Why is it always the bills as the butt of the joke.

It would be nice to have a consistent kicker again. Probably would have won a couple more games

Said Goodell: “It creates more gambling, it creates more gamblers and it creates the more likelihood that people are going to perceive it as being an influence. . . . It’s a very strongly held view in the NFL, it has been for decades that the threat that gambling could occur in the NFL or fixing of games or that any outcome could be influenced by the outside could be very damaging to the NFL and very difficult to ever recover from.”

You're sticking with the Bills are 7-0 after their bye week since 2017 despite it being mathematically impossible. I admire your persistence.
Why are you trying to turn an innocent conversation into a battle of wills? I said “ok” and you persist like this some sort of important subject. Get a life.

Apparently. I'm arguing with someone where basic math makes it literally impossible for the Bills to be 7-0 off their bye week since 2017.
Who are you arguing with????
Your imaginary friend? Wtf is your problem?
I simply put up something I read, it’s not that deep. Get over yourself.

McDermott is 6-0 after their bye week. I have no idea what that site considers a bye.

Since 2017 KC is #1 after a loss with a record of 20-7
Since 2017 (McDermotts first year as Buffalo’s HC) the Bills are #2 after a loss with a record of 27-13
Since 2017 Buffalo is #1 coming off of a bye-week with a record of 7-0

Having vague rules and subjective calls is totally by design and it makes the NFL a more dramatic league.
The NFL could probably clean up a lot of the BS with officiating but why would they? It adds to the drama, it adds to the discussion, it adds to the emotional attachment to the games.
Plus they can influence games at will, no one is ever surprised by horrible calls anymore, that’s the most consistent part of the game now.
The NFL knows exactly what they’re doing, don’t forget that.

Interesting dynamics at play here.
