I honestly think that this entertainment company masquerading as a sporting league has determined that the Bills need an off year . -

The combo of incompetence (or worse) from the officials and an idiot for a HC is truly special and makes Sunday such a refreshing and peaceful day. -

Beane throwing away money on contracts for players not playing or not even on the roster anymore really caught up to them this year. -

Can we fast forward to next season with a new coach and training staff? This year is going by be so painful. -

Beane sucks too, outside of getting lucky that the Browns and Jets passed on Allen this roster has been mediocre. -

SUPER BOWL HAHAHA. This coaching staff will never win a superbowl. So jealous of the coaches in Houston, Detroit, Minnesota. -

Some coach breaking down some coaching

This team is brittle. The Brittle Bills.

I hope in 20 years there isn’t a 30 for 30 about Josh Allen being the best QB of all time to never win a Championship. I have a feeling 90% of that show would be focused on the GM and the HC leaving him high and dry.

Xavier Worthy: So far, not much more than a gadget guy

Yes they did. https://billswire.usatoday.com/2020/11/25/report-terry-pegula-loved-patrick-mahomes-bills-thought-hed-fall/ -
Last offseason the Bills brass told everyone that the some of the teams talent had aged out and by default much of the talent had maxed out and not only because of salary cap but to bring in some new fresh faces and attempt a sort of retool on the fly. Is it possible that the Bills coaching had also hit that wall and a retool might have also been in order for them. Beane shouldn’t be immune from criticism. He has spent a lot of money with nothing really to show for it. It’s not like this team would even be competitive without Josh Allen. Look at how Minnesota or San Francisco or Baltimore or the Lions have built their rosters. Beane might get pushed around by McDermott to use so many draft picks on D linemen and linebackers cause it doesn’t look like they give much of a concern about helping out Allen. Who could blame Allen if one day he realizes that he wasted the best part of his career with no help and a defensive minded HC who couldn’t be bothered to really make an effort to maximize his talent? A ton has been made out of this year of Allen being a good general and making better decisions and in effect reigning himself in. What if he had complimentary talent that could help him maximize his immense ability instead of trying to dumb down his aggressive nature? This is Marty Shottenhiemer’s KC or Marvin Lewis’ Cincinnati all over again. Always competitive but never winning a damn thing. …..or I could be wrong and am just venting as per usual.

Baltimore was 1-2 and lost to the Raiders and a sketchy looking Chiefs team and almost blew it again a mediocre Dallas. Let’s not crown them with this “Great” title. -

I don’t think these coaches are capable of winning a superbowl. That might seem harsh but be honest, unless every single call, every single bounce goes their way this coaching staff will not out class any top tier coaches when it really counts. The GM refuses to load the team with any blue chip offensive talent to help out his all world QB and they keep handing out huge contracts to brittle undersized players. This current regime is maxed out. Sorry. . -

No we traded Mahomes. Rumour was Pegula wanted Mahomes but McDermott was uncomfortable picking a QB without a GM in place. They knew that Reid coveted Mahomes.
