9/18/25 GAMEDAY Bills vs Dolphins Gameday Thread TNF
BuffaloBillyG replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have a feeling this is gonna be a Joey Bosa game. He rushed really well against Baltimore and the Jets. 2 teams with talent at the RT position and mobile QBs. Miami has neither. Tua is gonna get to know Bosa very well tonight. -
9/18/25 GAMEDAY Bills vs Dolphins Gameday Thread TNF
BuffaloBillyG replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Let's not get overconfident. Remember...any given Sunday. What's that? Today's Thursday? Oh, well then...BILLS BY A BILLION!! -
Similar in the way that Walmarts Great Value brand is similar to brand names. It's the same basic thing but the guys we signed at the WR spot are dart throws that "may" elevate their game as opposed to the Chiefs that signed WRs that have had success at the NFL level. The reason I believe our offense has performed better (I do agree with you) is that our running game is miles better than theirs since Pacheco fell off. We have a more balanced offense that will do better against the modern defenses

I think my issue is this. The Chiefs needed WRs. They drafted high. They did do well with Rice as long as he stops getting himself suspended. Worthy hasn't been around long enough to judge fairly. But they don't stop there. They go out and sign former 1000 yard receivers in Brown, Ju-Ju and last year DHop. They just keep grinding at the position when they miss. Meanwhile, for us the position we do that with is the DL. We invest high picks and then turn around and have to sign pricey FAs. The PED guys, Bosa, Von. We just grind away on DL.

Josh will be wearing a visor this week

One thing Josh still does have a tendency to do is stare guys down a bit. I wouldn't mind him wearing a tinted one. -
Game week thread - Dolphins at Bills TNF
BuffaloBillyG replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Pretty funny thread on the Fish site. Tua getting ROASTED by his own fans for admitting he can't do half the stuff Allen does. Thread includes the link to the presser he says that. https://finheaven.com/threads/how-is-this-dude-our-qb.388425/ My favorite: To be fair, Tua once saw Josh Allen brace a fall with his arms and thought "Holy ****, this guy is on another level." -
I think this is a big game for the TE’s
BuffaloBillyG replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can see that. But with how bad their secondary is....I think it's gonna be a Coleman kinda night. -

Check the front groin area for the massive testicles. Dead giveaway. -

I kind of expected this outcome for Thursday. Keeping Achane contained is going to be a challenge. -
Only if they watched that one...twice.

Which is the first game we will lose this season?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the script gets flipped with the Chiefs this year. They win in season and we eliminate them in the post season. And I would be fine with that scenario. -
Any thoughts on Dorian Williams about to be starting again?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm in the minority I think in that I like what Williams brings to the table. Yes, he gets turned around a bit at times, but I don't think anyone on defense hustles to the ball as well as he does. If he isn't making a play he's close to it. -
How many home games do you attend a year?
BuffaloBillyG replied to vanhalen26's topic in The Stadium Wall
It really is an amazing atmosphere for a game. Especially a night game. It's such a surreal feeling. I know you have been to other stadiums, but when you head to your seats and go from the concourse to the tunnel and see, in person, the big Buffalo emblem at midfield, it truly is breathtaking. Enjoy every minute of it! -
How many home games do you attend a year?
BuffaloBillyG replied to vanhalen26's topic in The Stadium Wall
Zero I used to have season tickets and I gave them up. Between the traffic and temperatures it just became unenjoyable for me to attend in person. Mix in it seemed no matter where I sat most of the game was spent having to stand and let some fat dude skim past so they can go get more beer and all the younger people making sure they get their photos for social media right in front of me...I'm more than happy to stay home and watch on TV. -
Disagree. I think he is in the tier below elite and his weapons elevate him. The Jalen Hurts level. He doesn't elevate those around him. Watch the numbers Browning puts up in the next few weeks. They will be around what Burrow typically does. A few more INTs, perhaps. But they won't struggle on offense without Burrow too much.

Looks like someone is sticking to a predraft narrative. Kincaid is actually a much improved blocker. Now is he as good as Hawes? I don't think so... Ut he's not that far behind Knox anymore IMO. He made several nice blocks against the Jets and week 1 he drove his dude out of bounds on one play and had a couple others where he won his assignment. I noticed him late last year throwing some nice blocks as well.

Meanwhile, always fun to drop in on Finheaven during Bills week
BuffaloBillyG replied to CSBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
The biggest problem with their offense is there is no flow on the reads. The first read may be on the left side of the offense in the intermediate area. Second read is way back to the right and long. Third read over the middle short There's no flow of natural progression in the reads. That's Tuas actual issue. It's not that he can't go to a second read it's that the reads are all over the place and he's trying to process. Kurt Warner did an awesome breakdown of this not long ago. -

I don't think he had any touch to begin with. He had Shanny's system and when people got wise to stop it he was exposed at not knowing how to adjust. I think the dude is a complete fraud -

I'm not gonna roast ya. But here's the issue I have with McDaniel. He got the job off Shannahan's coat tails. One of the biggest complaints about him is that he cannot and will not adjust or come up with new ideas. Another is he is a horrible play caller. He really hasn't shown anything in his time in Miami to prove he can create new ideas without Shannahan holding his hand. Hard pass...guy isn't a "genius" at all. He was just in the right place at the right time. -
Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million
BuffaloBillyG replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I saw yesterday that he actually played fewer than 30 snaps. I wanna say it was 26 snaps total. And he still had a sack, 2 forced fumbles and a whole lotta pressures. As long as he's on the field when we need a play I'm good. -

BuffaloBillyG replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Throughout his career? Yes. Back when he was in Denver. Here in Buffalo? No. He would often rush upfield and take himself out of running plays.
