  1. Also, I believe the Buffalo Bills team record for rookie receptions is 65 by Sammy Watkins. He should obliterate that if healthy
  2. Buy: Leonard Fournette. Not sure if this week he makes it to the active roster, but when he does I think his combination of experience and production will be pretty invaluable. Sell: Dalton Kincaid. Not saying he is going to crash and burn, by any means. But after a few strong outings it's time for defensive coordinators to gameplan for him. I expect he will still get some production, but I also expect some schemes to take Allen's new security blanket away. Hold: Rasul Douglas. Looked solid after 2 practices in a new surrounding. I expect his stock to be rising Also, I'll provide alternatives as well. Buy: bye bye to the Bills playoff odds if they drop this one. Sell: My soul to the devil for the Bills offense to click starting this week. Hold: Me closer, Tony Danza.
  3. I think Buffalo comes out in up tempo...and sticks with it. We are home, no crowd noise to contend with. I expect nothing less than a great performance at home and under the lights. On defense, I think the Broncos have some matchup advantages. They will move the ball. Buffalo-33 Denver-23
  4. I'm with you here. He's actually enjoyable and fun on this show. Can't wait for the Kelce-Cast in a few years when the Mannings get tired of hosting. These 2 could slip right in.
  5. Perhaps spending time on the Sabres message board is in order then, no? Amazing that no team in history has improved over the back half of a season and went on a run. That's why you can be so sure. It's never happened before. Ever.
  6. Yes. I believe they will help. Not necessarily solve the issues completely, but I would say Joseph and Douglas should be a step up from Ford and Jackson.
  7. I mean, he is familiar with the style offense we run here. And he doesn't mind running the ball when conditions fit. I like the idea of McDaniels. But not him. He's a clown
  8. Strongly disagree. Single high look, Gabe had a path on the inside and is starting to blow past...then just cuts it off. 10-12 is nice. That could have been 25-30 and possibly a TD. And if he gets caught inbounds....plenty of time left and 1 time out. Poor awareness by Davis IMO.
  9. Oh? What exactly do they have to say about the Rams fans not packing the seats and routinely having road teams load the stands? Did they comment on the Raiders having the same problem?
  10. If not for that coach and GM's Peterman -esque love for Wilson and their total commitment to not upgrading the OL the Jets would likely be AFCE Champs this year.
  11. I agree, but I don't think it has to do with Davis making the catch or drops or anything. There have been quite a few times this year where it's clear they aren't seeing the defense the same way. This has resulted in an INT earlier in the year, a few bad looking incompletions and most recently, that horse 💩 "intentional grounding" call last week. Davis seems to be cutting a lot of his routes short when Allen is expecting him to keep going. There is no reason they should not be on the same page at this point IMO.
  12. Well, you're not wrong about the defense on that last drive, especially. However right now the way I see it bringing in Joseph and Douglas SHOULD help bring them back closer to a normal functional baseline IMO. They both played pretty well against Cincy and I expect them to get better with more time adjusting to the system and guys around them. Also worth pointing out that on that last drive we had Bernard out (and he may miss this week as well😬). Our LBers were Williams and Dodson, I believe. We had Josh Norman on the field taking defensive snaps in the year 2023. No clue why Von was out there, either. And did Hyde ever come back in? Point being, while that last drive was a killer we were hardly prepared to stop anyone from a personal standpoint.
  13. This response absolutely positively REEKS of projection. "Oh the Bills don't have any fight in them....oh they are fragile". Nah, fam, if you think they aren't going to fight when their back is against the wall...I don't know what to tell you. This fanbase has become increasingly soft. This fanbase is what cannot handle adversity or stumbling. We sat for 17 years and watched crap football every Sunday. At least some of us did. I would bet the most vocal here now airing their displeasure were the same ones that would "have the game on in the background" or be out looking for antiques with their wife when the team was bad. You know, those people that start their post "I've been a Bills fan for ___ years....". You know, those that never post or have ***** all to say when the team is good...but man oh man...when the Bills lose are wayyyyyyy to eager to air their "opinion". Not saying it's you...it's just exhausting, ya know?
  14. I know most refuse to see it but the division is still firmly in play. First up, Buffalo has to handle their business. The next 2 against Denver and the Jets are very winnable at home in the Ralph. We get the Pats at home as well. I don't see Mac sweeping us. So the wins I see: Denver Jets Pats Then I go to games I expect the Bills to lose. There's only one and that's the Eagles. Didn't have it down as a win before the season. That accounts for us being 8-5 realistically. So then we have what I call the toss up games. Chiefs: I think we match up well. I see this game coming down to who has their offense more fixed by the time we play. Chargers: Very winnable. Chargers seem to be one of those " always plays us tough" teams. Cowboys: Capable of coming into Buffalo and winning. Miami: Final week possibly for the division. Allen does great things against them traditionally. As long as some semblance of offense emerges Buffalo can win any or all of these games. Also, we need to see what Miami has left. They have a 1 game lead on us with games against: Raiders, Commanders, Titans. All wins for them I count. Gets them to 9 wins. Still 2 games against the Jets. That D of theirs could be a matchup nightmare. I expect them to split this series. That gets them to 10 wins. They also play the Cowboys, Ravens and us. They could plausibly lose all 3.
  15. I know some of you are salivating for some Rocky Mountain Oysters. I think I'll be going with some nice chicken parmesan, myself though
  16. Away against the Rams should be like an extra home game.
  17. 6-4 is much much sexier than 5-5. If we come out not only with the win, but looking sharp and crisp on offense I think that would do a lot to increase fan morale. If we get the win and look like we did on offense against the Giants...then yes I agree it still leaves a lot of doubt. Both of these next 2 games, at home against beatable opponents are must win. I don't think so at all. Not this year. Baltimore looks really good. Cincinnati is back to form. And for all the talk about them not beating a team with a winning record, if Miami gets home field for the playoffs (their losses all road games) they could be dangerous as well.
  18. In fairness, a LOT of people that have met Jim Kelly have wanted to punch him once or twice. Wasn't always the best human being in his playing days😂
  19. Will be interesting to see what they plan on doing with Rasul Douglas. I believe he's a 9M cap hit next year...with no guarantees. Maybe an extension lowers that number a fair amount...or if he doesn't do well the rest of the year we can walk at no cost.
  20. Nice links, @chongli. I always enjoy seeing what the opposite teams media talks about. Adds some insight to the opponents.
  21. FWIW, you could say the same about 95% of the people posting here as well.🤷🏼‍♂️
  22. Very well could. Denver hasn't been playing bad football the last 3 games. Russ Wilson has actually been pretty decent. If the game was in Denver I'd be more worried...but Buffalo can pull it off in Buffalo.
  23. Matt Barkley. No, seriously. He's on their practice squad. They are in full tank embrace at this point. With all the injury to their OL, the prizes TE and now Jones....they have no choice. They are FIRMLY in the Williams/Maye sweepstakes.
