  1. If the geography is in the womb and is dependent on the woman going through a pregnancy, yeah I'd say there's probably a difference. And like I said, I'm honestly on the fence about a lot of the abortion issues.
  2. Yeah, I can agree that's a strange thing to be triggered about if people had it blocked or whatever from you. But I don't see how that stops you from directly replying to someone else like me who has nothing to do with any of that to make sure they know you're talking about them. You've literally ran to other threads and mentioned me and probably a lot of them I never end up seeing and if I do, I usually come to this part of the forum like once a week, sometimes much longer than that unless someone directly responds to or tags me...that's just as weak. I don't know how you can't admit that. Two things can be true at the same time. I'm always down to talk about the Church...in what context do you think it applies here? I told you in one of your endless Trans threads how I think the child indoctrination and a lot the child abuse is covered up in the same way by the religious Conservatives in the same way it is by the Far Left with their own version of that with the Trans kids stuff. I made the comparison, I didn't just mention the Church without any correlation, and I didn't excuse any of the abuse you were bringing up. I don't know if you're actually this dense or if your point to come here is just to be that childish.
  3. The problem isn't that she made a mistake 20 years ago...it's that she still won't acknowledge that it was the wrong thing to do to kill it without even attempting rehoming or rehabilitation...and that she was proud of it, and that she couldn't humanely put a goat down. She's trying to turn this into a 20 year old "cancel culture" (which I have always been against) moment about a mistake she may have made 20 years ago...but the problem is she won't acknowledge that she made mistakes here. Like if someone made sexual comments that fell under the umbrella of sexual harassment about someone else 20 years ago, without actually raping them or anything, and was remorseful today about it when it was brought up, OK. If they doubled-down on what they did...like what's being done here...that's a different story. Growing up in South Dakota on a ranch doesn't make it OK to do what she did to the dog or to be attempting to put down animals when you don't know how to properly or humanely do it and then brag about it in a book and double-down on what you did.
  4. I agree, I don't call it a deflection, that's what @BillsFanNC calls it. You simply thought there was a possible hypocrisy there or maybe even still do and I just gave you my take on that, it was that simple and we didn't have any childish back and forth and like you said, found common ground.
  5. @BillsFanNC ? You can't do that? Even if you for some reason can't, if I were in that position I would only directly reply to a person I'm going to reference to make sure they see it. That's what a grown man does. And what you call "deflection" is what the first person who replied did, when they brought up abortion. But unlike you, I don't cry about that. I don't see it as deflection. I answered it and gave my point of view on it. You basically just proved yourself wrong.
  6. Are you waiting for Tucker to comment before you form your opinion about this so you know what to say? Or to mention me in other posts without tagging or replying directly in hopes I won't see it? So you do understand what makes what your dad did different from this, right?
  7. Let’s say for a second that we all agreed that a 14 month old pup should be shot in the face with no attempts at rehoming or rehabilitation…the “method” is coming from someone who in the same breath talked about how she shot her goat who survived and laid there in pain while she went back inside for more ammo. She was braggadocios about all of this. Does this sound like someone who should be putting down animals?
  8. We all die one way or another eventually. What a ridiculous point.
  9. If would’ve been better if she tried to rehome it so it could either go somewhere else, be at a shelter, or rehabilitated. Those things don’t always work out, but there were certainly more options that could have at least been attempted before shooting a 14 month old puppy that just happens to not be a hunting dog. Also it sounded like she was pretty proud of that, and for killing a goat that survived the first shot and lied there suffering while she went back inside to reload and come back out. Shouldn’t someone who is putting down animals know how to humanely put down an animal?
  10. There’s obvious differences though. Many people don’t consider something to be a baby yet and it’s also dependent on the mother going through pregnancy. The dog was already here and could’ve been rehomed or taken to a shelter or rehabilitated. I personally am on the fence on abortion. I am Pro-Life from the perspective of having a society that offers all the help possible so that a woman doesn’t feel like she has to make a choice like that for financial or any fixable reason, but am Pro-Choice from the perspective that I can’t get to wanting to force someone to do something with their body. I understand that most of us get there at some point anyway because most people have limits on where they draw the line after a certain amount of time…but all this is to say there’s a lot more nuance on that subject.
  11. I didn't see any posts here about this and I don't care what side of what aisle she's on...she's a disgusting clown-faced bi*tch. I hope this ends her in every way possible. https://www.forbes.com/sites/zacharyfolk/2024/04/28/kristi-noems-killing-of-her-puppy-slammed-across-parties-and-mocked-at-correspondents-dinner/?sh=1fb1d35a2631
  12. 40 time? Are you also still using dial-up internet too? Bring his Gauntlet Speed to the table and then maybe we can talk!
  13. I think this all depends on context. I don't see #1 receiver type stuff here. If that's your expectation, I think you're going to be disappointed. If the expectation is a good slot receiver, you'll probably be happy with the pick.
  14. Haha if Coleman turns out to be a bust, there’s going to be “Gauntlet speed” trolling here for the rest of our lives
  15. That and sometimes change is just good unless you have something amazing like TNT's Inside The NBA crew. There's probably more talented guys out there.
  16. I would've rather we traded back and picked up a 5th round pick than to have him for the 5th year
  17. Road grader, high character, only fell because he has stubby fingers. Should be a 10 year starter. Steal.
  18. I'd take him over McD. Spags was a crappy head coach because of the other responsibilities involved...but so is McD. At least he has something to offer. I'm honestly not sure what it is that McD has to offer when his proficiency is what gets us lit up in the playoffs every single year.
  19. What about the 2 other times when we didn't have a bunch of injuries and KC still put up 40 in both games?
  20. He is easily our best QB ever. Who would you take in our history over him? EDIT: Nevermind, I saw the context of the post you were replying to, I think you were saying he's easily not the best ever in general if I have it right, not the Bills. I would definitely challenge you on it if you're saying he's not the Bills best QB ever.
  21. But when KC invests in defense, they get stops in the playoffs. It pays off. When has it ever paid off for us in the playoffs? Our Head Coach's specialty is our biggest liability when it matters most. He can't get it done even when the defense has been invested into more than the offense.
  22. The problem with saying this is McD's defenses get smoked in the playoffs by good QB's even when we do invest heavily in it. We were relatively healthy in 20 and 21 and gave up 40ish both years. We can't stop or even slow down Mahomes or Burrow. I've said it before, but the reality is we stuck with that by keeping McD. We are essentially just moving forward accepting that we need to score 30-40+ points and be near perfect offensively to win games vs top teams with this head coach here...so we do need to load up on offense.
  23. What's the reason he got picked so late? Lack of good competition?
  24. Yes. You do have to wonder why not when you have all those 5's....
