is for real there needs to be wholesale changes made starting next week in LA. Bench the bums who don't care and start all rookies and backups if you have to if anything to send a message.

This is NOT a different Bills team
SaviorPeterman replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Pretty sure just about all of the veterans you mentioned will be long gone after this season. We did resign Wood although not sure that precludes us from dumping or trading him especially if his play is crap the rest of the season and he's not showing effort. As for young talent I still like this year's draft class and obviously we have tons of picks next year to infuse some real talent into this roster. Don't be surprised if this team is really bad record wise next year though, like 3 or 4 win type of bad which I thought would be this year. -
Bills set some very dubious marks today
SaviorPeterman replied to SaviorPeterman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yep sorry about that, I meant the 07 Giants who beat them. Saints certainly look like they are on a similar path though, a true complete team if I've ever seen one. -
Don't let opposing team jump in our stands!
SaviorPeterman replied to Beach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was truly disgusted by this and even more disgusted this team did absolutely nothing about it except crawl into their shell like the pussies they are and get steamrolled today. Back in my day during the 90's they would be hell to pay if an opposing teams player did something so disrespectful. -
The narrative this week will continue to be about the defense and terrible play in the trenches but it should be about Taylor. And at some point it's time to acknowledge what I've been saying will happen, the defense will simply stop trying when they know they don't have a guy who can lead the offense on sustained drives and make routine NFL throws. Sure this defense isn't as good as we thought and sorely lacking talent just about everywhere, but they gave it their best shot early in the season and have simply quit because they know their QB is garbage.

No offense but it's this type of mindset why nothing will truly change in Buffalo. Especially when fans keep lining up for tickets and waste their hard earned money on this joke of a pro sports franchise. Yes the Saints are the superior team in every way possible but even 2-14 teams don't normally play this bad at home in front of their fans who simply deserve better at this point.

Shades of 2011, crushed by 30+ points against the Cowboys after the Jets beat us the week prior. History simply keeps repeating itself with this franchise and it's like groundhog day over and over again
-
I'm actually not surprised by him saying this right off the bat but pretty sure behind closed doors there is going to be serious discussion this week especially when they see the tape of a guy checking down and running out of bounds ala Trent Edwards down multiple scores. I've tried to give Taylor the benefit of the doubt but he is simply a very limited player and even the first drive when we could have got a TD he made two horrendous throws nowhere close to Benjamin. Also even if Taylor starts next week in LA don't be surprised if he's on a very short leash. Only reason they would keep Taylor locked in as starter the rest of the season is if they changed their mind again and want a top 10 draft pick.

Even though I expected an ugly loss today, I don't think even the most negative of fans saw this latest trainwreck coming. But the reality is this team was exposed last week after losing to a terrible Jets (that lost today in Tampa) and solidified their status as a pretender today. Here are some ugly numbers to consider: - While not ugly fro the Bills, I pointed out that the Saints are the 3rd team in NFL history to win 6 games in a row after an 0-2 start. The previous two went on to win the SB (93' Cowboys and 07' Giants) and from what I saw today the Saints are certainly the best team in the NFC. Call it a silver lining if you will but still somewhat inexcusable given some of the dubious marks set today and the Saints shattered franchise records for rushing yards and TD's in a game which always seems to happen to Buffalo. Yes this defense is as bad as advertised and knew all along it was a smoke and mirrors unit relying on mostly lucky TO's to keep games close. Also I don't think losing Dareus is the reason they've all of a sudden went over a cliff. They were always on the edge of the cliff and just needed a nudge off it. - I don't want to hear about 'The Process' because even Rex Ryan's teams never had a game like this so hope the Pegula's are taking note. Nor did any of Rex's terrible defenses units allow 300+ yards rushing and 6 rushing TD's in a game. This front seven is probably among the worst we've seen in Buffalo though during the drought. And it pains me to say it but Kyle Williams is finished and a liability out there. Obviously we have nothing better on the roster to replace him with though but sad that his last season in the NFL ends like this. -Speaking of the rushing defense, that's almost 550 yards rushing allowed the last two weeks. Not sure that has ever happened in franchise history period. - The 2011 comparisons are even more eerily similar this week. After losing to the Jets in 2011, we lost our next game in Dallas 44 - 7. Today we lose at home 47-10 which is somewhat creepy. Next up was a 35-08 thrashing at Miami so expecting similar outcome next week in LA. Oddly enough we did play at San Diego that year and lost 37-10 but that wasn't until week 14 and our 6 straight loss. - Speaking of bad home losses, the Bills haven't lost by 34 or more points at home since the infamous sunday night game in 2007 when the Pats dropped a 56 points on us. - 18 straight years will be the reality next January. Old enough to vote, join the military, smoke, etc. And if you think otherwise give me some of the drugs your on because I really need them.

Even though the stadium is 90% empty you can hear the excitement for Peterman who still has time to surpass Taylor's 58 yard passing total on the day. -

Yes it's garbage time but look at this young stud in the pocket throwing darts with confidence and poise. -

I never left. But go ahead and deflect from this piss poor excuse of an NFL team playing right now. -

Anybody that still thinks this is a playoff team needs their heads checked. Good god even I didn't think we were this bad and proves my negatively and pessimism was even misguided by giving at least a little benefit of the doubt. -

Some of us have already been here and labeled trolls for calling out this team weeks ago as a fraud. Regardless this is a very bad football team and I'm going to go as far to say that we won't win a single game the rest of the season, even against the Colts who are playing very inspired football against the Steelers and still up 8 points as of right now. Bottom line this team quit on McD today and at least most of the veterans will be dumped in the offseaon and we can move forward with a proper rebuild. -
Gameday Thread Bills vs Saints 1st Half
SaviorPeterman replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sadly my gut instinct about how this would play out is spot on so far and if the Saints go down and score another TD here this game is pretty much over especially with them getting the ball at halftime. 10 days to prepare can't help a team with so many fatal flaws that are on full display so far (i.e. terrible defense and QB who simply won't take chances). -
Cordy Glenn injured AGAIN.
SaviorPeterman replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm still trying to figure out exactly what happened to Glenn between the Raiders and Jets game because he literally went from one of the best performances of his career to one of the worse. Either way McD values guys you can depend on a weekly basis and Glenn has had way to many issues the last few years to justify keeping him around beyond this season. Best case we can land a 3rd or 4th round pick for him in a trade during the offseason. -
Need to put a safety on kamara
SaviorPeterman replied to The juice's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Brees has only thrown for 300+ yards once this season because of how good the Saints rushing offense has been. And the floodgates are open after what the Jets did to us on the ground last week against this front seven. KW just isn't the same guy out there and are sorely lacking a playmaker up front. -
What's the deal with John Miller?
SaviorPeterman replied to MTBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I still think this coaching staff gave up on John Miller too soon but looks like Vlad the turnstile is staying in the starting lineup. Either way I expect major changes in the trenches next year. And Wood might be the only guy that is a lock to return because of his extension. Wouldn't be shocked if we have four new starters though next season because still think Glenn will be traded or released and probably the same with Incognito given his age and contact. -
Bennett cut (update: claimed by Pats*)
SaviorPeterman replied to The juice's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You have to hand it to the Pats on finding creative new ways to cheat - first the fog machine against the Falcons on SNF, now arranging contact with former recent players, telling them to fake injuries and create discontent in the lockerrom so they get cut and then promise to claim them on the waiver wire. 4-D Chess = 4-D Cheating Hoodie still the master puppeteer even today. -
For most of these teams and QB's these aren't garbage time type of numbers though. It's more indicative of clutch play in terms of leading their teams to wins or drives to preserve a lead. However a few of these names like Eli Manning and Winston are obviously misleading since their teams are terrible and they have posted a lot of big numbers in garbage time.

Chiefs have owned the Bills in recent years but we are due for a win against them. This team needs to respond much better on the road though in the next few weeks because if we play like we did in Cincy and NY we aren't likely winning another road game this year. Speaking of Chiefs and upcoming schedule, we play 3 of best TE's in the NFL in the coming weeks (including Gronk x2). Defense better get their act together and fast:

Bills are practicing outside today
SaviorPeterman replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He's a true throwback to the 'lunchpail' style LB. Bloodied up on the field, with gauze in his nose. Eager to be a thumper in inclement weather once the calender turns December in Buffalo. -

Saw this on twitter and Milano was the only guy in shorts. Really love this kid and wish he was still starting because his play has been LARGE and still think he's a possible steal where we found him.
