  1. That's like McDermott McDermott is the problem. The defensive coordinator is an extension of him.
  2. I wouldn't even acknowledge them if I was him, that's the only way they can win
  3. It’s McD’s scheme and philosophy. If he doesn’t like it, he’s had years to change anything, that’s the job of the Head Coach and why he’s called that. I don’t know why so many people here are apologists for McDermott. Yeah Frazier sucks, but he’s an extension of McD.
  4. McD is the problem. He is pure, unadulterated trash that chokes and gets outcoached every single postseason. Frazier doesn’t decide our scheme against McD’s will. He’s an extension of him. Bringing them all back is waving the white flag on the future.
  5. McD’s the head coach that’s a defensive coach. If he doesn’t like anything about the defense, he can step in. That’s the responsibility of a Head Coach and why they’re called the Head Coach.
  6. 100% true. Most people here are in denial about it but we will never win anything here with McD.
  7. Its McDermotts defense. Only firing Frazier won’t change anything.
  8. McD is trash, horrible coaching in the playoffs 3 years in a row now. He’s a huge step below these other coaches that are still here.
  9. If they have any hopes of trying to win a SB, McD has got to go
  10. I’m not even sure how things get better from here with Allen’s contract kicking in
  11. Nothing changes if McD’s still here, he’s the biggest problem we have
  12. It’s McD’s defense, he should be gone with all of his coaches
  13. It’s McD’s defense, he should be gone with all of his coaches It’s McD’s defense, he should be gone with all of his coaches
  14. It’s McD’s defense, people are in such denial about this
  15. We’re never going to win anything with McD and this coaching staff
  16. Hopefully they’ll hire him He has all the time that he’s not spending on scheme, that’s probably most of it
  17. That is just so petty. I understand he's got a great gig with the Bills and that's the argument some would make for him. I personally could just never sell out like that, even if it meant landing a cool job. I'd have to be able to speak my mind and not sell out for the organization no matter where I work. He can probably do that now and I don't know if he does...but back then he was basically state-run radio.
  18. I've never liked Chris Brown since the old site, back when he was shilling for the Bills and went as far as defending them for bringing Jauron back for year #4 because of how important continuity was. He's just as bad at play-by-play as he is everything else.
  19. Especially in the 2nd half, McD just can't be using multiple defensive timeouts. You gotta save them all. I can understand the 4th and 8 one I guess because we were such a mess, but the other one was brutal. He's in his what, 6th year now? It's scary at times that these are things he still hasn't learned.
  20. I have enough Pavlovian conditioning that happened here that anytime I still see the word "billboard" I immediately think Bill Cowher
  21. I would. The new OT rules are not in their favor.
  22. Welp, that'll do it. We got the Bengals coming in.
  23. Really wish we would’ve kept Daboll and let McD go
  24. Yup I meant ours. Theirs might not have made every single great call but they took us to the edge in the playoffs in his first season with a nobody QB on the road vs a coach that’s in year 6 of his plan. That’s just ugly.
  25. He’s the head coach. He has the power to step in if the game isn’t being called the way he would like. That’s a big part of his job. This and his horribly called timeouts…he was an absolute disaster.
