  1. This right here is why I believe he's at his ceiling. Just from the outside looking in, he doesn't seem to have the drive and passion for the game. The want to get better gene has eluded him. Now, physical traits? Yes he has that. He's what I would picture a QB would be if you took Josh Rosen's mindset and dropped it in Josh Allen's body.
  2. I honestly believe Shavers has a shot at making the 53 depending on how many they keep at the position. They would be smart to hang into Gore Jr. Second year in the system. If Cook is doing a hold in...seems like those guys often aren't in football shape and end up with soft tissue injury that lasts the bulk of the season. My guess would be TE Davidson, maybe one or two of the OL and almost assured to have one guy that the Hard Knox people focus on, becomes likable and then heads to the Turk Town. Wait, what TE did the Bills add today? I don't see anything about it.
  3. Yeah, that Charger RB room is already pretty deep. Maybe he latches on as a return guy. If not it's an opportunity to showcase what he has left for 31 other teams in the preseason games. He's got a have one of the weirdest Buffalo Bills tenures of all time. He will always be remembered and be a hero for the 2 TD return game against the Pats. But he also has the same total rushing yards as a Buffalo Bill that Reggie Bush had (-3 yards).
  4. I'll agree, he is a bit of a "tweener" WR/TE. But we knew he wasn't a blocker when drafted. He wasn't brought here for that... however I feel like he's been better at that than he was made out to be when drafted. I can't knock him for not doing something well that was known all along. I think the biggest issue is in his usage. T He's asked to run routes that are close to the line of scrimmage our out in the short flat way too often.
  5. Wrong. He broke the team record for most receptions by ANY rookie in Buffalo Bills history. This includes WRs. Sammy Watkins had held that record. He did also break the team record for single season receptions by any TE (not just rookie). Pete Metzalaars had held that one. And if you want to cherry pick his 4 TDs through his first 2 seasons, fine. Coincidentally, that's EXACTLY how many rushing TDs James Cook had in his first two years...now people wanna pay him $15M a season. Funny how things can change in a season. I get it. He dropped the pass to close out the season last year and people have a bad taste in their mouth. It was our last image headed to the off season. And yes, it sucks. But a healthy Kincaid has shown he is able to produce at the position in a manner this team has never had before.
  6. Keeps his NFL dream alive a bit longer. Good for him. Hope he does well
  7. I am so tired of this being regurgitated left and right this off season. This is the same guy that set team rookie receiving records just two seasons ago. If he played last year as injured as was talked about it's understandable he had a down year. Let's not suddenly act like the kid is Charles Clay. He does need to stay healthy and take a step forward, granted. But there are a lot of pages left to be written on him before saying he's a disappointment. He still has the same upside he has coming into last year. Knox is who he is. As you say, good blocker, makes a splash play here and there. His only issue is what the Bills chose to pay him. He does a lot of the little things that don't show up on fantasy sheets, but help the team win on the field. Fantastic is a decent receiving TE that disappears in a lot of games. He, like Knox are who they are at this stage of their career. And I think Knox is the better overall football player
  8. And the Chiefs. And the Browns. And the Patriots.
  9. Yellow helmet to make Rodgers feel like he's playing for the Packers again.
  10. Honestly watching him the last couple years here and there...his decision making and freestyle type play reminded me a lot of year 1/2 Josh Allen. Unfortunately for Levis, I don't see the same career progression. I think he's at his ceiling already.
  11. That and the hair do going from "it's combed" to "it's styled".
  12. I think he's found some good players. He's had some whiffs too. I believe a lot of it falls on his drafting style. Seems he would rather find a few of what he calls "Steady Eddie's" each draft and play it safe over taking a big chance on elite talent with some character/injury flags. And drafting as late as we traditionally have under him, that's the type of player with elite potential he's going to see in the late 20s. He's more of a higher floor/lower ceiling type drafter. And that was the way to be the first few years while building culture and turning the team from drought era to perennial playoff team. I think he needs to take a few more risks.
  13. I'm going with the over. I see the passing TDs increase a lot this year. And last year I think some of his rushing TDa were funneled to Cook because of Josh's broken hand and trying to protect that. I see rushing TDs go up as well. I think he hits 50
  14. Fant is a steady player. Never really going to be a mega producer, but will get some key grabs each year. That said, he's pretty much hit his ceiling and I like what we have in our TE room better.
  15. Doesn't it usually end up on YouTube like 2 days later?
  16. Frankly, I don't know if the Allen's swing that way....
  17. Well she sacked Josh better than most🤷🏼‍♂️
  18. I agree with this 100%. The thing I think helps is out is Bosa is here on a 1 year deal. This is his "prove it". Really the last chance he has to turn this season into a big contract. And he realizes this. He knows if he wants a big payday next year, he needs to produce this year. That means he has to stay on the field. I think a lot of the injuries that saw him out in the past he will play through. I think he appears on the injury report frequently, but is game day active for a high % of games.
  19. He seems more of a Whatchamacallit type guy anyway...
  20. I think TJ Sanders has that kind of potential.
  21. I'd probably have him in the 50-75 area. And the difference is what style nof offense I happen to run. This also has more to do with WR talent around the league than it does any knock on talent Shakir himself has. Now if you're talking about SLOT WRs, he would obviously shoot up the list.
  22. Those ain't gold they are bright yellow. Looks like mustard. Now we know why Bosa had a pulled muscle. He saw those things and ran outta town as fast as he could.
  23. Trent Dilfer Super Bowl wins: 1 Nick Foles Super Bowl wins: 1 Brad Johnson Super Bowl wins: 1 Dan Marino Super Bowl wins: 0 Wins (even Super Bowl wins) are a team stat...not a QB stat.
  24. I know I'm in the VAST minority here and I understand the tradition behind them...but I absolutely despise the standing bison helmets. Such a boring look IMO. I say, give us a look we haven't seen before. Something fresh. Though based off other teams recent throwbacks I do not have confidence in the production of something new that looks good.
